Run from this company the manager Tommy Pina refuses to give my refund I ordered a rim on eBay it did not arrive on the date it was supposed to I requested a refund Tommy refuses to give a refund he told me I had to pay $30 return fee which is not true this company provide free shipping and returns in the state of Texas this is illegal it is called deceptive Trade Practices Act I will be contacting the State Attorney General's office and filing a complaint run from this company as fast as you can this company is a rip-off for legal reasons I have to say allegedly

I had recently purchased a used Audi A5 and the previous owner had put some road rash on the factory rims. I started shopping around for the best option either aftermarket or redo the stock rims. I went to a big local wheel store and they quoted me a VERY high price to redo the stock rims than it would have been to buy new aftermarket ones. Both options seemed too high for what appeared to be a straight forward job.

I kept shopping around and I found Wheels America online and decided to go by there in person. A lady named Leslie helped me out right off the bat. She was professional, personable and informative about what my options would be if I decided to give them the work. After Leslie laid out the options for redoing the stock rims versus buying other rims she quoted me a price that was significantly lower than the other store for the same kind of work and with a 24hour turnaround time as well as a lifetime guarantee on their work.

To top it off, the work included several different color options from the stock color, which is exactly what I was looking for! This translated to the best of all options, upgraded stock rims that looked factory with an upgraded after market color which is what I was wanting to do without paying an unreasonable amount of money. I was told the work would be done overnight by the night crew.

After leaving the car with them overnight - my immediate overall impression when I picked up the car: Great quality work! Very reasonable price for the amount of work, fast turnaround time with a lifetime warranty all by helpful people. I was AMAZED at the difference I will definitely be back if I ever want to upgrade, sell or just change out the wheels on any of my family's vehicles.

I came by the shop the following afternoon to pick it up and Jennifer took my payment, explained the warranty, gave me my key and it was done. The photos do not do the job justice! Thank you Leslie, Jennifer and everyone at Wheels America!

They fixed and powdercoated my set of 5 Axis FL01's for a great price. They even handled the dismounting of my old tires and mounting/ balancing of my new tires. Car looks amazing now and rides smooth as glass.

2016 TESLA MODEL S P90D - WHEEL REPAIR I have had two sets of wheels refinished by Wheels America, and they have done a stellar job both times. Most recently, they took a set of Tesla 21 inch wheels that were covered in curb rash, paint peel, and scratches, repaired them, color matched them with the car, and made them look brand new. They replaced my factory 19 inch wheels, and even handled the TPMS sensors without an issue.

I was extremely impressed by their communication, quick service, and super fair prices. I would recommend them to anyone looking to bring some life into boring or bruised up wheels.

I bought 4 reconditioned wheels online for my 2006 Impala on 3/15/18. about 10 months later one of the wheel's clearcoat was starting to crack. I contacted Wheels America chat, downloaded and sent them photos. They warranted the wheel without a problem! They emailed me a shipping label, at no charge to me! They sent me a another wheel in about a week.

Had a crack in my wheel causing a slow leak. Price to replace the wheel was over $400, these guys fixed me up in 24 hours for less than half that! Very happy with the results.

Drove down from Austin to pick up a wheel they had for my BMW and I was just going to trade out the current one that was bent and buy a new one. When I got here they asked if I could wait a little while and grab lunch and they would do it same day. I came back like 3 hours later and the thing was perfect. These guys do solid work. I have used them before for 2 mangled custom rims that were warped and chewed up and had been told multiple other places they couldn't be fixed but these guys in less than 24 hours gave me my rims back looking BRAND NEW. The are A1! Def recommend!

These guys really deserve kudos for their superior customer service. I had used them a couple of years back and had all 4 alloy wheels of vehicle restored to new condition. They were on time (overnight), the workmanship was excellent, and the price was as promised. Fast forward to this week, when I took a brand new (1 week old) vehicle to them that my wife had managed to whack a curb with in her first 1.5 miles.

I delivered this vehicle to them mid-afternoon, expecting the requisite approval from the dealer/insurance carrier before the afternoon was over. The insurer danced and evaded to find excuses not to pay the claim. Shortly thereafter a representative from Wheels America called after their expert technician had been able to look at the wheel. They indicated because it was a specialty factory finish, that they could not perfectly duplicate it and for a perfect match all 4 wheels would have to be done to match correctly.

With the pushback from the insurer, and the news that maybe all 4 would have to be done, I told them to hold off. They were very understanding and gracious, and put my car inside overnight. I would return to them for work in a heartbeat if the need arises again, and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Wow. I ordered a refurbished rim for my hyundai elantra coupe, and I was totally blown away by the excellent condition that it was in! And the price was fair.

I wanted to powder coat my rims. So I called and the guy said it will be 153 per wheel if they have to take off the wheel. So I get there today during rush hour traffic.and the price is now 167. The girl that works there was like oh it's def not 153. I didn't get the impression of a professionally run place so I left since if they can't even get their pricing right.what's going to happen if I have an issue with the end product? I wasted 2 hours driving two cars there (I was going to leave the car there to get it done).

My new (to me) Infiniti came with a serious case of curb rash on one wheel. I brought the vehicle to Wheels America for a "facelift, " and am very pleased with the results. as good as new. The reconditioning process takes 24 hours, so they kept the wheel, mounted my spare, and reversed the process when I picked it up. While the quality of the work is outstanding, perhaps just as important is the way they do business.

These are down-to-earth folks who are genuinely concerned with customer satisfaction. You feel comfortable the moment you walk in the place. Their prices, while not the cheapest in town, are quite reasonable for what you get, and the work is guaranteed for life (unless the new damage is caused by the driver). Given the cost of new wheels (they have those, too, if you need them) this is definitely the way to go, and Wheels America does an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Been using this company for years through my mechanic sop. They used to be fast and have good polite people working for them. I guess in the past couple they have gotten to large and their customer service has gone to pot. maybe (probabaly) just bad management Good thing is there are now plenty of other quality wheel repair places in Houston to use and not have to put up with the nonsense of this once good company.

I also had a great experience at Wheels America Houston! They were very efficient and professional. I had my 2009 Mustang GT wheels repaired there. Not only did they repair the scratches, they also repaired bends that I had no clue were there. To top it off they refinished my wheels, and they look absolutely AMAZING! If you're getting vibration as you drive it could be a bent rim, when you get your wheel balanced they'll be able to tell if the rim is bent. If you hit a big pot hole at speed and you have an aluminum wheel chances are its bent! Thanks to the atrocious Houston roads I had 3 bent BBS rims (worth about 800 bucks a piece). In my case it worked out a lot cheaper to get them fixed instead of buying new ones.

At time of writing it cost $129 per rim, plus about $20 (per wheel) if you need them to take off the tire, remount and balance. As well as straightening they fixing any scratches / "rim rash" and repaint. I was surprise at how good the paint job was, especially as i have bling gold rims! I ended up leaving my car with them as it seemed much easier that removing the wheels myself, i dropped it off after work, then picked it up the next day after work.
