Went in for a loud engine sound I recognized as a hole in the muffler. Was told I needed an entire new muffler system and was quoted $1,600. I don't have that much. At all. Took it to Mario's Automotive in Fitchburg, MA and was told I did not need a new muffler. They just needed to reattach the pipe to the muffler and fix the flex pipe for $250. So, do what you wish with that information. But I got to save a small fortune and my car runs great.

Went to Charlie's for the first time on a recommendation. They fixed the rattling noise in my front end for a nominal fee. As I drove that day, there was another metal sound while driving and turning (the rattling had probably covered it up). The mechanic took a ride with me, diagnosed and fixed the problem, no charge. Amazing! Also, everyone who works here is so nice. I will be back when I need my car serviced.

Went here to have a truck tire patched. Only went here because it is on my way to work. I dropped the tire off and picked it up the following day. I paid the $25 assuming the repair has been made as I specified I wanted the tire to be repaired with a patch/plug combo (as it is a high quality repair). Instead I come to find out no one ever worked on it at all and put on a new valve cap as a trick. I tested the tire with soapy watch and quickly found the leak.
