Great place to take your car. They dont try to push repairs on you that you dont really need. Always friendly and they will give you an estimate over the phone if you ask. If the repairs needed are more than the given estimate, they will contact you before proceeding. Great service and very trustworthy.

I always took my Audi and BMW to this place they are very nice and friendly and usually do great work. I had to replace my water pump. They suggested I do the timing belt for a whopping price of $3500. Less than two years later my water pump failed and I had to go to a second place and pay $1700 to get it fixed. Also the timing belt gasket was leaking oil per another auto place.

I took it back to O2 they told me they replaced it and I was good to go. But it still was burning oil. Another auto place told me that it was still leaking so I took it back to O2 they told me everything's fine. Six months later my water pump got a leak in it and it still leaks oil and still has a crack in the sill which they said they replaced when I called and spoke to the owner they told me it was out of warranty to bring it by and they'll see the best they can do.

I did not have another $3500 to get the water pump replaced within a 24 month window. I'm just Really disappointed that the work they've done had to be replaced less than two years.

As a single woman I worry about mechanics taking advantage of me. I know nothing about cars. The team at O2 Motorsports was phenomenal. I can't say enough positive things about them. They took very good care of my 2015 528i BMW with exceptional customer service. And what I thought was going to cost a few thousand dollars ended up being under a thousand. Thank you!

The absolute best place in town to have your car worked on. They truly care about the customer and are the most honest shop out there.

I just got a quote for a transmission and differential fluid change. They wanted nearly 900 dollars! Your smoking. Took it to premiere oil change ask several questions about it. They got it done for 235. They seamed nice.

I have had to use O2 twice now for work on my VW Jetta. The first was a recall fix, and this last time was fir undercarriage damage. Both time them have been very friendly and professional. I was on a road trip passing through Redding and had a check engine light come on. I called O2 and asked if they could help me figure out what the issues was - they said to come on by! Very nice people that have a great shop with friendly staff. Tyler plugged the computer into my car and provided advice on the error that was coming up. The owners were super helpful and provided me with the information needed to continue on my trip until I could get home to my mechanic in Los Angeles. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend them if you need a mechanic in Redding (and the nearby areas)! Thank you very much!

O2 motor sports is the best in town. They always go above and beyond and willing to help in any way. They are fast and always friendly. They will always get my business and I recommend them 200%.

I typically hate dealing with auto repair people, especially as a female. I am always made to feel as if I am being "dismissed" or not taken serious. O2 is simply the best auto repair place I have ever dealt with. I've always had BMWs, Peugeot's, Mercedes or Volvos. So, I've had more than my share of auto mechanic challenges (yep try finding someone who can work on a Peugeot 604, when only a couple hundred were imported). Steve and Stacey and their crew are the best. I always am thrilled when my "free" services expire and I can transition from the dealer to O2. Truly the best

Taking an expensive car to the shop is nerve wracking. You know it's going to be expensive and the last thing you need is to be treated poorly or cheated. Which happens quite often at a dealer. The owners of O2 are so honest and trustworthy and so nice. Their work is outstanding, not overpriced and the treat you so well. I highly recommend them!

Steve and Stacey run the most professional auto repair shop I have ever seen. I took my 2005 BMW in for an electrical problem, after trying to diagnose it myself for weeks. Within 24 hours it was diagnosed, repaired, and ready for pickup! You can find cheaper shops in Redding but you will not find anywhere with better value! With their experience they had an idea of where the problem was, had the replacement part in stock, and it has been working flawlessly now for weeks.

I waited to post this as electrical issues can sometimes resurface. Not when the O2 crew does the repair! I could have spent hundreds more had I taken it to another shop who didn't have the experience with this specific car. Thank you Steve and Stacey and the entire O2 crew!

After hearing from others "take it to the dealer, " then "take it to the manufacturer, " I finally found O2 to actually provide some sound counsel and service. I was at wits end and just needed some advice on how I might resolve a problem in getting my vehicle registered. They actually listened, asked good questions, and came up with suggestions for resolving the issues EVEN IF THEY WERE NOT GOING TO PROVIDE THE NECESSARY SERVICES! We had a EPC light come on while driving through Redding. There is not a VW service department in Redding. We checked Yelp and called 02 Motorsports. They did not pick up so we just drove to the facility. After explaining our situation the owner got involved, told us to relax in their beautiful lobby, checked to see if they had the part in stock he thought might be the problem and personally went out and did a check engine scan.

He came back in 10 minutes, told us it was not what he thought, gave us some good advise and the print out and told us he would drive the car until it happened again. All at NO CHARGE! And we were back on the road in less than 30 Minutes! This is an honest shop! One man who was leaving in his car said they good good work. You can see from the reviews they are liked. Thank you 02 Motorsports for your help. We were able to complete our trip and get our car repaired at VW under warranty.

They are in league with anyone who works on foreign and domestic cars in Los Angeles (which is where I live) but perhaps even better! They're brilliant, kind, courteous, gracious and honest! My VW Beetle has NEVER run better. They truly went above and beyond and the waiting room as your car is being fixed or maintained by the best, is so comfortable! I recommend this business STRONGLY and that says a lot because I rarely take the time to write reviews but this business is worth one thousand outstanding reviews!

He must of got his weenie stuck in his warp drive, Sorry Jim, you have must of been sent from the Klingon Federation of competition. There is always one!

On my way from northern WA to Sacramento, CA, my 2003 VW Golf TDI went into limp mode shortly after I left the Lakehead rest stop. I pulled over at an emergency parking area and restarted the car, and it went into limp mode again. I limped to the AutoZone in Redding and they directed me to O2 Motorsports. What a pleasant surprise! I showed the technician, Adam the readout AutoZone gave me when they ran diagnostics and he explained what the problem might be.

Then he inspected the car for hose leaks and found a small nick and repaired it in minutes. He also cleared the CEL - all without an appointment! I can't believe how fortunate I am to have stumbled on O2 Motorsports. Adam's customer service and professionalism was incredible. While I don't live in the area, I still intend to bring my car here to get serviced (trustworthy mechanics are worth their weight in gold), especially after reading everyone else's glowing reviews. As many other reviewers pointed out, they have an incredible lobby - I almost thought I was in the wrong place - LOL

O2 Motorsports is worthy of 500 stars if that were an option! They do great work, are timely and super friendly. They have always given us a clear estimate prior to doing the work and there haven't been any surprise charges. Steve and Stacey are friendly and helpful! The waiting area is comfortable and clean. Coming highly recommended by a friend of mine. I decided to bring my recently bought 2005 BMW X5 here. My window regulator came out to 450$ here and some change. Very happy with the work done here. They know how to work on European cars and did not disappoint.

Can't say enough about Stacy and the team. We are new to Redding and have an older Jetta that needed some serious attention. We were recommended by several people to try O2 Motorsports to help us get our daughters car repaired. Not only do they have the best customer service but they take the time and really tell you about the problem in a way that you as the customer can understand. Stacy recommended to us that the car needed something else repaired and we'd be ok for a bit but we went ahead and made another appt. since they are in high demand.

Thank you for talking the time and explaining the problems and giving us the option vs pushing us into something that is not on the cheap side to fix. Your attention to detail is appreciated and we will be back in a couple of weeks.

O2 is the best for foreign cars! I took my Audi there that was having a very bizarre issue where the brake lights came on randomly in the middle of the night- I took it to several places and no one would even try to figure out what was wrong. O2 put in the time and the effort and the owner personally identified the issue and took great care of my car. I definitely recommend them for your foreign car.

I really can't say enough about O2. There's no dealership up here for my BMW, but I've received better service and more accurate diagnostics here than any dealership. Fair prices and no unnecessary repairs. They've also got the cutest little pups hanging out in the lobby that I can't get enough of!

Wow. After the VW dealer closed in Redding, I was looking for a reputable shop to take my car to. I got a recommendation for O2 from Hild Collision. I just got my car back and am still in minor shock at how exceptional their service was. They raised the bar. Stacy was knowledgeable, professional and kind from the first phone call and Steve went above and beyond.

They knew what I was in for when I walked in, had the estimate printed and ready and even got the car done hours earlier than I expected! On top of that, they're wonderful to talk with. Nobody likes grumpy people. Guess who I'm calling next time.

Steve and Stacy are amazing! If it hadn't been for their patience, kindness, professionalism and skills I am not so sure my sons unfortunate car situation would have had such a happy ending.
