Towne Line Tire

I have a great experience at Town Line Tire & Auto Repair. They are always very friendly and they have always done a great job on my car.

My experience with Town Line Tire is like no other I've experienced before. They are truly professional, helpful, and extremely customer friendly. They will answer all questions you may have, and explain exactly what is needed to fix any problem you may have. I brought my 2010 Chrysler town and country minivan to them with front end making lots of noises.

I was thinking I needed new struts, however they diagnosed the problem which was just some bushels and saved me probably $400 by not needing struts. So the honest and trust level with them is 100%. They could have said i needed struts, ball joints or anything else. But instead they treated me like a family member and made me feel very comfortable.

I am a very satisfied customer and finally found the right place to have my van be serviced or any repairs that may be needed. My service date was September 4th 2020. And noise is gone completely plus had tires alignment, also oil change. Trust and believe this is the place to go. Ask for Mike or Jim, the whole staff team they have is by far a winning team. I can confirm that there is some shady fees going on when trying to get an inspection sticker at this place. My car is practically new, less then 2k miles and they charged a $28 "Safety Fee" on top of the Inspection fee. I NEVER had to pay anywhere else such a thing as "Safety Fee".

Mike and the other gentleman at Town Line Tire in Lowell were very professional and informative. I met the owner as well and he was extremely kind. The tires I purchased were fairly priced and drive amazing in the snow and up steep bumpy dirt roads. Thank you Town Line Tire for the excellent experience!

I just had my wheel bearings replaced a week ago. My car started vibrating this past Wednesday. I knew something was wrong immediately. It turns out my lugs on my right tire were loose. Very dangerous! I'm extremely disappointed. I drive my 5 year old daughter around. I don't even want to think about what could have happened had i let the vibrating go and not checked it.

I hope tbey rectify this. EDIT: I took my car back today to be looked at and I was very happy with the adjustments that were made. Office manager Mike went above and beyond to make my experience a good one. Thank you again!

Wow, As a woman who knows very little about cars and car repairs, I was very happy when someone recommend these guys to me! Jim and Mike in the office were great to deal with, told me exactly what needed to be done and what could wait! I was in and out quickly and at the price that was quoted! Bill and Jim are fantastic. I've been a regular customer since I moved to Lowell 5 years ago. Both of them go out of their way to make sure your car is running well. They offer pickup and dropoff if you need and are always honest and upfront with what service your car needs. You can tell that customer service is very important to them. I cannot recommend this business any more highly.

A dealer told me I had to get my car brakes changed. I took it to Towne Line and they said my brakes are just fine and need no replacement. Very hard to find trustworthy mechanics these days and Towne Line is definitely one of them. Strongly recommend them to anyone looking for an auto repair.

Awesome garage where I know I can always trust the people working on my car and always at a fair price. Bill always gives me an honest opinion and keeps me in the loop as to what my car may or may not need.

Wow! I have a fair amount of experience dealing with repair shops and this is hands down the BEST place to go. I called this morning on a whim because I was in the area and needed some brake work. They were able to take me in right away and they got right to work. Honest, authentic, fair price, what more could you ask for? The only negative is that I live 45 mins away.

If you are looking for great guys who are honest, super polite, and willing to educate you about your car without being condescending, this is definitely the place to go! Thank you Bill jimmy and co, my truck stops great now and the AC is fantastic again.

Woke up to find a screw in my tire. Called Town Line Tire and they had me bring my vehicle over and had it fixed the same day. Excellent customer service and I highly recommend this place.

Hands down the best car repair experience I've had in my 27 years of owning and operating a vehicle. Fast, friendly, honest and affordable. Bill went out of his way to make sure I understood my options, understood the pricing and got my car done quickly. He even came and picked my up personally to give me a ride to get my car! What nice guys they are. I needed a new tire, which they ordered for me and put on the next morning when it arrived. They also answered my questions, and treated me really courteously.

Did what I wanted done and kept me informed with all the work they were doing. First time there and won't be my last. Great costumer service and honest guys there!

They seem to do honest work here. I came in for a custom repair on my car and was quoted for $300-$375. They did the job same day even though it was busy for them. Came in and they said they were actually able to get the price down to $275. They even explained everything they did to my car. Great service, great price.

My experience was the best I've had with anything to do with cars. Bill and team were absolutely wonderful. Prices were way more than reasonable. They told me what I needed and what I didn't need. These guys really helped me out in a jiffy when I got a flat late in the day. I was in and out of there in 45 minutes. Their cost on tires were very reasonable and I was in a desperate situation. I appreciated their quick and honest service. I wouldn't hesitate to go back here again.

Bill who works here is a great guy! He's very fair priced and helpful. He diagnosed a few things wrong with my car that I just bought. He printed up papers and helped me to get it fixed paid from the person I got it from. He works quick and sufficiently! I would 100% recommend this shop and Bill.

I moved to the are 13 years ago and was so lucky to find this local mechanic. It's tough when you don't know anyone in the area to know who to trust. Bill and Jim are so honest and always take care of me and have taken care of multiple friends of mine over the years. It's great to see local small businesses like this that put the customer first. I don't come in as often now that I have a new car under warranty with most maintenance included. but anytime something isn't covered by the dealer I always call them first and usually save quite a bit in the process. - Kevin

Finally I found a reliable and trustworthy place for auto service that charges fair prices! After recently being referred to Towne Line by another auto mechanic (good sign), I've had two of my cars serviced here and both cars were serviced professionally and the services were explained to me in all the detail I wanted. I didn't get the feeling that I was getting sold on services I didn't need which was comforting.

Both Bill and Jim earned my business for all 4 of my cars going forward! My only wish for improvement would be to stay open a little later in the evening and maybe have Saturday service hours which is a big help to those of us that work M-F from 8 to 6 pm.

Honest, reliable and dependable. I have been going here for a decade.and STILL use them even though I have moved to Medford. I went in the other day and asked him what he thought about me getting a performance car and he said, "It'll cost you too much to mantain and repair, " and gave me a list of cars that are cheaper to maintain and repair. Can you get any more honest than that? They can be more expensive than most, but you get what you pay for.

Bill and Jimmy at Towne Line are the best! They always tell me exactly what my car needs immediately and what can wait, and they are always trying to find ways to save me money (a pretty rare trait to find in an auto mechanic!) Yesterday I hit a huge pothole and my car suddenly got LOUD. Today I brought it in and they found that one of the pipes in my exhaust system had come loose.

Instead of telling me I had to replace the whole system, which I think many mechanics would have, and which would have cost over $600, they were able to simply fix the piece of pipe that had broken. After only a couple hours and $150, I had my car back as good as new. This is the only place I will ever bring my car!

Great place to get tires. In and out of there in a few minutes every time. I don't miss valuable time in my work day because they are so quick. Truck runs smoother than ever.
