I had a pretty nasty blow out resulting in alot of body damage and had my truck towed to this shop. Insurance would cover the damage on the bed of my 2011 ram 2500 but i decided to put a flatbed on the truck instead of fixing it. I ended up not having this shop do any work but I am here to say this shop deserves 10 stars just for there customer service.

I have never had better customer service at any other shop. If I ever need body work done i will definitely come to this shop just for the great customer service. Thank you Erik and the team for your great work.

I took my truck in for a repair estimate for an insurance claim. They went above and beyond to get me the right estimate! I'm talking crawling on the ground and doing more than the average place! Great work guys! I appreciate it so much especially since I'm on a deadline to move soon! They made me feel confident that they do great work and treat every customer well!

Lyndsey and the technicians are AWESOME! Super caring and helpful, great people! Someone scraped off the front bumper of my daughter's car while it was parked at her college making it undriveable at higher speeds. I called half a dozen shops in the area and ALL were cold/robotic with me, saying 3-4 weeks before they can look at it/fix it. I called BLVD Body Shop and instantly was impressed by the human concern and attention.

While they were also backed up for ~3 weeks right now, they had my daughter come down *immediately* and got her bumper re-attached so she can drive it again -- NO CHARGE. We have the repairs scheduled there now as they are Farmer's insurance-approved and connected, .but man what a relief for a father hours away unable to pull out the ol' duct tape and super glue to make it work. Super helpful HUMANS running this place.! Thanks guys! I owe you one!

I had some damage on my new car. Took it over to boulevard body shop. It was super simple and easy. I went to pick up my car. I inspected it it looks like brand new again. Thanks for the good work boulevard body shop. I will never take my car anywhere else. They got it done one promised.

These guys were great so professional and courteous, the job I needed done on my car was cosmetic and small compared to the volume that they do there, but it was done well and completed in one day. The office so nicely decorated not at all what you would expect in a body repair shop, nice bronze and copper wall decorations beautiful granite countertops, I highly recommend and we'll be using them in the future for sure

Super nice guys! Absolutely will recommend to ones looking for body shops in redding! We're on a long trip heading to Washington and our Hyundai's fender as well as the under shield are broken. Though the guy told us that they don't have the parts(since there is no Hyundai in redding), he tried his best to add some screws and zip tags to make sure we can finish our trip and have it fixed at home. The guy is really kind and helpful! And also very professional! Highly recommend!

A couple of years ago I was forced, by Gecko Insurance, to bring my F150 Ford Lightening to this body shop. The right front end was a little mashed. It took over 3 weeks to get it back. When I did I noticed that not only the right headlight but also the left was replaced. I looked through the truck and kept finding glass. Dumb me, I thought maybe a car next to mine may have had it's glass broke out.

When I finally moved my seat forward there was A LOT of glass. I called the office and questioned them about the glass. The manager snickered as he told me that my truck had been vandalized and they need to replace some parts. I immediately contacted my resident Geico Insurance agent. He told me that there was no way that that happened since they would have filed a claim against my insurance!

He was absolutely sure. Well my options to find out the truth, or to fix the messed up parts, like condensation in the headlamps, and the difference the gap between the grill and the hood and the grill and the bottom "spoiler"? I drive by and want to flip them off every time!

I've had them do multiple cars for me. My ex wife used to wreck cars for a living and they are the only ones I trust to work on my cars. I had town motors do the body work on my Camry and had to have Blvd body do the work after they screwed it up. If you want you car to come back like a new car go with Blvd Body Shop. I have had ZERO issues with their work. They will stand behind their work 100 percent. I highly reccomend them.

Professionalism as its best I would not take my card any other place they did my 2016 Toyota Camry in a timely fashion and did excellent work I'm the owner of 4 seasons painting and I know quality work would recommend to all my family and friends

I LOVE IT! Eric and Cindy helped us out so much and have me the car done a day early and customer service was the best out of all the body shops in town I highly recommended and I saw them have 2 people check over the work they did so that was nice don't hesitate to give them a call.

I had the best service that anyone can ask for! I was please to find out that the car repair was 20 percent off the asking price and that the repair was done 3 hours earlier. If your look for quick easy and friendly service then this is hands down the best place to go in town!

Used them for repair work on my brand new car when I was hit by another vehicle, just a little rear bumper damage. I found their workmanship and customer service to be excellent. I am always hesitant, as a woman, to bring a vehicle in for any kind of servicing or repair because I don't know anything about cars and don't want to be mislead and charged for something that doesn't need fixed. That was certainly not the case here. The repair was affordable and expedient. Great work!

I have never been in an accident before. I was stressed out and not sure what to do. Danny Fox put my mind at ease going above and beyond what he was required to do, by walking me through the process. Keeping in touch with the insurance company and making sure I was being taking care of. All the while knowing that my truck was going to be totalled and that his shop was not going to being working on my truck. Will definitely recommend Danny and his shop

I had a bad experience at Lithia Toyota and took my business to Danny at Blvd Bodyshop. He found me the part I needed at a lower price. Installed it in half the time and buffed out the scuffs. They made it look like new and treated me with respect and professionalism I did not get from the dealership. If you are a women getting your car fixed and want to be treated with respect I highly recommend you come here!

After my accident, right in front of the Toyota Dealership on Cyrpess Ave, I contacted my insurance, AAA, and they recommended BLVD Body Shop. I also had some Toyota staff members come out to see if we were OK. I asked them who they recommended.they first said BLVD Body Shop, off of Hartnell. I figured that was good enough recommendation for me. Had my Prius towed there.

From the begging they were very organized and professional. I dealt mainly with Adam and he always responded quickly to my emails. They completed the restoration and car looks like new. I highly recommend them!

Blvd Body Shop in Redding did excellent work restoring my damaged car to original condition. Everybody there was friendly and honest while not deviating from the original estimate. My car was returned washed and vacuumed as an extra bonus. I am a satisfied customer who won't hesitate to return.

I ran into a former employee and they stated that they half-ass a lot of cars, I told them that from what my car received. It was no surprise. I had a comment that they would fix their problems. Just to respond., I took it back five times. I had to buy a new under fender tire guard as they put it on upside down. The bolts didn't line up. So they just used huge anchor bolts.

My parents CTS, they put the axels in backwards., they took it back five times. After a while it's just more of a headache to take it back, the last time I took my Honda in they told me to kick rocks.

These guys are amazing. Driving to be with my sick parent in Washington. Had a car issue. They got me fixed up & back on the road in 1/2 hour. Thank you to all of you. You are my batmans.

They did such a nice job on my truck all I can do is let the pictures say it all. I plan on taking it back for a little more work. The truck should last me another 20 years. They also did some front end paint on my 2014 Ford after I had hit a large rock. They matched the paint perfect. A month later I was having my tires rotated and the person let the tire hit the new paint. It was just rubber on the paint but we could not get it off. I took it back to BLVD and they rubbed it out. I was very happy as I keep my things running and looking right.

Blvd Bodyshop is top notch. Quality repairs at a fair price. I have had amazing experiences with them. If something isn't right, they fix it 100% of the time. If you've had a negative experience there I would bet that they didn't have a quality insurance company representing them.

I had a rear-end collision in late November. My insurance company (Allstate) was awesome. They appraised the damage, gave me a written copy, wrote me a check in that amount and assured me that after the vehicle was examined completely by a body shop - if the finished amount was greater - they would pay THAT amount. Fortunately, Blvd. Body was one of their approved shops. Based upon a YELP review of my first choice I elected to instead, visit Blvd. Body. Whewww.

Such courtesy, professionalism and thoroughness! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with a date to return with the vehicle on a certain day. I was assured they would meet their completion date. I took the car in on the proper day. I received photos emailed to me as the de-construction and repair proceeded. I called 2 days prior to the promised day and they said it would be ready one day early.

When I picked it up it looked brand-new, Every gap was in perfect alignment. The new paint and the replaced paint-striping was perfect. Nothing was missing. Nothing was overlooked. No little nuts or washers were to be found on the floor or in the trunk. It was spotless. I'm very pleased to report that it could NOT have gone more easily - no anxiety - no missed communication i.e Adam was always available to answer questions. Simply, a great experience.

If you read my Google Review, you'll see why I am leaving this here as well. But to update the "Repairs" performed on my Dodge Pick Up, I should have checked the headlights THE night I reluctantly decided to take my truck back from this shop. This after 2+ months. When I turned on the headlights, the driver side is perfect but the passenger side pointed about 25' into the ground.

The fog or running lights illuminate the tree tops in my neighborhood. The reason the driver side light is perfect is because they never touched it. This place lacks serious "Quality Control".gulp.management. I will take my vehicles to a dealer from now on for any future body work. I recommend you stay away from this place.
