Greg's recently finished my Mustang Mach E. It looks brand new again. This is my 3rd time using their services (on other cars). They never disappoint! Their customer service is exceptional and the quality can't be beat! I'll never take my cars anywhere else!

Excellent job on both customer service and the repair on my car! Had an issue with the tires, took it back & with in 1 hour the tires were fixed! Definitely recommending this place to my family & friends!

I was recently rear ended and needed body work on my rear bumper. I was recommended by my insurance to Greg's. They where very professional, they always answer your calls and send you text message alerts to keep you updated on your cars progress. It took a few weeks to finish the repair but my car was ready right when they said it would be. This place is worth the price!

I took my car to the La Habra location; excellent customer service and work. I was kept informed of the process from beginning to end. My car was delivered within the projected timeframe. It may not be the least expensive but I prefer value and quality over price.

Got work done about 3 years ago. work was sub par but didn't complain or go back to have it done right. I recently inquired about some warranty work for their paint, the clear started lifting around panel edges. Told me they would give me a call. About a month later and haven't heart jack. Save your time and money. AAA contracted body shop does not mean anything. Try Weddles Auto body down the street.

They did an amazing job in my car. I took it in on a Wednesday, and my car was done on a Saturday. A cool thing, they washed my car! lol They are true professionals. Jessica was sooo nice. Not all places have nice administrative secretaries and welcoming. Greg and his professional staff of technicians are on point with their work. Thanks all!

Took my car in last Tuesday 08/11 and it was ready today 08/18. It was expected tomorrow but so happy it was ready a day early. I am so pleased with the repairs on my rear bumper. Looks like nothing happened to my vehicle. Amazed! Thank you Greg's auto body! Very thankful to have chose your body shop to do the repairs.

The worst customer service i have ever had they tried to give me a completely wrong color rim they did not even check the seat belts which were broken after that they ruined my headliner with grease then tried to clean it themselves and made it worse had to take it to a professional detailer to get it properly cleaned. I wish that was all but then my rain guard on my window came off and my rack and pinion blew out after i had brought up that it was making noise and my front inner fender well fell out.

Also they left swirls in my brand new paint after all of this i had to have auto club come out and meet with greg and myself. Greg became extremely agitated and aggressive and started making accusations towards me i am happy auto club was there to handle the rest DO NOT COME HERE! Since randon left it has went downhill! Also they will not warranty there work they installed faulty used parts and then told me i was lying about it completely ridiculous horrible place!

TL; DR: Greg's AB does excellent work and they have stellar customer service. A+ all the way! -- My wife and I have been going to Greg's for well over a decade now for all our dents, scraps, and/or accidents. The last accident happened on last year when she was rear-ended by a talk-and-texter. We were told it would be about five (5) days and it was done ahead of time; no fuss, excellent work.

On one occasion, I found what looked like someone with keys on their belt brushed by our beautiful '19 Forester and scratched the fender. I himmed-and-hawed about it for a few weeks and finally took it to Greg's for an appraisal. I was truly hoping it wasn't going to require a paint job. I drove up, parked, and showed the gentleman who was working in the front.

The guy took a look at it and said, "You're fine. wait here.this is nothing to worry about." Five or so minutes later, I'm leaving with the fender as good as new, and the guy refused even a tip. "Our customers are our top priority--no charge!" WOW! 10+ years we've been going here, here's to another 10 years! Well done, Greg's!

This is an approved body shop for the Autoclub. Living in soCal it's not too unusual that I have had Greg's work on 2 of my cars and one of my extended family cars over the last few years. Most recently this visit in August 2019. The quality of paint and body work is as good as you could expect and they do a good job of keeping you informed of progress. Lifetime warranty allows you to get the work done with confidence. Special thanks to Carla in the office and Eric who handles the estimates. Good people!

Great auto body shop. I was rear-ended a couple months back and selected them off a list of shops after reading reviews on all of them, and I can safely say I am very happy with my decision. They were great from beginning to end, they are very straight forward. After my initial estimate I was called back the day after I left it and given a new estimate because there was more damage noticed once the bumper was taken off and waited until I approved the new changes and left me in total control of the situation. Carla is the individual I was in communication with and answered any questions I had in a very quick and professional manner.

After picking it up, I noticed my trunk wouldn't open, called them up and they told me to bring it back and quickly went to work fixing the issue until it was resolved. They told me that if any issues arose to call them up and bring it back, but fortunately it has been smooth sailing since.

I just got my car back from Greg's auto body repair. They did a super job on body and paint. Looks brand new. Can't tell it was in an accident! Even cleaned my interior engine compartment. Would highly recommend them.

My truck was rear ended while parked. Damaged the hitch, bumper, tailgate, and bed corner. They had it fixed good as new in about a week. They made the whole ordeal quick and painless. Would gladly go back to them.

Man could not be more happy with from the first phone call to the actual visit nothing but quality customer service you don't fine any more of that around. The guy who writes the estimates, well I had Joe real knowledgeable and good humor not a grumpy guy. The only bad thing he's a Vikings fan but I won't hold that against him for not knowing any better.

Almost a year ago, we took our car to Greg's Auto Body for repairs (after another vehicle, trying to pass, side-swiped ours) and they did a spectacular job on it. A couple of weeks ago, we were back at Greg's with the same car after it got severely gouged (quarter panel and two doors) by another vehicle attempting to park next to ours. Well, Greg's Auto Body has done another spectacular job!

Excellent and efficient workmanship; very friendly staff; great communication; highly recommended. We look forward to visiting Greg's again (with our luck, probably about a year from now).

Can you say "Insurance Fraud"? Greg's Auto Body charged nearly $2,500.00 to repair this bumper which had 2 screw imprint from a car that kissed the bumper. WOW! I'm amazed how they could grossly exaggerate the damage to milk the insurance company to pay more. This work should not have exceeded $800.00 max and even that amount could be cut in half. No wonder our insurance rates are so high. Note to the Owner - you should be ashamed to allow this type of practice in your business.
