East Coast Collision, Inc. provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty against defective workmanship to include welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking, pitting, or deterioration. The Shop will at its sole option, repair and repaint any metalwork warranted hereby.

I had an absolutely excellent experience with East Coast Collision, Inc. The bumper and liftgate of my car were in poor condition after being rear ended, but you wouldn't know if after the spectacular work performed by the crew at ECC, Inc. Everything looks good as new. Let me say that my experience at East Coast Collision was outstanding. After having my parked vehicle involved in a hit-n-run in Spring 2021, my insurance company gave me a list of auto repair shops. Because I'm big on bonified reviews, East Coast Collision caught my attention because of the pics and the genuine reviews from satisfied customers. When it was my time to receive service, they went over and beyond.
The gentleman at the front desk was attentive, courteous and professional and the end results was more than expected. My car looked as if it had never been involved in an accident. I was very, very pleased with the overall customer service and appearance of my vehicle. Not only they fix the damage like new, they have an excellent service. They really try to get every set for you. They have fixed my bumper twice in two different occasions (Through Progressive, pick them both times), both time my bumper looked like new, they contacted the car rental to to drop the rental right after I arrived, and when I dropped the rental at their place, the car was washed after repair, they even give a little bit of paint from the repair for touch up, if needed in the future. This is what I call white glove service.

I tried to take my car to get an estimate and have it fixed without going through insurance and the guy wouldn't even write an estimate. Gave a sermon about what he thought was better for the costumer just to get away from writing a simple estimate. Very unprofessional. Trying to decide what's right and wrong for the person bringing business to the shop. They should put a sign that they only work trough insurance.

I am logged in under my husbands name BUT wanted to give a raving review of East Coast collision. I was rear ended not too long ago and had to pick from the list of repair shops that the other drivers insurance worked closely with. I am so glad that I chose East coast collision- they were KIND, had great communication and really made the process easy.
