Mike and On Track are AMAZING! Mike is honest, kind, incredibly helpful, and has given me peace of mind more times than I can count. When On Track is fixing my car, I know I can rest easy, both that anything that was done was necessary, and that it will be done with the best quality. When I get my car after a service at On Track I have confidence our upcoming road trips will be safe and uneventful. Thank you, Mike & On Track! I am so grateful my family and I can rely on you.

I've been meaning to write this review for a long time. I'm quite surprised by all the 5 star reviews. My only guess is that the person working at the front is very personable, so people tend to believe what he says. I only came in for an oil change, and, of course, got the upsell for multiple things including an engine air filter, cabin air filter, and a new battery.

My car is pretty new. I am meticulous about keeping records regarding my car, but I didn't have time to look at when I had last changed these items. I knew I could change the cabin air filter myself, so declined that. I agreed to the engine air filter because I didn't remember about that and figured it was cheap enough to not be a big deal.

I declined the battery and figured I could wait. Turns out, the engine air filter had been replaced less than 7000 miles ago. I highly doubt that it would've been dirty enough to change. When I got home, I took a look at the cabin air filter myself, and it was fine. In addition, I just got service elsewhere 8000 miles after this service and they printed out the battery test for me which said my battery was good.

They also checked my engine air filter and cabin air filter and said they were dusty but fine, which should've been the answer during this service especially since the manual only recommends changing the engine air filter every 30,000 miles. I find this all very sketchy and have to think the owner just tends to take advantage of clueless people rather than being honest. I won't be coming here again, and really hate the fact that I have to check people's work.

We have gone to Mike for many years to service our cars. He is the best. He will tell you if you do not need something, and when he fixes something it stays fixed. He's honest. His rates are good - not cheap, but since he doesnt do unnecessary repairs you'll likely come out ahead of most places. His quality of work is excellent. We recommend him to all of our friends.

I have been a happy customer of On Track for many years and a number of cars. Mike has done everything from oil changes to a complete computer replacement. Mike and his staff are knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. As a single woman with little "car sense", I am certain that when Mike says my car is properly repaired or maintained, I can drive away feeling safe and confident.

Today is my first time to use the service of On Track Automative. Their service has far exceeded my expectation. Their boss i.e. Mike is a helpful and professional engineer. I particular liked his honesty which he won't ask you to do unnecessary repairing and have completed the oil replacement and checking of my car promptly without any delay.

I was impressed by the passion of Mike in optimizing customer satisfaction. I have been driving car for over 3 decades and have used many different car repairing shops; I would rate On Track Automotive as the top three best repair shops that I have used before. I strongly recommended you to try or continue using it.

Mike and the On Track Automotive team are great. I've been working with them for 10 years for all of our car service and repair needs for newer and older model vehicles. Mike and his team are particularly adept at sorting out complex issues and finding reasonably priced solutions! They communicate well and service and repairs are completed timely. I'd recommend Mike and the On Track without any hesitation.

I was going to buy a car and they looked it over for me before purchasing and saved me! If not for them I would have lost thousands. Mike is such a nice guy really helpful and trustworthy we need more folks like him!

Mike came through! When I was suddenly stranded on the side of the road with no coolant two days before a holiday weekend I had myself towed to On Track knowing the great work they did for me previously. Mike explained that they were super busy and and it would be a day or two before they could even look at the car. I explained to Mike that I had planned to use the car the next afternoon for a weekend trip.

He helped me get a car rental reservation at a reasonable rate. I was disappointed to have to rent a car for the weekend but things happen. Then Mike began to work his magic. Knowing I needed the car he began to prioritize work based on when people needed it. Found the problem. Got his parts supplier into action and 24 hours after I brought it in (right when I had originally planned to leave for vacation) Mike handed me back my car. With a bill that was probably 1/2 of what the dealer would have charged me. Mike is my hero. I'll be back.

It is extremely rare that I sit down to write a review but this one was a MUST DO REVIEW. My car was having trouble for several weeks and it was worked on by a couple different places outside of the area but still the problem was not fixed. Needless to say I was in a panic! I was stuck on the side of the road a couple of times when I was finally able to make it to see Mike and Jesus.

It was early Saturday morning and they both dropped everything to help me get back on the road as quickly as possible. They were able to determine the problem easily, fix it and I was able to drive the 200 miles I needed desperately to complete. Thank you again to Mike for coming to my rescue.

If you enjoy getting taken advantage of from your dealers service department you won't like On Track. I find Mike and his crew to be fairly priced, honest and having the integrity not to pad the bill with unneeded service and repairs. We are in the service industry and are finding it more and more difficult to find many businesses with their level of honesty.

I chose to use On Track because my local Ford dealer was insanely expensive just to diagnose a "check engine" light issue. Mike at On Track was great to work with and most importantly, he did what he said he would do. He were prompt, professional and reasonably priced. Mike is very friendly and personable. My dealership gave me a list of recommendations over $10k to fix when I couldn't start up my car. Mike and his team was able to pinpoint the main fix and fix it with a fraction of the price. He's very honest and truthful and funny.

Mike is the king! If you're looking for a great mechanic, look no further. He knows his stuff. Mike helped me with everything from weird noises to putting on a tow hitch when Uhaul wet the bed. Oh - he also saved me a hundred bucks by opening my truck door when I locked my keys inside. He's that kind of cool. Thanks Mike!

Went for a trip to Yosemite and ended it in San Francisco and by the time we arrived our brakes were grinding! Metal on metal is what it sounded like. Before our trip back to Orange County we needed them replaced and stumbled upon this shop! They were able to get us in right away. For a full replacement of the rotor and brakes were a good price and did not take long at all. Customer service is friendly and it felt very honest too. When the tire in my work truck blew out the team at on track Automotive stop what they were doing to change my spare and get me back on track. This company deserves more than five stars because they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Best customer service and professionalism I can get. I highly recommend On Track Automotive. Mike (the owner) is accommodating, honest, and friendly. My car was leaking water for several hours after I turned off the ignition. I was concerned because the last time this happened there was a serious problem with my car. I called Mike and let him know about my concerns. He told me to drop off my car the following morning and he would have a mechanic look at it.

It turned out that some rogue leaves were hindering the drainage of condensation. Because the solution was a simple fix, Mike did not charge me. (Unheard of, right?) I was impressed with Mike's professionalism. He had a mechanic look at my car in a timely manner, he was honest about the problem, and he was friendly (and not condescending). It is so refreshing to have a mechanic I can trust with my car.

Nobody wants to spend a dime more than necessary on car repairs, but Mike and his team at On Track have kept my car going through some difficult challenges and I know they do everything they can to keep my cost as low as possible. They definitely deserve your business!

Mike was so professional and friendly. I was getting the runaround at my local dealership and decided to bring my truck into Mike from some referrals and I'm so glad I did. He did the inspection and tune up on my truck, walked me through everything and helped me understand and ask questions. He fit me in quickly and dedicated time to the repairs, I'm so grateful I found Mike's shop! He also knew I had a road trip coming up and clean my headlights lights for me, they look brand new!

We needed an A1 service for our Honda Civic and Mike did a fabulous job with amazing services. On the date of appointment, Mike came to pick up our car. 2 hours later, he gave us an estimation and thorough explanation on what he is going to put in the car. We paid through our phone, surprisingly cheaper than what we paid for another oil changes station in SF. We are so happy with Mike and his team. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

Hands down the best auto repair experience I've had and I've owned 3 trucks. Mike was so friendly, professional and honest. I had the run-around at my dealership and came to Mike from several referrals. He fit me in quickly and dedicated time to my car for a tune up and inspection. He walked me through what needed work and why, it was so thorough. I am really happy I brought my business to Mike! He knew I had a road trip coming up and even cleaned my headlights for me!

Did frontend work. They repair what is needed and explain the whole process. Phoned me with a few pertinent questions. Got my '66 Mustang on the straight and true path.

Mike is such an enthusiastic owner. I got a flat tire while driving. I drove my car hardly to his store at nearly the close time. He was so helpful that he found my backup tire for me. He replaced the tire at almost no charge and kindly refused my tip. He also reminded me not to drive too fast with the backup tire. He is a good person worth lots of business.

I highly recommend this place. Mike provides very efficient service with reasonable and honest pricing. As we are sheltering in place, Mike was able to set up a contact-free service with me. He provides pick up and drop off services, and I paid him over the phone. After agreeing on price, date, and time, Mike picked up the car, completed oil change and tire rotation, and returned my car all within 2 hours.

All interactions were done over emails and phone calls. This is my second time using their service and I am happy with their work both times. If you need some auto work done and would like to support small local business during this challenging time, look no further.

My car broke down on me on a Monday morning, and I was able to call at 7am and bring my car straight into Mike at On Track. By 11am, he was able to diagnose the problem, and by 4pm, he'd ordered the new parts and replaced the problem! He was clear with what was wrong, and explained the best ways to save money, if I was worried about the cost. It was efficient, not too costly, and most importantly, convenient! I will definitely be back to On Track when my car needs more repairs.
