Didn't tighten my driver side, front tire lug-nuts a while back after tires were replaced. All good experiences up until then. 3 lug-nuts we're almost all the way off by the time I noticed. I guess I should inspect my vehicle after the professional. Either way, all good up until this situation. Unfortunately one time like this could have caused a very bad situation, especially on the highway with my kids. Nothing against the people that work there, just maybe a better checks and balances should be rendered.
