I took my car there to repair a dent in my bumper. My car was in excellent mechanical condition (verified with my mechanics) when I took it in but when I picked it up, the shift boot and retainer were broken, the shift mechanism (which I upgraded within the last 9 months) was not working properly, the front brakes were warped, the trunk release did not work properly and the convertible top would not lower properly.

When I brought all this to the attention of the shop all I got were excuses and push back from the staff. The car was in the shop for 6 weeks plus an additional 10 days to try and remedy their mistakes. The brakes are still not right and the shifter is still not functioning properly and I'm waiting on a new trunk release mechanism. They claim to guaranty their work for the life of car ownership but my attempts to contact the owners were met with a stone wall. I went there because this is supposedly a Porsche Certified body shop but I would not take my kid's tricycle there for repair.

Absolutely love and recommend this business someone backed into my drivers door on top of that, I have custom paint. They not only replaced the door the paint is absolutely incredible they matched it perfectly to the rest of my car. Everyone there treated me amazing. Larry kept me up to date with everything. Couldn't be happier that they not only fixed my baby they made my car look like nothing happened to it, I am so happy I found this shop and will definitely recommend everyone I know to go there.

Finish Line Collision in Prospect Park - Horrible experience I don't even know where to start and Larry Owens whom I guess acts as the owner of the shop made it 100000x worse. I would never go back nor refer them to anyone. The dealership advised me to use them and I wish I never did. I guess its normal not to give a customer any paper work after the work is completed just a final estimate.

Not even before or after pictures of the repairs. The fact the real owners could care less about the customer service there customers are receiving is a joke. I asked multiple people to have Charlie or Martin to contact me just to discuss the repairs on my car and never heard a word. As Larry stated they get the info from him lol. From the beginning Larry was very unprofessional and made the experience a nightmare.

It took them just about 3 months to complete the repairs on my RS5 and would have taken longer if I had not requested the parts list. Larry stated there was no timeline on one of the parts needed that was coming from Germany, long story short once I did finally receive the parts needed I sent the parts list to one of my guys and he located the part needed at a dealership in Northern Miami within 20 minutes and they confirmed they would hold the part for us.

I call Larry back to let him know so he can contact them thinking it would be good news and he gives me a hard time cursing etc., I want to post the recorded conversations. We both apologized thinking things were headed in the right direction, but NO. He did get the part from them but then about a week or 2 later he lets me know that he made a mistake and didn't order the $30 plate that was needed to complete the repairs and now had to wait again, just delay after delay.

The guy couldn't even be honest and let me know when it was going to actually arrive back at Audi, and when it did arrive they had a weeks worth of work to do and didn't feel the need to inform me. He also stated the car was detailed, when I got it back it smelled like paint, markings everywhere, rims damaged interior was a mess and more. I never write reviews and I believe Finish Line does do quality work but not on my Audi RS5 and due to the experience I had with Larry Owens the lead estimator I do not have one good thing to say about Finish Line.

A friend recommended their body shop for German cars. You can't tell it was ever hit. Truly a good job. They also did a full detail, received my car in outstanding condition.

Highest quality work from the highest quality people. Took great care of my car after an accident, took my wife's car to them a year later and they did a great job again. Communicated well throughout the process and delivered on-schedule. They even gave us a tour of the shop and we're as friendly as could be. This is our go-to shop from now on!

I just want to start off by saying my car is my Audi A3 is literally my baby. This is my first new car so when I got into my accident I wanted to make sure my repairs were done the right way. The receptionist upon calling made sure to accommodate me with a rental literally nearby before I even dropped my car off. From the receptionist to the mechanic everyone continuously updated me on the progress of my vehicle.

I didn't have to wonder about a completion date, or what part of the process they were on. Eric called me daily to make sure we were always on the same page, down to with the insurance company. When I arrived to pickup my car it literally looked like it was straight off the lot. The paint job was so uniformed and the repairs were seem less. No one could ever notice my pearl white front bumper was literally caved in. All of this astonishing service during a pandemic I couldn't be more content. Thank you again Finishline! I'll be recommending them to whoever needs quality auto care!

I brought my two year old vehicle to Finish Line for a second opinion after having it poorly repaired at another shop using after market parts. Larry went to bat for me and worked with the adjuster to have the car COMPLETELY redone using factory parts. It looks fantastic, like a brand new car! They were extremely professional and meticulous about their work! I couldn't be happier and would recommend Finish Line Collision to anyone who wants their car fixed correctly!

My Audi A3 was badly damaged in a hit and run, and I was seriously shaken. I had been advised by the dealership, to have the damages repaired at Finish Line Collision in Prospect Park. Although this was well out of the way, I took my baby there. From the beginning, I had my reservations, with the small closet sized office, and the rough demeanor and language of one the people there, Larry if I remember correctly. Anyway, I later received a call from my insurance company, telling me that the shop had 'yelled' and the estimator because of some disagreement, and bad mouthed my insurance too!.

I would expect the shop to behave in a professional manner, but this was not situation. When I finally did pick up my Audi, the finished product was almost acceptable, because of paint spray I found in the door opening, and the interior smelled like paint. Now, I have no recourse because I didn't take my car to a direct repair shop which my carrier told me was an option. Wish I had.

I will never come back. I got 1 week repair time as original estimation so I decided to drop my car off. Apparently I made a bad decision, I got my car back 4 weeks later. It was just too hard to appreciate their estimation. I was fed with false hope the entire 4 weeks, under the impression that I would get my car back anytime. They just don't bother telling you the professional estimation that your parts might be delivered from Germany and the delivery would take as long as a few weeks or they might need permission from your insurance company which would be easily weeks as well before they could start repair your car.

They also agreed to do a free touch-up for a small dent on my rear passenger's door but when I picked up my car, they said sth like 'the touchup is not going to look good.'. All in all they used what they could to give you false hope while you are waiting. They might be professionals and they might keep other customers happy but in my case, I was deeply disappointed and I will try my best to avoid coming back for their service.
