I've been to this shop several times for inspections stickers and tire rotation over the last couple of years and have been very happy with the service. I've always been able to get right in, service is quick, and everyone is very friendly. This place will continue to be my go-to!

I needed some work done on my truck. The right bumper/fender was pretty scuffed up and slightly dented. Dennis and his crew did an absolute phenomenal job! It's like nothing was ever there. Not to mention how friendly and helpful Dennis is in person. I've used Lav's for other things in the past as well and will continue to do so in the future! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I definitely would.

Dennis and Mark went above and beyond helping me with my C6 corvette. I look forward to working with them on my 57 Chevy truck.

Dennis, the owner, was great to work with. Promptly provided me with a quote to send to the insurance company I was working with. Once approved I was able to make an appointment quickly to have my tailgate fixed. More than happy with their quality of work, fast turn around and the staff was all polite. Would recommend!

Went here for first time last week, had a small body damage repair project and some other dings I needed fixed. Dennis & team knocked it out for me and even fixed something else I hadn't even mentioned (at no extra cost), highly recommended, we will use them again for sure when needed!

They just finished a repair on my truck and the work quality was excellent, completed on time and staff was friendly. I will gladly recommend Lav's to anyone looking for a solid shop.

I bought a used Honda here for my son. Frank and his wife are so down to earth and the process was so easy. The car is a 2004, but looked like it came out of the showroom. They go over them thoroughly, new brakes, new tires and fix anything that needs to be fixed. He even put a new radio in with USB port because the radio didn't work. Very important to a teenager!

The ac stopped working a day after I got it home. Frank told me to bring it up, and got it fixed right away. I don't know any place that would do so much for a used car. Wonderful people and place! I will go back and reccomend!

Very friendly and accommodating. Stopped by for an inspection sticker without an appointment. Was greeted by a friendly woman who promptly fetched a mechanic to help me. More than reasonable time to complete inspection and be on my way. Best inspection experience in a long time. Highly recommended.

I purchased a vehicle for my son, within weeks of purchase I had an oil change service by my mechanic and he informed me of a few things wrong. These problems would have been evident before the purchase. We brought the car back to be looked at by Lav's and I was informed that there were no issues. The $400 repair bill would tell me differently. And also beware of the safety inspection they do on there own cars.

I have been dealing with Lav's for years as I work in the insurance industry. I will NEVER EVER recommend them again. When I needed them personally they were not there. A relative died in a car accident & I called them twice the day it happened to find out how much we owed them. I got their answering machine each time & left a message, nobody called me back.

I called again the next day, same thing. I finally reached them 4 days later. The man who answered the phone was down right rude to me. No sympathy at all about a loved one passing away. Just told me there was towing & storage fees. I wanted to say if he had called me back when I first called I'd only have towing & 1 day of storage but I was still so emotionally upset over the loved one passing away, I didn't say anything but made arrangements to have the bills passed.

I then asked him if perhaps they might want to buy the car in exchange for the money we owed them & he very rudely said "No, there's nothing left to the car, it's bent in half". Thank you very much for your sympathy & kindness shown us. NOT!

I recommend everyone to have their cars serviced here. I was in an auto accident, back on November 13th. I dropped my vehicle off to Dennis, (owner) and had it back, brand new looking, less than two weeks later. Thank you Dennis! Today, June 2, 2017 I just had my vehicle serviced with Lav's for the second time, due to a factory repair job and I have to tell everyone, this is the place to bring your vehicle. Dennis, is the owner, and he had my truck done in 2.5 days. I can't thank him and his employees enough for his and their outstanding work. They are very loyal, professional, proficient, courteous, and mostly understanding.

Worst body shop in New England. No customer service shady work and try to Bondo my bent frame on my vehicle and then spray paint it. The only reason why I found it is because they didn't prep the metal and it rusted through the pain. They couldn't even do that right. Then they try to get away from fixing my air conditioner and thought I would not check it because it was snowing out.

They got paid for by my insurance company and it took me eight months to get my money back and I had a bring it to another shop to have it fixed. Stay away from this place I need to be out of business.

OUTSTANDING WORK! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! The quality of service Lavs provides is amazing! and the customer service from Dennis is more than I had expected! Not only did he set up my rental car to pick me up at the time my apt was, but he also took the stress of me contacting the appraiser and my insurance company when they saw that more work needed to be done with my car!

He handled every thing I didn't have to worry about all the back and forth with my insurance company he did it all! they also called me an updated me as my car was being fixed to let me know how it was going. Dennis and the entire staff at Lavs auto were VERY friendly. I will tell anyone who crosses my path about the service I received here! Thank you so much Dennis my car looks Fantastic! I choose this shop due to the amount of awesome reviews they have and because I was referred by my father and a couple of other people who had a great experience with them!

They contacted the appraiser and the claims agent did a great job on the car and it was completed in 4 or 5 days. They even helped with a little payment mistake from the insurance company and Dennis stayed late on a Friday so we could pick up the car. It was completely detailed inside and out and the customer service was GREAT! Dennis is a super nice guy and a straight shooter in my book! I highly recommend him.

My car got in an accident, I brought it to Lav's and they made my car look all pretty again! I was stressing because I only have one vehicle, and they got my car done in a very timely fashion-and they got me a deal on a Hertz rental car. It made the whole stressful process much easier for me. I so appreciate the outstanding customer service that I received. Thanks guys, I am so happy and I would refer anyone I meet to your shop.
