Services
After an accident it is up to you to choose the repair facility that you feel will do the best job for you. We have the experience, the equipment, and the technicians to properly repair your vehicle, including a Continental Frame Machine, Chief Measuring System, and R+M Diamont Paint Mixing System. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about the damage repair process.
Call the police if somebody is injured, if a vehicle can't be moved, or if the accident involved a hit-and-run driver. Your uninsured motorist coverage pays for a hit-and-run accident only if you report the accident to the police. 2. Get the other driver's information, including name, address, telephone number, license plate number, driver's license number, and insurance information. Give the other driver the same information about you. If the other driver refuses to give you their information, contact the police immediately.
Your insurance company issues claim numbers at the time you report your accident. Just jot it down and bring it in with you when you come in to begin the repair process, and we will do the rest. Parts are not always pre-ordered; usually would be a special case or quick job as we have to get approvals and do supplements and such, however in special cases we will order the parts ahead of time. A car is a 'total loss' only when the price of repairs exceeds the insurance company's determined value of your vehicle.

I had my car brought here after an accident that left my bumper completely messed up. I am so impressed with the quality of the work and how honest and friendly everyone who works there was. My car looks even better than before! While I hope I don't need any more body work on my car anytime soon, I would definitely use Mill City Auto Body again and absolutely recommend them to everyone.

I have gone to Mill City Auto Body twice for body work on my car and I will never go anywhere else! Most recently, I needed an emergency repair on my front bumper and head/fog lights so I could have my car pass state inspection. Jeff fit me into his schedule right away and my car was all ready in only a few days! Jeff and his team are simply amazing; they're professional, friendly, efficient and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Friendly and caring service. I wouldn't think to bring my car anywhere else. Mill City Auto Body is efficient and trustworthy. They pay close attention to detail and have honest pricing. I just picked up my Highlander from getting repaired after an accident. Oh my god! The car looks brand new. My experience with the staff was excellent and they went above and beyond. They answered all of my questions thoroughly, very polite, and the communication was on point. My car was also ready a few days ahead of schedule with a dent taken out that was there before my accident, without me even asking. The manager was exceptionally pleasant and made sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend!

The best experience I have ever had at an auto body shop, hands down. I brought my car in with significant dents & scratches across the entire right side, as well as the right side mirror & rear bumper cracked & hanging off. Only days later, the car looked better than it ever has! Like brand new. Jeff & his team worked so quickly yet so meticulously. Jeff and his coworkers did an unbelievable job from start to finish with my car. I was in a time crunch and needed a lot of work done in a really short amount of time. Jeff was more than accommodating and did so in a very polite and respectful manner. He was also quick to get back to me and kept me up updated along the way during its repair which I really appreciated. When I picked up my car it was in tip top shape and felt like a brand new vehicle. I couldnt thank the guys at mill city enough!

Mill City does a beautiful job at repairing damaged vehicles. They are honest and timely. They keep to their word 100% and are very accommodating of work schedules, car rentals, and even pick-up times when your car is ready to go. I couldn't ask for a more positive experience.
