I have had consistently very positive experiences At Northern Virginia Family Auto. Elmer, in particular, is attentive, thoughtful, and so very knowledgeable. He takes the time just explained thanks and answer any questions that one has. The work is always very thorough, and very reasonable and prize. Nova Family Auto Services provides excellent, honest service at a very reasonable price. They completed A/C service for me at a fraction of the cost quoted by my dealership. More recently, I referred a friend for suspension work he needed. They did an excellent job on that work too. Again it was much more affordable than what he had been quoted elsewhere. Nova has my VERY STRONG recommendation!

Took my car here for a second opinion after a prior mechanic lied to me about repairs it needed. This shop diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately, didn't try to sell me anything extra, and fixed it for a fair price. Just used them for the first time and I'll definitely be going back. These guys were fast, courteous, competent, and reasonably priced. They turned around a laundry list of work on my old rusty truck in just a few days after another local shop had left it on the back burner for two months. Super happy with it.

Once again I had an issue that was unplanned. I called and Elmer said he would do his best but it may be a day or two as they were really busy. Much to my surprise Elmer called me a few hours later and said the car would be ready before they closed that same day. This shop continues to take care of me and I highly recommend them. I can't say enough good things about Nova Family Auto Services. The employees have always been attentive, kind, and personable. The service time has always had great turn around for me (I work nearby but don't live nearby, so same-day service is a must). I've never felt like they were taking advantage of me or pushing me for unnecessary services. All and all, a great garage to go to for whatever you need (I've done everything from oil changes to air conditioner repair to transmission flushes here).

This was my second time going to nova family Otto and both times they have impressed me! I came without an appointment to get an inspection on my car and within the day they finish the inspection fixed my brakes and replaced my headlight. They always have a quick turnaround and they're always very accommodating and kind and at a great price I might add.

The last time I came here I got a quote for over $2500 at the dealership for a wiper motor issue, then I came here and they performed that maintenance plus another thing for less than half of that. That day I had called them after I left the dealership and they told me to come right in and drop my car off and they would start working on it. I am always very impressed by them and each time Elmer has helped me and and he is great!
