Fair prices, knowledgeable, dependable. I had a hard time finding a mechanic I could trust after moving to the area a few years ago. Bill is great, I bring all my vehicles here and refer people to him whenever I can.

Trying to do inspection here, drain my battery and failed my inspection. Staff are rude and refused to do a free retest. Had to ask an police officer step in. Also receive many scam calls and mails after the first visit, should avoid any service here to protect your privacy.

In my opinion, the staff here are very unpleasant. I came in for inspection, they didn't do it right and so I couldn't get my MA plates. I came back to them and they told me it was my fault they did it wrong, they didn't offer to redo the work, and when I asked what I have to do to correct the inspection, they told me I should go to another inspection center and start from scratch.

I did and everything was done quickly and with a smile. I recommend avoiding this place. There are many other businesses in the area offering the same services and they are much more helpful and pleasant to work with.

I have been gong to Chelmsford diagnostic for years for our cars. My husbands family have been going here for years. I find them friendly and knowledgeable about the cars Bill always tells me what I can wait one and needs to be done today to be safe. I love going here and I highly recommend them to all my family and friends.

The gods of auto mechanics have truly shined on me. Not only is Bill and his staff extremely talented and knowledgeable and fair but they are literally around the corner from my house which makes dropping off and picking up my car so much easier. Me and my boyfriend use him now and he is always timely Fair and knowledgeable. I had something wrong with my old car and he told me it wasn't worth fixing and that it was okay to drive it. That alone earned my trust forever. Be warned he's very busy and he might not be able to get you in immediately. But he's worth the wait.

We are a 37 year old business with a fleet of sixteen vehicles. We have trusted our vehicles to be properly serviced by the folks at Chelmsford Diagnostics for over 15 years and have been very pleased with their prompt service and fair prices. They maintain our vehicle service records which is helpful when it is time to retire and sell an older vehicle. Occasionally, if we have a breakdown they always come to the rescue. It's hard to find service like this these days.

The guy in the front is stuck up and rude. Always has an attitude at least with me. You would think handing him over $900 for a brake job would put a smile on someones face. Nope not this ignorant guy. 6 months later and have to replace all 4 pads and rotors again. This place specializes in diagnostic repair. It is even in there name. 2 trips and $200 for diagnostic tests yielding no results and blaming it on dealer parts. Turns out there tech had put one of the sensors in the wrong slot.

Dealer found in few minutes and was only $60. I have tried this place because they are local but every time we have tried to do business we have been over charged for basically nothing in return, and the guy in the front makes you feel like you are inconveniencing them. Over $900 for brakes and I'm inconveniencing you. What a joke.

I Was very happy with the work performed on all of my vehicles, the job was always done right and done right the first time without any future problems/failures. the office/waiting room is very welcoming and inviting, they offer free wifi, cable tv and coffee while you wait, very friendly and helpful employees. great place to get your yearly inspection stickers, they even do commercial inspections! i highly suggest you check the place out for your self!
