So not the worst but definitely some room for improvement. Didn't like that they didn't follow up and so missed a few items on my collision repair. Then when you say hey this was missed.it's oh no.are you sure that is from the collision. I felt like they wanted to rush it and not have to go back so they began to come up with excuses. The lot is crowded maybe they needed the space but follow up earlier to confirm all points of repair would have been best.

Great body shop! Professional, great work, fast turn around. It hurt to see my pearl white Infiniti G37 damaged but they did an excellent job restoring back to new. Stanley was very informative and provided great customer service. Dealt with them on 2 separate occasions and was equally satisfied both times. Do not hesitate to bring your prized car here!

I had to give this place 5 Stars. First, I would like to say, Stanley was great and honest. I used this shop for repairs after, my car was hit in a hit-and run accident. I went through my insurance (State Farm), and this was one of their approved shops. My car needed a bumper, fender, and headlight. There's no sign of my car being in an accident. I dropped my car off on a Monday and it was ready for pick up the following Monday. I would highly recommend this place if you're in need of repairs.

I live in Tinley Park and felt that the guy I normally bring my car to for repairs was a little high on price and checked out Alsip Auto from a recommendation from a co worker. I'm so glad I had. Besides them doing a great job on my car, John that helped me out was super nice and saved me hundreds. I highly recommend this place. I know where I'm bringing my car if it needs any repairs

I had an accident last year and after finally saving up enough to cover the deductible I brought my vehicle here. I was so impressed with how friendly and helpful everyone was! They had the whole front body of my car fixed in 5 days. The quality of work was awesome too, I couldn't even tell that my car had been in an accident. I've seen plenty of body work done on cars and I've never seen body work look this good!
