Excellent experience. Maurice at the service counter is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The work was done well and in a timely manner. I especially appreciated the email with a digital copy of the inspection report. I highly recommend this shop!

Very thorough. Went there with my daughter's car because of a noise in the rear end. Turned out to be a lose wheel. They could have changed her for unnecessary repairs but didn't. Thanks to their whole team for you honesty and professionalism.

They couldnt even tell me if my driveshaft is something they could look at kept getting told me to take the 2 hour drive for what this guy to deny rebuilding my driveshaft. Im good they need to work on customer service and maybe online pictures to get a quote because no one is going to take 2 hours for a hope and dream.or maybe narrow down from chicagoland to just chicago.

I drove 3 Miles to drop off my car for a scheduled appointment. I had to ask another person to meet me there, for a ride back home. I waited at the front desk for a sales person, after a few minutes, I was asked what I was there for? I told him that my wipers were not working, He said we are too busy! I said that I was told to bring the car in today.

He said it won't be today, I said okay. He said I am not interested in fixing your wipers, so I left. I drove to a shop in Oak Lawn, on Cicero Ave. They fixed the wiper, changed my oil and did a front brake job, all in one day, Chicago Driveline was very rude to me.

My family have been customers of Mr. Maurice for well over 10 years. (1). Chicago Driveline keep you updated and they will send photos so you can actually understand what they are talking about. (2). Chicago Driveline has not changed us for something that was not wrong with our cars. The downside is Chicago Driveline are only open Monday through Friday.

This company was an excellent experience. The drive line was repaired as promised and in a timely and professional manner. Maurice was honest and upfront about the prices and the finishing time. I was in and out within a few hours and the price was less than I expected. Great work Chicago Driveline.

Very nice people to deal with. Dropped the car off after hours and filled out the form for repairs needed. Got a call the next morning with estimate for repairs needed. Gave them the ok to repair and then several hours later they called and said car was ready. Great service. Would highly recommend to everyone. Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance

Chicago Driveline is great! The Service Manager, Maurice, is very nice and the service technicians get the job done. They are always busy though, but when you get an appointment, don't miss it. You will not be disappointed.

I don't mind going out of my way to get honest, affordable, skilled service. I thought it was something more expensive to fix so I was happy that they were honest with me and only fixed what was necessary. My son also would recommend their service. Service: Battery
