Was having trouble getting warranty service done. Called CG and they came and did the repair quickly with no problems. Sean was very frioendly and knowledgable. Would recommend them to anyone needing service.

There is only a handful companies willing to service generators, so it is really hit or miss out there. CG Pro Services is a HIT. Our generator wasn't working, so we called a company from Angie's List (Saturn, I think). They came out, complained about the long commute, mis-diagnosed the problem (lots of $$$), charged us $150, and left. They never came back to fix it!

Despite a follow up call. So, I called CG Pro Services, hoping and praying. They came out a few weeks later (they are busy, which is a good sign!), and fixed it in less than an hour. If you have a generator, use CG Pro Services. They are friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and professional. Fantastic experience!

Cheryl who works in the office is the sweetest and so amazing! Had an emergency and needed my generator fixed she got someone to me within 2 hours. The tech Gerry was also very nice and knowledgeable. Overall so happy with the service I received and treatment. Highly recommend.

Wish I could give them 10 starts jerry the owner and technician came to my house to get my 8kw generator working in an emergency. He changed the Necessary part needed, performed a maintenance check and changed the oil, oil filter and spark plug he's a great guy who showed me how my whole system works. The other owner and receptionist Cheryl was absolutely amazing helping my wife and I book an emergency visit.

She was understanding that we have children in the house and could not be without our power for a long period of time, she made sure to explain the situation to jerry who came over immediately I highly recommend them.

Best place to get your generator repaired. I've been using them for my whole house generator for 10+ years and have always been happy. Recently had a problem and they first tried to walk me through steps to get it started. When that failed, they came out the very next day and fixed it. I agree with others, Sean is very good at what he does and is very thorough.

Office personal are great. Field Service technicians are the best. Knowledgeable. Friendly and honest. They are very cost sensitive. Recommend their services very highly.

Cheryl got a technician to our home quickly during the heat and power outages as of late. The technician, Sean, was professional & skilled and even went the extra mile to provide me with instructions as well as all the paperwork all filled out for me to submit to Nicor after noticing that I need to increase my meter size.
