Honest, helpful, & reasonably priced. Jindra's is my go-to for all auto issues. They check your oil and tires - service like the good ol' days! Local business owner serving local residents.

Went to Jindra's to have my SUV smogged. They were respectful and quick. I'd go back again.

I called for a smog and they got me in that afternoon. It was so quick and easy. Everyone there was smiling and so easy going. I was in and out in less than 30 min and the price was great! Under $50 They even washed my windshield for me before returning my car! Another lady came in to pick up her car after having some work done and she was very pleased with them too! After leaving Lithia Chevrolet when attempting to get a smog with horrible customer service nobody there to greet you help you or even merely say hello I was frustrated and drove down the street to Jindra's 76 where I was greeted by nice employees and people who care. I asked if they would have time to help me with a smog they told me to sit down and my car was done in 10 minutes what awesome customer service!

Thank you Jindra's where people are still people and you're not just another number thank you for taking the time to care you made my day. If you need a smog go to Jindras 76 or your other service needs they are real people with a small town feel and they will take care of you.

I really recommend Jindra's. I lived in Redding for slightly over a year and trusted Jindra's with all of my oil changes and with my smog check. I took my vehicle in for a couple of miscellaneous issues once and they drove it around the block, and told me they didn't think there was any issue and told me they wouldn't charge me for just driving it around.

I so appreciate these folks' honesty and good customer service. When you aren't super knowledgeable about cars, it's easy to get taken advantage of. I never worried about that with Jindra's. They did get me the wrong oil filter at least once, possibly twice, on my 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe, but they investigated the check engine light and admitted their mistakes and took care of the issue. Again, you can't buy honesty, so when you find it, you keep it. I was overall very pleased with their services. They are good people.

Who knew offering service to pump gas at a gas station was still a thing! What a delight to be catered to- filling the tank and washing the windshield! I didn't know customer service was still alive.

Service this morning for a SMOG check on my vehicle was phenomenal. When I walked, I was greeted with a warm welcome and customer service went straight to work on my vehicle. Getting my vehicle SMOG here has been the best service and shortest wait time I have ever experienced for a vehicle SMOG in Redding, even during a pandemic.

I made an appointment to get my smog check and oil changed. I used their online coupon for the combined service and I paid $73.68 total, which from what I found, is a good deal for this area. It was less than 45 minutes from the time I arrived until I was out the door with services completed and smog certificate in hand. Corey walked me through the process and he was friendly, and informative. The shop is no-frills, but the guys are efficient and professional. I had a great experience here.

I was in Redding visiting family and my car started acting up. I called a couple repair shops and after talking to Rick, decided to take a chance on Jindra's 76. As a woman who doesn't know a lot about cars, I worry about being taken advantage of by mechanics with whom I'm unfamiliar, but I felt comfortable after talking with Rick on the phone.

As my car was being loaded on the tow truck, I had visions of this costing many many hundreds of dollars and my plans to drive to Oregon the next day, being ruined. It turned out my car problem was caused by rodents getting into my engine a chewing a couple wires. I was back on the road in under 4 hours and the whole thing cost me $128! The other repair shop I talked to wanted $150 just for the diagnostic! I'm a happy customer.

Very kind, fast, and easy! I went in for a walk-in smog check around 1pm yesterday and it couldn't have been easier. They got me in almost immediately, explained the pricing and conditions, and in about 45 minutes, I was out of there with the certificate in hand, even though it seemed they had a lot going on. I'd highly recommend Jindra's!

Walked in without an appointment and they got me right in for a smog test. Rick was very nice and professional.

Don't go here for a smog check. These people are unhappy and willing to spread the misery to their customers.

Went there yet again, this time for breaks and some minor work. They were busy that day, and I could tell they were hustling. BUT! They still did an excellent job, for an excellent price, and were extremely polite and professional in the process. I tell ya, if I could do commercials for these guys I totally would! As usual, the price was right, and they gave me different options so I could choose the best solution without paying an arm and a leg.
