John and his team go above and beyond every time. I have known John for over 10 years and only once tried another auto body shop to regret it. A Plus is the best auto body shop I know. I can recommend them highly. They provide the best value, are professional and get your car back on the road on time. If I could, I would give them 10 stars.

Probably the worst body shop in MA I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone specially if you're going through library mutual insurance company. Very suspicious between this body shop to library mutual insurance company to enterprise rental car in Somerville. My advice Stay away from this shop or at least make sure to understand what they are going to do before you start.

After sending my vehicle there for auto body repair they decided to do a front end alignment and damaged the struts, costing me another $900 elsewhere because they refused to acknowledge the damage they caused

Everyone at A Plus is professional, friendly, and they do great work on my car. They always look out for my best interests and go the extra mile to make sure that their customers are satisfied. As a woman, bringing my car to any auto shop is intimidating since you never know if you're going to get a bad deal or tricked into paying too much for unnecessary things. I have never worried about any of that at this shop. They are good, honest, generous people and I cannot recommend them enough.

Great work and excellent customer service. They work with Enterprise in Chelmsford which helped with accommodating rental transportation. They also cleaned my car inside, looks great.and fixed my son's door. Thank you so much!

This place lives up to its name, A+. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. I took in my car for an insurance claim and they did a superb job, came back looking good as new. They also have enterprise rentals on site which is a great convinience if you need a rental while your car is in the shop.

I smashed my side view mirror pulling into my garage. They ordered the part and did the job in 1 day! They even buffed out some minor scratches I had. Lightning fast turnaround and vert reasonably priced. I will use them any time I need body work! Service: Body & Trim

My roommate used their services after a cement truck ran into her car. She says they were extremely helpful and courteous. The turnaround was very quick and the car looks immaculate!

This is the best body Shop I ever been to since I have been driving. The staff treats you very nice and they accommodate you with alternate transportation and they also work in a timely fashion and the work is amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I went there for a small repair, and was helped promptly. Excellent customer service, reasonable pricing and overall great repair shop. I recently moved into the area and happy to find them. Highly recommend!

I recently used A Plus Auto Body for an exterior auto repair on my vehicle. I will say the entire process was fantastic. The quality of work, communication and thoroughness was at a gold standard. I would highly recommend them.

The customer service was absolutely amazing. This was my first experience needing work on my car, and John made the process extremely easy. He was so helpful and informative throughout the entire process. And on top of that he was lovely to chat with! Super personable and pleasant. My car came back looking good as new, and my interior was even cleaner than when I dropped it off. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Note they do not take Discover or AMEX. Honestly they really only take cash. This place is all about the money and less about the customer and the quality of service. You would think they would try to build relationships but that is not their concern. It is all about the MONEY! If they were upfront and honest about wanting cash in the beginning I would have been okay but they were dishonest and rude.

They will try to pressure you to use cash because it saves them money on fees. Also be ready for the woman Vicki who answers the phone. She will dismiss all your concerns and tell you anything to get you to sign the paper giving them the permission to do work on your vehicle. It also gives them permission to charge you for the car being parked there and for their lawyer fees if you end up in court. Gary the manager does not run his staff well and lets them get away with anything. They run over him like he is an intern verses the company manager.

I really liked the work they did on my car, came back to me as it was brand new from factory, the girl upfront were super polite and helpful, she showed me who to call and what to do (it was my first accident and i didn't know what to do). They kept me updated, they would send me at least 1 txt a week, sometimes 2, and also call me, giving me updates on my vehicle, i never once needed to go after them to see what is going on with my car.

They gave me the estimated date to be ready, and it was ready on the date they gave me, i really needed my car ready on the date they gave me, and it was, i really appreciated that.

I hit my wife's car in our own driveway. Put 2 large creases in both drivers side doors on Her Beautiful black Ford Fusion. These guys done a absolutely beautiful job on her car. Black has to be perfect. I know good body work and I was impressed with the work they did.

Gary and Cliff went above and beyond helping through my recent accident. They went as far as dealing with the insurance company who were dragging their feet throughout the entire process. It was an incredible headache to get anything done with the insurance company but these guys went out of their way to step in and get it done. Without them it probably would have taken even longer than it already did. Car came out great and I can't say enough about their service.

Best auto body place I've been to. The parts arrived earlier that expected and they finished the repairs and painting faster than expected and they do the best job. They even washed and vacuumed the vehicle as well as clean the tires! It was detailed! You can't go wrong with this place. :-
