I went to the shop to get an estimate for auto bodywork. The shop is well lit, the waiting room is clean and comfortable. The manager is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. After our detailed conversation about the bodywork and paint, he was honest that his shop is currently too busy to complete and deliver my car on my timeline. Although I will not use this shop I am appreciative of their honesty and knowledge.

Had to get my side rear mirror replaced because of a hit and run. I hate anything car related because I find it very stressful. Jack was calm, very helpful and kind. He went the extra mile to find a cheap rear mirror and painted it to match my car - unlike the last auto shop that just slapped on an ugly colored one. I was waiting for my car, chatting with an elderly woman who said she's been coming to this shop for over 40 years. I can see why.

I've gone to Jacks several times. His work is good, he only recommends what is absolutely necessary and gives you a range of options. He's also easy to talk to.

Almost every year I go to Jack's to take care of my car's yearly scratches, dents, and worse. I've sometimes gotten an estimate from other shops, but they rarely can compare with Jack's so I keep on going back. If he can repaint a bumper and make it look great, he'll recommend that versus getting an entirely new bumper. My experience with Jack's has been great and I recommend him highly.

I have gone to Jack's for many years, and find him to be very fair and competitive in pricing and in doing good quality work. That's especially important if you are getting auto body work done that is not covered by insurance.

I am not very good at keeping my car out of accidents and had to go to Jack's several times in the past decade, and recommended him to friends. If you want honest, high quality, and fast service for a fair price, Jack is your man. I insisted on his shop even when I used insurance and they had other 'recommended' shops they would tow to.

If you've been reading reviews of auto body shops, you know how the story goes: I decided to introduce the side of my car to the wall in a Costco parking garage on a particularly tight corner. I was beyond mortified by what I had done, especially since I usually consider myself a good driver. Getting the damage fixed at Jack's was an amazingly simple and easy process.

I headed over on a Saturday for a free estimate and Jack personally met me and gave me an estimate on the spot with no wait. He was also willing to leave the bumper as-is and just buff out what he could since there were only two scratches on the bumper and redoing the bumper would cost significantly more. The price was several hundred cheaper than the other quote I got from another well-reviewed body shop, so I decided to go with Jack's.

I dropped my car off on a Tuesday morning and Jack told me it would be ready within a few days. I got the call from Jack early today on a Thursday so it only took him two days! The damage looks like it was never there and Jack was even able to buff out most of the scratches on the bumper. Overall, a super easy process that I hopefully won't have to repeat, but if I do decide to introduce my car to any more parking garage walls, I'll definitely be back.

Jack's provides quality service for reasonable prices. They are cooperative and honest.

This place is awesome the work they do is flawless. I just bought a Lexus es350 and scratched the side with dents after they finished the work is was perfect not even a tiny imperfection. if you are try to get I good paint or dent fixed you must go here

These guys are great! I've been meaning to leave a review for a while. I've been here and next door for auto repairs and paint jobs. At Jack's, he fixed up a huge scrape on the side of my car and was significantly cheaper (by several hundred dollars) than other places I had checked out. They're honest, polite, reliable, and I didn't feel like I was being taken for a ride. Support this business!

Very friendly and attentive service, and overall good work on body.but the paint was way sub-par! I have had a series of chips, expected along the front end of any vehicle but this amount was NEVER seen with my original hood and paint for nearly 100k miles! Now a larger portion of the new hood paint has lost its clear coat and I can only expect more to come!

This was an insurance paid for job, but regardless, the quality is no where near original in the paint quality. Get your paint done somewhere else if your insurance is covering it. I do think they rushed to get the car back to me as it had been longer than expected time quoted.

I have been going to Jack's auto body for many years since 2004! Never had any issues. Jack and his team are polite and friendly and go out of their way to get stuff done in a timely manner. I always recommend this place to my friends and family. They thank me every time because they're so happy with the results!

In and out in one hour! Had some bumper issues, first two places I went to get a quote, they told me I needed a replacement, but Jack said he could stabilize it and lock it in place for a much lower price. He got it done very well and very efficiently, would definitely come back in the future

Jack's Auto Body was the epitome of great customer service. My car slid on ice and ran into a tree stub. I didn't want to go through insurance because I was afraid they would declare it a total so I paid out of pocket. I came here because I heard excellent reviews and recommendations on our neighborhood next door thread. I am glad I followed their advice because Jack returned my car in great shape in a timely manner.

I gave him a call and asked if I needed an appointment for an estimate and he said I could come right over. As I pulled up, he told me to pull right in. He looked over the damage with me and described to me what he could see and what he was expecting. Within 2 hours, he had taken a full look and called me back with a final estimate. Two days later, my car was ready and looked great.

I also realized I needed an oil change and an inspection and I asked Jack if he could take care of that even though it isn't a traditional body shop service. He said he could take it across the street for me and get it done so that it would be ready for me by the time I came to pick it up. That was going above and beyond! He did not try to sell me on any extra services or over charge. He is very reasonable, fair and honest! Thanks for a great experience Jack!

I was rear ended and unfortunately had to pay out-of-pocket due to the other party lying to their insurance co. Luckily the damage wasn't terrible - just a pushed in bumper, broken tail light and reflector. Jack quoted me a very reasonable price and even completed the work same-day. I opted for the cheapest fix which would just pull out the dent and replace broken parts. I am extremely pleased with how well it turned out. Other than some scrapes and the bumper being a bit misshapen everything else looked almost like new. Highly recommend!

As a 23 year old woman whose knowledge of cars does not go past Fast and the Furious, I highly recommend Jack's Auto Body for customers who are a little clueless of the car world. He not only worked fast but explained what I needed done in a simple manner. I went to three different body shops in NOVA for estimates for repairing my damaged bumper, bumper cover, and splash guard.

Out of the three, Jack's was the cheapest by far at $887 and he stuck to his estimate. The other two estimated at $1100 and $1300. They also gave me conflicting information and again, didn't explain the work that needed to be done very well. Overall, I highly recommend Jack's Auto Body for cost effective, timely work and well-stated information.

Took care of our aging Audi and our recent model BMW. Very straightforward and reasonable rates, high quality work, and honest. Completes work when promised. No upselling and no surprises when car is returned. I wish more local businesses followed Jack's model.

Just picked up my car from Jack's and was very happy with how it looked. I found Jack to be easy to deal with, very straightforward, and his work is excellent. I brought in a 13-year old minivan. The paint on the hood had blistered in the sun and was peeling off and there was some rust underneath. I told him my main concern was protecting the van and making it look decent, and he did a great job of fixing the problem. He spotted some rust I missed and took care of it. I feel like this vehicle can definitely last a few more years for us, and we accomplished that without overspending.

I have had a Volkswagen Karman Ghia for 33 years and decided to take the plunge and restore it. I looked everywhere for a proper shop to take the time and effort needed. I found Jack's and could not be happier with the results. Jack is a very nice person to deal with and does what he says he will. I would certainly go back and believe this is the best shop around.

Jack is the man! He fixed my door so professionally and found me a great deal. After having struggled with my insurance and other local body shops I went with Jack because his solution was the most logical for me and his price was a solid $300 lower than his nearest competitor. Great workmanship and quick turnaround on my repair even when his shop seemed quite busy. It's been about 3 months and my car door is performing really well!

I went to Jack's my first time to paint my bumper and it was good but bumper paint lasted 2 years and half until it started flaking off but not going to complaint it was only $250. Tried Jack the second time. He repainted my Subaru STI door, quarter panel and fixed my cracked bumper/repaint and kept some of the original paint and blend it. Oem paint is good so no complaints he did a good job. If you have an issue the first time and let him know he will take care of it. Jacks prices probably the best around. I hope it will hold up!

I don't yelp a lot but I'd like to give a huge shout out to Jacks who got my car back to brand new after I swiped a cement pole in a parking garage. I was petrified as I'd only had the car a few months and thought I'd be stuck with a ding in the door and several yellow scrapes. However, Jacks did an amazing job! Also, the price was lower than what I was quoted and wrapped everything up with a wash. Well done, keep up the great work!

I have taken my vehicle here 2 times and each time I feel that we've been given an honest and accurate assessment. Jack is top notch and always willing to help. We are extremely happy with his service and great rates! We won't go anywhere else for our Auto Body needs and we highly recommend everyone does the same!

I am a returning customer and i am not happy with their service. When i first came here they repaired my front bumper; which effected my AC Condenser as well. They fixed that and changed some parts for it; this was last year. This year, For the past few month my AC stopped blowing cool air. I took my car to a different place to see what's up.

They told me that my AC condenser is not working and that it was a second hand down parts. The technician said that they also forgot to place the rubber bands that hold the tubes/pipes in so i was also leaking some Refrigerant. My new auto shop suggested i go back to Jacks auto to see if there is an warranty on this part. so i did. Here is where the story gets crazy.

I arrive 9am Saturday. Just to see if they had warranty on the part. The guy that was there must have been a technician; he told me that the guy i need to talk to isn't here but would be arriving soon. No problem! i can wait. The tech comes back stating he would arrive 10am. He suggested that i come back then; i told him i would stay because i live about 40min away.

Here comes 10am, the tech comes back and apologizes that guy won't be there till 11am!?!? ARE YOU SERIOUS?! This is no way to treat a customer; This is a business and you shouldn't have your customer waiting for that long and the fact that you gave me a time of arrival made it even more ridiculous! Don't tell me when you will arrive but then not show up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Be careful about interior, they might forget few important parts that can cause more money in the long run.

This review is overdue, but in January 2019, we had a great experience working with Jack. Our car lost a fight with a pillar in a parking garage, and Jack was able to restore it to like-new condition at a fair price! The repair coincided with a trip we were on, but Jack was very accommodating with pre and post trip instructions and storage. While car repairs are never fun, Jack's will be the first place that comes to mind if we need these types of services again.

I went to Jack's after a minor scrape of my rear fender against a parking lot column. No dents, but a little paint loss and some scuffs. I purchased my car last November and still haven't visit a mechanic so was a little nervous about where to go for an estimate.
