Absolutely fantastic service. Check engine light came on while I was traveling out of state and they went out of their way to fit me in to their very busy schedule to get me (safely) back on the road. Was truly the best customer service and I hope they consider setting up a shop in my home state. Would highly recommend them to anyone who owns a car.

Great place, I purchased a Mercedes' and I was having issues with the fan running high at all times, I took it to one place that said I needed a new computer and sent me on my way. I ended up taking it to elite where they solved the issue and wasn't even a computer. Now they done brakes, springs flushes and done an amazing job. I will Oo not go anywhere else but elite Thanks mike and the staff

Brought Porsche in for repairs and they gave full diagnostic and we decided what needed to be fixed first and what could wait.

Great service! 6 stars if I could! Went in for a water pump issue asked for them to go through the whole car as well they pin pointed the issues and were upfront about what needed to be done. Carly is a super nice person! Updated me as everything went along. Mike the service manager is a top notch guy! Nate the technician was super informative and has great knowledge! I would recommend this company to anyone who's looking for upfront service great quality work and a friendly company. Elite is definitely my go to for my car needs!

Engine light came on and didn't know if it was drivable or not - and of course this happened on a Sunday and I just started a new job so didn't want to have to call in late for Monday. Kate told me we'd swap cars so I could have something to drive and she would drive mine in to be checked out on Monday. Of course they solved a whole bunch of problems I had that I didn't even know about and had me back in business in no time.

They kept me apprised each step of the way and Mike even brushed off my car to drive it home. Good honest people who do a great job. Can't say enough about them or their service.

I have been using Elite Auto Repair for almost 2 years for my 2010 Land Rover LR2. I have had to have a lot of work done on my car and I could not be more satisfied and appreciative. Mike, was upfront about the problem with my, I have 2002 celica and Toyota and they don't make parts for it anymore, so they are willing to fabricate the part and correct the issue. I love my celica and during the summer put in car shows.

Nobody is ever excited to be at an auto repair facility so its the people that make the difference and Elite Auto Repair delivers. They are thorough and more profesional than many dealerships (I know first hand) they are thorough with diagnostics without needing hours upon hours to find out whats wrong. Rates are around what you would expect from a capable full service facility. They helped me make a crucial decision on my old Volvo. Give them try if you want dealer level specialty with independent value.

If you have a car that you care about, bring it here. If you want to be ripped off by a greedy mechanic, go somewhere else. It's pretty simple. These people are professional and well organized. They know what they're doing and will fill you in on everything. Not to mention how extremely friendly they are. I personally don't know any other auto repair shop who seemingly cares more for the condition of my car than I might. Or one that will drive you home after leaving your car at the shop, and even offer to pick you up afterwards as a complimentary service.

Okay, really.they SUCK. My friend came in for a oil change and a check up. After 2400.00 dollers worth. Still driving will high idling, bouncing all around. They call her and said what they thought she needed.but didn't tell her the Cost. Calling the Better Business bureau. See what they say.

I am so happy I brought my car to Elite for a second opinion after getting a $7000 estimate from the dealer. After they performed a diagnostic check, which included pictures of everything that they looked at, including the "problems" that the dealer pointed out they quoted me a very reasonable price for the work that actually needed to be done. I love my car (2012 Prius) but I was thinking about trading it in before coming to Elite, after all my dealer told me it needed $7000 of work! It does not. Elite repaired my car, and treated me well. I am never taking my car anywhere else!

I needed work and new registration for my Volvo XC90. Mike and the team were very friendly and professional. My problems were resolved quickly and at a fair price. I will be coming to them instead of the Dealer in the future. Great job.

My 2006 audi a4 1.8T was having an issue with the axles. A previous mechanic was unable to diagnose the issue. I took it to elite. They are extremely professional right off the bat. They do a diagnoses and then send it to you via text, and it shows what's running fine, what needs immediate attention, and what will have issues down the line. My car sounded bad before I took it in, now it sounds and handles better.

If you want your vehicle taken care of to a beautiful standard, this is the place. I was highly impressed with both the quality of work AND professionalism of the staff. Great people. 100% recommend. They'll take good care of you. Mike is a great, and funny guy.

INCREDIBLE service! My car feels brand new. These guys took care of me, provided rides to work, and even a loaner car when they needed some extra time with the car. It was my first time bringing my car in to them as I am new to the state and it blew me away. They made me feel like family. They were honest transparent and did an amazing job. True experts!

Great team and great service! They are very thorough and fair. Diagnostics came with photos and explanations. Pricey compared to other shops but you get what you pay for. If you have a foreign car, you want to make sure it's in good hands. They've been taking great care of my little Audi. Must say they've been better than the dealership too! Highly recommend

Best team ever! These folks fit me into their already busy schedule. I was heading out for a short vacation and wanted to get my fluids topped off. They fit me in without question. They saved me from blowing my engine. I was down 4 quarts of oil. Had these fabulous folks not fit me in. I would have been in great trouble while away. The ELITE team is the Best!

I would not hesitate to recommend Elite Auto Repair. It was my 1st time using them and they were fantastic. Mike is great and very friendly as was the rest of the staff. He took plenty of time going over their report of what they did and what they recommend doing. I have used a lot of dealers and repair shops over the years and the report they gave me on my car was by far the best presented and most detailed that I have ever seen.

The report contained images of the problem areas so you can see exactly what they are talking about. Their garage area is exceptionally clean. It is easily apparent that Elite Auto takes a great amount of pride in their facilities, workmanship and overall customer experience. They even cleaned the interior while it was there. I will definitely be back.

I visited Elite Auto for the first time and I couldn't be happier. They are knowledgeable, so friendly and really make you feel like you are in the best hands possible (well your car) but you get it. They did a thorough inspection of my new (used) BMW and provided me a checklist of allllll the things from anything major to much smaller items.

They went over anything with a safety concern and we were able to pinpoint the things I needed to do sooner than later, and even made a plan for the other items that can wait. I feel that they have my better interest at heart and are not trying to upsell me on anything. Everything that they listed, had a reason behind it and even videos showing me the concern and why it needs to be replaced. An incredible experience.

I as mentioned spent the Eight Thousand. I did think they would continue to. Service me. Especially after being dismissed when I disputed a, tow charge the same day. Nevertheless on my way home I was almost killed the brakes gave way. U would think that they would not have given the car back in that condition. Funny they have a billboard advocating a new day and a new start. Obviously they need to. Look within their own Co instead of worrying about the conduct of others. I had my first visit to Elite Auto recently, and I was very pleased. As a picky car owner I'm very happy with the level of service and courtesy I received here. The staff is excellent to deal with and they treat your car properly. They are also very fair, they had a chance to charge me more but didn't and by doing that earned my business long term. I will definitely be coming back.

Mike and his team did an unbelievable job of getting me out of a jam. I was in Newport for a wedding late on a Friday when my Audi A4 broke down. My regular mechanic in CT recommended Elite and they did not disappoint. By Monday morning, my car was taken care of and a stressful situation was made very easy. Highly recommend, very honest, transparent and empathetic - and I was a complete stranger. Appreciate the help.

My wife and I now own two mid 80s European sports cars, a 1988 Ferrari and a 1986 Porsche 911. The 911 comes to us from the personal collection of Jim Paiva, owner of the shop. We first test drove the car in the fall and I noticed a slight skip in the acceleration between the lower gears. (The car has been stored for some time and I believe Jim when he sad he had never noticed it before).

So he and his crew began the diagnostic nightmare of trying to figure out what I know to sometimes be nightmares with these mid 80s Porsches and their (at the time state of the art) but now, ancient computer module systems. It took many months of part chasing and much expense on his part but he ended up fixing it and it now runs flawlessly. Additionally, he rebuilt the air conditioning system as a courtesy because my wife wanted the AC to work (Note, he advertised the car as not having the AC working so this he did not have to do).

With all of the added work and expense on his part, he stuck to his original handshake price with me. That is not only the mark of a true gentleman, but a first class human being who could've easily told me that the price had gone up due to the extra work and time he spent getting the car fixed. From here on in all of my exotics are going to be going to Elite for their maintenance and repair.

Great service again today! I don't typically right reviews, but today I absolutely had to make an exception after their team member Michael offered me super quick relief this morning. This was also after I 100% panicked and yelled during both, my call with Him, and while on my commute to work this morning! The problem I was worried about most, getting seen right away and being back on the road quickly. Turns out this wasn't a problem at all!

Plus the Elite team was able to determine the fix right as I drove in. I still kinda can't believe I didn't figure it out myself after being a lifelong New Englander, So much so I feel almost silly about my crazed call to them this morning. The problem that was causing my panic, my tires had some Icy snow mix in the wheel area causing an insanely scary vibration while I was driving on the highway.

All that was actually needed was a better clearing off of that snowy ice mix before leaving the house this morning. To top all that off I have to say Michael, who is new to me, is very trust worthy and knowledgeable. He quickly checked with Jim, Ruth, & Katie about waiving my fee today after they cleared off and checked all four tires (which for the record, I did let them know I gladly would've paid for after the quick peace of mind they gave me today!) and they all approved it without batting an eye. Thanks again Team Elite!

I'm new to Providence, and Elite Auto welcomed me with prompt service, courteous staff, a loaner car, and a final bill that was less than the estimate. Thanks Elite! My Porsche has found a new service home.

So second time I've tried to use them for service and they failed miserably again. I called to obtain pricing for an oil change. You would think simple enough right? Wrong! I said I have a 2012 Audi S4, just looking for price for an oil change. She said "sorry, we don't give quotes over the phone" I said excuse me, not looking for a "quote" looking for a price on an oil change.

Sorry we can't give you that info over the phone. You would think I was asking for a pricing on painting a car or something? Oh well, now I know I will never attempt to use them again.

My husband and I have been bringing both our vehicles to Elite Auto Repair for about 2 years now. We have a Mercedes Benz SL550 and a Grand Jeep Cherokee. The mechanics here are well knowledgeable in high end vehicles and average every day vehicles. They're professional, prices are reasonable, and customer service is very friendly. I highly recommend Elite.

Once again another perfect trip to Elite Auto. They are always very thoughtful and looking out for the best interests of their customers. I always feel appreciated for my patronage and they always know who I am when I call or walk through the door. I trust them and that is everything to me. I hope they are around for many more years to come because I do not know where else I would go for all my Lexus and Jeep service needs.

Jim and his team at Elite Auto Repair are good people who are fighting hard to show customers that auto repair can better than the "Industry Standard" service you'll get at dealerships and other shops. If you are looking for a mechanic you can trust call them, they'll take care of you and your car!

Elite Automotive specializes in high end vehicles. I've dropped my vehicle off for an oil change on two occasions. The only complaint I have is - you're specializing in cars that people spend a lot of money on. Dropping them off clean and expecting you're picking it up clean. This was not the case when I picked up my vehicle.

Elite Auto Repair is not an honest place to go for repairs. The flippant woman at the front desk quoted me an outrageous price for a part I needed to fix my window's motor and then backed up when I pointed out the part was considerably less online. She also wanted to charge me over $100 for a "consultation fee" just to look at my car to make sure I actually needed the motor.

After I went there and got the overpriced quote, I found the next closest place on yelp which was Let's Meet By Accident / National Auto Specialty. There I was treated like I was the owners' daughter and had my car looked at for free. National Auto Specialty even put my window up for me at no charge so I wasn't driving around with a broken, open window.

They quoted me a price for the parts and labor that more closely matched what I had seen online and weren't corporate feeling like Elite Auto Repair was. In the end, my dad did the repair for me so I can't speak to either's work, but I would never go back to Elite after the way I was treated at National Auto Specialty, right around the corner.

I did some research and landed at Elite Auto after being dissatisfied with the service and cost of dealer-based maintenance. I couldn't be happier with Elite as my regular "shop". They know what they're doing, as most of the folks here have years of tenure at the very dealer service centers that will charge you more. They know the service requirements and weaknesses for my Volvo, and I trust them to keep me in sync with manufacturer guidelines.

Elite has never pushed service I didn't need, though they've told me six months in advance of anticipated or recommended repair/replacement. I appreciate this so I can plan around my schedule and budget. I've found their prices to be fair, while the service is personal and accommodating. They work as a team, are so pleasant and have customer-focused perks that have won me over.

For example, they drive me to work if service is too long to sit and wait. Also, they facilitated a great price on car rental when I was without the car for a larger repair. They always make time even for those "I hear a weird noise" checks. I recommend them to anyone with a foreign car. I can't imagine how you'd be disappointed bringing your vehicle here. I'm shooting for 200k with my S80, and I think Elite might help me get there.
