Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience with this place. The owners were very nice for years but later realized it was all fake. I have been coming to their auto body for years and bringing friends/ family to their business. Due to the pandemic I was laid off and since Sandra (owner) was what I thought a dear friend of mine - I asked her for a job in her establishment. Sandra agreed and welcomed me right in.
The girls there were very sweet but they were so over worked and drowned in their own work they weren't able to train me. The first day I was immediately given the task to answer phones and open new files with no knowledge of how things are done. I started to notice Sandra was becoming very condescending towards me. I was having a hard time grasping their protocols because again I was not trained. Sandra would yell at me and call me slow and just treat me terrible. Ultimately, I left the job and Sandra's fake friendship behind. Please everyone don't support a business who treats their employees terrible - it is not right.

This body shop is the best body shop in the entire world. If I moved to Europe, I would ship my cars here. Every time I use them, my cars have came out better looking than the day I got them. Amazing, helpful and knowledgeable staff. If you're reading this review - use providence auto body without hesitation. I just picked my car up about 25 minutes ago and I'm still giddy about how fantastic it looks. Quick and easy process as well.

My car was hit last week, and normally this would be a bit stressful. Before I left the scene, I knew I could rest assured, everything would be fine. I remembered my last accident a few years back. I went to Providence Auto Body! It was such an easy, efficient, 5 star service. Before I even called my insurance company this time, I called them to see if they would be able to take my car in.
Hearing the same familiar voices when I called in, I knew I would be in good hands! They are AMAZING to work with, and they take care of the entire process so you don't have to find time to deal with insurance company calls, adjusters, or car rental companies. The quality of both service and repair will exceed your expectations! It is not a quick-turn service, the quality of work is worth the wait!

Five star service from a five star auto body shop. Our minivan was badly damaged from a deer collision. PAB took care of the entire process including appraisal, insurance, and a rental and returned a pristine vehicle to us only a few short weeks later! We could barely recognize our car when we got it back. The entire car was cleaned inside and out. They even detailed the interior of our family minivan! Well done Providence Auto Body! You've definitely lived up to your outstanding reputation.
