Boo. They wouldn't do my oil change and tried to schedule me three weeks out. Nope you lost me for a customer. I went to Belle tire and got in same day at $40 less than your price, as a valued customer coupon I found online.

I took my 2008 Ford Focus in for a series of repairs (from heater Core to sway bar links). All the work was done the same day and at a reasonable price. The work is quality and I'm satisfied.

I will not recommend this place to Any body! By far the most horrific experience I had through a mechanic shop the employees upfront are very impatient and disrespectful and I dropped my car off there to get a tuneup/maintenance they kept on telling me tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow until a whole week passed and they tell me that I'm not patient with there work but they were the ones fooling me " I repeat do not bring any of your vehicles into this shop " When I asked to speak to the manager they told me he isn't available so I went in to the shop just to be treated less than a human being and felt attacked by all the employees I am 5'4ft tall and I was scared to my stomach I will continue to spread the word about this horrible experience

Time certainly flies. I started bringing my cars here a couple years after the warranty expired on my 2000 Audi. I think they had just opened. They immediately saved me a ton of money over the dealership and I had them service it until I sold it and bought my 2011 Subaru which is going strong at close to 200k miles. My husband has been taking his 2016 Mazda there since buying it, too.

I try to get all my oil changes done there do they can keep an eye on things that might need attention. This has been especially helpful as my cars have aged. They often give a heads about something that will be needed down the road. Great place!

Mike M and the team at Convenience Auto were absolutely wonderful! I chugged my broken vehicle to them after hours when it spontaneously broke down on me, and they had the whole repair done by 3:30pm the next day. They were up front with pricing, provided us a full report with pictures, and Mike M took the time to break things down for me without making me feel like I was inconveniencing him. I appreciate their time and efforts. Thank you!

Knowledgable and friendly consultation! I called asking about safety devices to prevent my catalytic converter from being stolen, because thefts have been spiking this past year. They told me that the design of my car's model and make is such that a thief would have to be incredibly dexterous and dedicated to steal the catalytic converter. Very nice and helpful of them. I'll call back when I need other things.

I am so impressed with the quality of service I received at Convenience Auto! They were attentive and transparent with their service and even tried to save me money on the extensive work my car required. Their team was readily available to pick me up and drop me off while my car was being serviced, and all of my interactions with their team members were very pleasant.

I had taken my car to two other repair shops before going to Convenience Auto and can honestly say that I highly recommend taking your car here for maintenance and/or repair over any other shop in Ann Arbor. Shout out to Joe and Anthony! You guys are the best!

The team here is very friendly & does great work. I had a minor transmission issue and they had my car driving smooth in under an hour. Make sure to call ahead so they can get your car looked at as soon as they can.
