CPW Truck Stuff

Came here to have a lift with new wheels and tires installed on my 2020 tacoma. I couldn't be happier with both the quality and the professionalism from the shop. The guys did a great job with the install. They also called me with updates along the way if anything needed to be trimmed. They ened up needing to do a cab mount chop and a pinch weld mod to fit my set up with no rubbing and like I said they called me at every step of the process would totally recommend if you need anything done or installed on your truck. I plan on coming back for any future installs. You guys are top knotch

This was my first major repair on my Jeep Wrangler (lift kit and 35 tires). Dan C. provided me with a detailed, itemized list with price and taxes included after a no cost inspection. Even after an unforeseen part was needed the price didn't change and to fully complete the repair they rotated my tires ($50.00 at Jiffy Lube). I highly recommend CPW I'm happy with the process of getting my Jeep repaired.

If there is one thing no one seems to answer the phone during business hours and that can be a little of an inconvenience depending on the type of communication needed at that moment. Old School A+

Took my truck to get a new bumper installed. Looks great, great customer service would definitely take my truck there again.

I went over there a month or so ago. I told them to call me I'm looking for tires and rims for my new Jeep. No calls no follow up.

They are professional and they get the job done without raping you with no lube. They are willing to put on parts you buy from other merchants. They're quick and thorough. Great bedside manner.

Very knowledgeable staff and top notch installations. Outfitted my 4Runner with a 3 lift, new rims and new tires. Quoted several options and allowed me to choose what was best for my truck usage. I even commissioned them to install a new roof rack/ladder combo and a roof top tent which I had drop-shipped directly to their shop. These proved more difficult than anticipated but we stuck at at and made it all work. Thanks the the amazing upgrades!

I went with CPW after seeing all the positive reviews and was not disappointed. I asked them if they can install some Rockslide engineering side steps on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler. They informed me that they never worked with the company, but they were confident that they would be able to get it installed. They kept me posted with updates and told me they wanted to keep it a little bit longer because they want it done right.

Even though it took longer to complete than planned, they were able to have them installed without issue, and the side steps look and work perfectly. The people there were very nice and easy to talk to when I had questions. I would definitely go back for more work to be modified on my Jeep. Just a little side note on the rockslide engineering steps: they drop down 12 when the door opens and retracts when the door closes.

Also there are lights that turn on when they drop and there's an override button so when the doors are removed, you would push the button to make use of the steps. I'm addition to the side steps, I had rocker guards installed where they had to drill several holes into the body of the Jeep. So there's a fair amount of things involved with these steps and CPW was able to get it done.

I don't know where to start. I love my truck and really wanted a subtle lift done to it and all suspension replaced. I live in Chicago, and did a basic search like we all do; CPW Truck Stuff popped up. So on a day off, I drove 35 miles to visit them and it was the best decision I could've made for my truck! I went with a Rancho 2 inch quick lift, and as I expected, once they got into the job pandora's box was opened and a bunch of parts needed to be replaced.

No big deal. I have a 2005 Nissan Pathfinder and that's par for the course for an older truck to have parts that need to replaced. What ISN'T par for the course, is that they simply charged me parts and replaced them.that is beyond the call of duty.and honestly, it's exactly what I do in my line of work, but never expected to see someone else do the same!

Long story short.got the truck back tonight.drives like a brand new Pathfinder. I could easily buy an ew Tahoe, Escalade, Denali, whatever I want.but I hate paymnts and I love my truck. CPW has lterally brought this thing from the dead and I can't wait to wake up and drive tomorrow.go here.get the F out of Chicago and go here.they are the real deal and this is coming from a dude that hates everything!

This is great place to get car and truck accessories! I got my Weathertech floor liners and some vent shades from them one day while riding past on lunch.

Very friendly, knowledgeable & straight forward customer service. I couldn't be happier with my overall experience from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to there was very down to earth & friendly. I had reverse lights installed & everything was done professionally & very, repeat, VERY neatly done. I happy enough to where I plan on having driving lights installed by them in the near future.

Other family members are also thrilled with them & are also purchasing items from there. Pretty much whatever accessories your looking for, they have it or can get it. You won't be unhappy.

I give them my best review because they deliver on what they say they will do. They installed a 3.5" lift kit on my GMC Sierra and it rides great and handles way better than stock. I am pleased so far with the work they completed. I say so far because I just got the truck back today. But, everything appears to have been done professionally. I would use again as they are honest people.

I would to thank Jennifer for the great customer service that nowadays has kind of gone away for the consumer. I purchased a Rough Country 4 inch lift kit from CPW and even though I've only been driving for a few days with the lift kit on, very happy with the install. After talking to the mechanic who did the install, I was given the vibe that he really cared about the job that he just finished on my truck, I didn't get his name, but he represented CPW like he cared about the work he does!

When you have work done by a business you look for price, quality of work, and good customer service, I feel you get all three at CPW! I'll be back for a check on the lift kit in 400 miles.

Got a lift kit installed on my Jeep Wrangler. Worked with Jenny, Dan, and Neil. True professionals; they know what they are doing. I just developed a trust in them and the work that they do. These guys are life savers. While transferring to my next duty station. I acquired extra items while visiting my home town. It would've been a nightmare unloading my truck at every hotel along the way. They got me a Tonneau cover in a last minute crunch. I'm almost to my destination, and I couldn't have did it without CPW truck stuff.
