I called to make an appointment for my oil change due to leaving on vacation. They advised me the schedule was booked. However, they said if I could bring my vehicle in Friday morning they would do what they could squeeze me in. I arrived 15 minutes early prior to them opening. I dropped of my 2021 Chevy 3500 anticipating it would be at least 3 or 4 hours.

To my amazement they called me with in an hour and a half and my truck was done. They did an excellent job and all the staff are very friendly and professional. I am very happy with the service.

We had such a great experience with Jacob! He worked his magic and got us the rate we loved and kept us at the payments we wanted and felt comfortable with! He also reassured us that we would have a gold detailed Experience Just because the Truck was used and did need a little extra attention on the inside. The one thing I could say that I was not completely satisfied with, was my idea of a "gold detail" they offered us.

They did get the initial big headliner spot out which I really appreciated but they failed to clean the visors or anything else on the top or remove seats, just because the truck seats in between had a ton of dog hair and dirt gunk between, but other than that we would all around say Jacob made sure we were taken care of to the best of his ability!

Ezra was so nice and helpful. He helped us find a car that best fit our growing family. We ended buying a car at a really good rate! I'm happy with my experience here. They really know how to take care of their customers

I have never written a review but this dealership deserves it. We inquired about a truck later in the evening and got a call back by the next morning. Cheyne called and gave me all the information and was the nicest most welcoming person to speak to. Super honest and very kind. We live 4.5 hours away from the dealership and went through our own credit union to finance.

This was a challenge as most things need to be signed in person. We'll. They got it all done with ease and the entire experience was 5 star. Josh and Rod were great as well. They are a team and it shows! Not just salesmen. We will be returning for our next vehicle.

When I say that my wife and I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle I mean it. We drove all the way from Vallejo to purchase a used 2018 Chevy Malibu. I was in contact with Kyle but he was busy when I arrived. So he had Victor help us. He was one of the best car salesman we ever worked with. Professional and caring. He even txt me to make sure we made it home safe on the long ride back home. Rod helped us in Financing and he worked a really good deal with the bank.

I really liked our sales guy Victor Collado, He was a very likeable guy and seemed understanding and professional. I would highly recommend seeking out Victor when looking for a new or used car/truck. I am Extremely happy with my 2019 Toyota Tacoma! Overall the staff was great from finance to sales to the phone operator! I never felt pressured like I have with other dealers. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Lithia Chevy and absolutely would go there again if needed. And again, Thank you Victor.

Mike was very kind and considerate with getting my car checked in. He went above and beyond into the details of my car to make sure I got the best and everything I needed out of my service that day. The kind gentleman, Rich, shuttled me to work afterward. It was the most wonderful shuttle car ride I have ever had. He was and is very kind and sweet!

We LOVE Lithia, officially! My husband and I had the best time working with James! We've never owned a brand new car but we walked away with a 2022 Blazer and she is so beautiful that I don't want my husband spending any alone time with her. I always have a great experience here! This time, James was my sales guy, and totally awesome! I gave him my price range and some small details of what I was looking for, and I loved the first carhe showed me. He made the whole process painless, and pretty quick, even helped me get into a car I could borrow til my car was ready for pick up, as I bought a car not fully ready to leave the lot. This is a great place, great employees, and they do what they can to make you a happy customer!

My recent oil change experience. Lets start with my previous radiator experience. That was a gem. I had your service department fix, and replace damage sustained to my radiator, and thought a service to the car for $600+ dollars was a good idea. I received my car back after the work was done only to discover my radiator overflow tank made gurgling noises, and was under pressure constantly, also my free oil change that i bought with the car was under filled. Took it in, and was sooo grateful, not, that the service department didn't charge me to remove the flush they left in and replaced it with actual radiator fluid.

I took the car a trusted mechanic, and paid $300 to re-flush, and they did and said the tank was full of sludge. I also had that mechanic change the air filter. That brings to my last oil change. when I drove off the lot almost immediately my engine light came on, and my oil was over filled, so once again I took my car to "the trusted mechanic" who diagnosed that the new air filler was damaged and didn't seat creating air flow problem.

That cost me, too. I can't trust your service anymore, and noticed scathing reviews on Yelp. I don't believe the oil filter was change as my oil only a couple weeks out looks dirty, and would be the reason for a measured over fill.
