Allan was super helpful in explaining the parts and what needed to be done great company would go back if I need more body work done

Had my passenger side mirror replaced Ordered it Monday and it was installed the next day in less than 20 minutes. James was very helpful in getting that done. Second time I've been to Imperial Body Shop and appreciate their courteous and professional Staff. Great working atmosphere. Customer friendly. A nice added feature would be a good Cup O' Joe and a vending machine while you wait. However, waiting is never too long. May not have time to finish the coffee!

Allan Baca was amazing! Supper helpful and kind he made sure to keep us informed on what was going on with the car and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend imperial body and Allan!

Awesome service and would totally recommend! Sergio was beyond excellent and always answered all my questions. I did not know where to start when I came in for the repair regarding insurance and how everything worked. They walked me step by step until everything was complete. There was some issues with communication with my insurance and Sergio handled all the calls to clear it up.

I got an honest update every single week, as well. Upon pick up, they let me look over my car before signing the release form. My car looked as if nothing ever happened! They even cleaned my car before I picked it up. I appreciate the work and would totally recommend them!

If I could give 10/10 I would! Definitely recommend them they do amazing work they're responsive and keep you at a peace of mind. I am extremely pleased with their service. Sergio took great care of us and made sure we were up to date every week without even having to call him. The car looks like it was never damaged, Definitely 1000% recommend!

Came here today for an estimate after Whittier Toyota informed me they could not install my rear bumper retainer bracket when I showed up for my appt to install said bracket. While describing the needed estimate, the guy in charge happened to overhear me and said "Let's take a look". I showed him my bumper, my retainer bracket and he looked everything over said "I'll take care of it".

He had his guy take the car away and 8 minutes later, the car returns with the bracket installed. No charge! I am totally impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and speed with which they did this. Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service and being generous with your time. I will definitely come here for any future auto body needs.

James and his team are the best! My car was sideswiped and left with damage to the whole driver side of my car as well as a broken mirror. James took his time to answer all my questions, take a look at the vehicle, and provide valuable recommendations. They did the repairs for a reasonable price and in very quick time. My car was side swiped by a neighbor and I needed repair quickly. My sister recommended Imperial Body Shop as they did her car when she got into a fender bender on the fwy. Allan Baca and his team were very pleasant to work with. They kept me well informed and made me feel like I was an important person throughout the whole process. I would recommend to anyone who needs a good body shop with excellent quality workers. Once my parts arrived, my repair was finished quickly and I couldn't even tell I even had work done.

I recently had some repairs done. After picking up my car there were new issues after getting home that had nothing to do with the repairs. After letting my insurance know about the issues, Imperial Auto Body called me right away to make it right and fix the issues. They were very apologetic and gracious! Thank you guys for making it right!

Terrible place, always pushing dates constantly lieing about when it will be ready and what is being done, they use terms like "100 Percent" "I promise", then you talk to the insurance which they're supposedly working with and they don't hear things from them at all. Its not right to claim something will take a short while and then it doesn't. I understand stuff happens but they wouldn't even bother contacting you to let you know about delays.

I had to constantly call only to keep hearing "It'll be ready mid next week worse case Friday". They told me that 3 times. For weeks Then when you contact them they claim they're on lunch but don't get back to you for like 3+ hours

I'm highly satisfied with how my honda civic looked afterwards as if nothing happened in the first place. Looks brand new again! Greg is amazing, I recommend him for your auto needs 100%.

I've been here twice so far. They are very prompt and go through extra mile both times! The first time, they even ordered me a ride to and from Enterprise for my rental. The second time, I had James. He gave me a fast estimate, and even had a worker clean off plastic scapes on my paint for free. There was several things that James did that went the extra mile, but I'm writing this review so late that I forgot some of it. I give them 5 stars for both of my visits

I hate to admit that I have used Imperial Body Shop many times over the years going back probably 20 years. Unfortunately, accidents happens. I am a repeat and loyal customer because their work, as well as their customer service, is impeccable. They are honest, reasonable, and go above and beyond to provide good service. I cannot express enough my appreciation and gratitude.

Terrible shop. I left my car here with my belongings thinking nothing of it. When I came back to pick up my car my belongings were at the back and my cash was missing. I called the owner to let him know what had happened and he said it was my fault for not removing my belongings. Never have I experienced such an unprofessionalism and lack of customer service. Don't waste your business in here.

Our go-to place when we need auto repairs. It's stressful to be in an accident but it feels good to have this place to turn to. We've taken several of our cars here-Toyotas and Chevy's and are always given a fair price with great and attentive service.

Excellent job! Shant and Greg handled my collision repairs. Every time I called they answered and had an update for me and/or a solution any time an issue would arise. Shant (owner) personally went out to LA to find a wheel that would fit my car because I needed my car back by a certain time for work and wasn't aware I had no rental coverage on my policy (I do now ) and he personally helped to make that possible so I could have my car!

They even replaced my rear bumper from damages that were made from one of the towing companies that handled my car after the accident(nobody took accountability), totally unrelated to the accident and they still did that for me AND at a discounted rate saved me hundreds of dollars. My car looked brand new again! THANKS IMPERIAL BODY SHOP!

We have now taken 3 vehicles to Imperial Body Shop over the years - most recently last month. Accidents are never fun to deal with, but everyone there is super friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Allan is amazing - he explains everything, keeps you posted on the car's status, and answers all questions. Each time, our vehicles have been fixed to perfection - you couldn't even tell where the repairs were made!

I sent my son in to get his front bumper fixed he went in and was taken care of very fast and the work was excellent. I'd like to thank the team for taking good care of him and not trying to take advantage of a young driver. As we purchased the car and the front number was being held by zip ties. In some areas. The car looks very clean and I would recommend this shop for there courtesy and fair prices.

Their service was sought to repaint and restore a car and they performed the task in an excellent way. Very highly recommended. They are more than first class surgeons because no marks are on the car. Our car looked as good as new.

My parked car got hit while i was working, ina panic i contacted Imperial and they took me in the same day, had my car back within a week! Shawn was able to help me out immensely, I won't go anywhere else for paint or body work! thanks again guys!

Got my Mercedes fixed here. I have nothing but rave reviews about this place. Greg was SO helpful and accommodating. My car looks brand new. It was done fast and you can absolutely tell what a great job they did. Thankful for Greg and all the people at Imperial Body Shop! Will continue to come here years to come.

This is my THIRD time doing business with them. First two times here service was AMAZING, hassle-free, clean jobs. Third time though, there was some wrong "misunderstanding" in the beginning with one of the adjusters which I did not appreciate, regarding my car's initial repairs. But thankfully Coco stepped in, was incredibly understanding, and took care of the issues raising concerns. Coco is AMAZING and always meets expectations above and beyond with services. I plan to bring back my vehicle(s) for future repairs.

I've been to Imperial body shop twice to have my car repaired and both times I was extremely happy with the work! They brought my car back to life twice and they did it in more then a reasonable amount of time! I felt more then confident in Imperial Body Shop maintaing they're word and doing straight business. NO BS! Thats rare in the world we live in. Im also extremely grateful to Alan he took care of everything and really does his job with honesty and class! I can't see myself ever getting work on my car anywhere else!

Service was impeccable. Transactions like these are usually a headache but I was in and out of the place-- very hassle free. I took my car last Saturday and got it a week later. Shant was very pleasant and nice and took great care of us. All in all, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this body shop for any of your needs

My BMW 330i windshield was cracked all the way to the middle from a rock hitting it and Allan at Imperial Body Shop did a great job partnering with my insurance to fix it for me in 1 day and was super communicative the entire way. He's also helped my mom multiple times with her Lexus and they even give you a free carwash when they fix it. I HIGHLY recommend going here for a decent price, fast turn around, and great professional service. Thanks Allan + Imperial Body Shop!

Insurance claim repair work only took 1 week. For the amount of work needed, that is a fair and above average repair time. They also go out there way to make sure the repairs meet or exceed to make sure the repairs are just like you had it before your accident. They where able to answer the small detail questions as well and kept me in the loop the whole way. Good people.

Every person I met were very friendly and nice. Always very responsive and follow up on time. The best thing for this shop is their work! They repaired the back bumper and trunk like brand new when I had a car accident about a year ago. This shop was recommended by AAA company which the driver who cause the accident was insured. Everything went very smoothly, and I was satisfied with their work.

Today they replaced the left side mirror after someone broke the mirror about a week ago. It took 2 days to order and receive the part and 15 minutes to replace the mirror. Walter was very nice and responsive every time I call and ask questions. Thank you!
