The town consists of five close-knit villages: Sutton Center, Manchaug, Wilkinsonville, West Sutton, and South Sutton. I have been using Advanced since 2019 and I will continue to use them! They have consistently provided amazing service with regular communication. I recommmend them regularly to friends and coworkers without hesitation. My first interaction with them was incredibly stressful for me as the engine needed a lot of work and they were all great. Now I continue to return for all car issues, including the smaller jobs such as oil changes and tire rotations.

Absolutely professional! Everyone on the team have been kind and upfront with all work to our car. The have gone above and beyond to help us with our VW and all the issues we had with a recall. Been coming here for years. Why? Haven't been disappointed yet---at least with the work on my car. (They don't have my favorite brand of coffee.) Latest visit, last week, was for an oil change and new rear brakes. Pretty mundane and basic, but I can always count on them to do professional work that will help keep my family safer, and the car in good shape for a longer life. I like to keep my cars for several years, and they've helped me do just that. I don't usually write reviews, but these guys deserve it. The service is super.

First time at this shop and it won't be the last. I live in Douglas and often pass this automotive repair shop. I noticed they offered MA state inspections and chose to give them a go. Upon entrance I was greeted by friendly staff. I was quoted a rough time for the inspection and they were spot on. The waiting area is extremely clean, warm/inviting, and shows the true professional nature of this establishment.
Naturally while waiting I witnessed/overheard numerous customer interactions. Employees were personable, knowledgeable, and articulated exactly what the customers need to here. They can inspect commercial vehicles with a call ahead appointment. McGoldrick Property Services LLC will be bringing our 5 vehicles over anytime we need inspections completed. Thanks again!

They are very nice, professional, friendly, honest, reliable and are willing to go above and beyond to please their customers. I have especially been working with Travis, and so has my daughter. We have both been extremely happy with his expertise, his willingness to do what it takes to get us what we need for our cars, in a market that is challenged by distributors' parts being out of stock. Advanced auto in Douglas mass has come through every time!

Very professional and service was great! Cody was fantastic. I brought my SL550 to the shop to check tires and rims and they did a thorough inspection. They replaced 2 tires and did an alignment which is not easy with the SL. Communication was top notch. Excellent shop- 100% recommend. Services: Wheel alignment, Tires
