This company is amazing. They came to my house and changed out my windshield for a new one, lickedy split! Today, months later my rubber piece around it came loose and was flapping. I took it to the shop, they looked at it immediately and made sure there were no other issues with leaking and glued it back down for me within a few minutes! I greatly appreciate them going the extra mile to help and nake sure my windshield was still fine.

In Michigan, windshields love rocks. please drive carefully. Nonetheless A2 Auto glass has always been there for me when windshield accidents happen. No issues. Very dependable company.

Very nice experience at A2 Auto Glass. We brought a Kia in for windshield repair and was able to get the repair done with no out of the pocket cost. Was able to have my insurance pay. Took only 20 minutes. Thank you A2.

Friendly, efficient, informative staff. I had a chip in my windshield. I was told ahead of time that I still would be able to see it a little even though it was sealed. That is great customer service to let me know before they did the work.

Had a nice big crack in the windshield of my Jeep Gladiator. My insurance company (Progressive) took care of the bill directly with them minus a $50 deductible. I dropped my truck off in the morning before work and picked it up before they closed for the night. They did a great job replacing the windshield. I highly recommend bringing you car here for glass repair or replacement! Hopefully I don't have this issue again but if I do I'll bring my truck here again without hesitation.

I really like this place. This was the second windshield I've had replaced by them. They're super nice and had a loaner vehicle big enough for car seats. With the condition of Michigan roads, I'm certain I'll be back. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with A2 auto glass. My 2014 Subaru Forester had a big ol' crack in it and it needed to be replaced. I called A2 because I wanted to give my money to a local business. I got super lucky/they were super prepared and had the windshield I needed in stock. I was able to book an appointment the day after I called and they got it fixed in less than the two hours they promised.

I even got a loner car of theirs so I could drive back to work for a bit. The loner car experience was super duper easy and stress-free. In the end the fix was only about $340, way less than other stores and what Google said it might be. Would highly recommend!

Had a windshield replaced under warranty here and I am satisfied with the work. A2 was prompt about scheduling and completed the work in the morning for an after lunch pickup. Unfortunately, the replacement windshield had a minor crack at the edge that I noticed, but A2 immediately fit me into their schedule and provided a loaner car during the replacement. The staff was very accommodating, friendly, and professional. Good to have a local place care about doing the job right until the customer is satisfied! Great overall.

My car needed a special windshield from the OEM. They worked very hard to make everything right and get the Driver Assistance system working. They earned my trust and respect. I'll take all my auto glass repairs to A2 Auto Glass.

Somehow my husband rear view window just imploded as he was driving down the road. Took it to an auto glass place and they came back with $1200 to replace. Yikes! Called A2 Auto Glass and they replaced the problematic window for $465 which included a chip repair on the front window. Taylor was lovely and made sure my customer experience was amazing. Great little company with great service. Highly recommend!

I had a massive crack across my windshield and came here to get a new one. Well, when you buy a new car with all of the safety features, the dealer doesn't tell you that something as simple as glass replacement is an ordeal. They have to recalibrate the cameras and whatnot. Well, A2 tells me they have state of the art machines that can do this in stores quickly, so I didn't expect for there to be any headaches. So, turns out the fancy machine didn't work on my car, and I had to take it to the dealer.

Something I thought would be simple and easy took several days. They ended up doing a great job, but my expectations were set really high by the sales person, and they didn't meet their own pitch.

I submitted a claim online through Progressive as I was on the phone with A2 Autoglass making a reservation for my windshield replacement. They got the claim about 30 seconds after I submitted it and they handled everything after that -- it was super easy! I was really appreciative of the great customer service and the respect for COVID protocols. They were all wearing masks and had plexiglass barriers. A huge plus was the complimentary loaner car while I waited. I highly recommend.

If you are in Ann Arbor, watch out for those trees. Seriously. Apparently, some of them are nut trees. And not only are those nuts hard, they are also high up off the ground. Now, I'm no physicist, so I can't tell you what velocity or force they may have when making impact with a car windshield. What I can tell you is that those suckers put two chips in the thing. Figuring that all car auto glass places are the same, I called the one closest to my house. Then, realizing that Yelpers may know something I don't about local businesses in Ann Arbor, I found A-2 Auto Glass.

Not was this beloved shop two-thirds the price, but the technicians were able to fix the problem a day sooner. When I arrived, everyone was friendly. The waiting room was clean, comfortable, and had free wi-fi. The repair was done quickly. While I can still see the chips, this was a structural repair and not a cosmetic one. That means the chips are now filled with resin and the cracks shouldn't spread. Instead, they will serve as a reminder that the trees in this town are dangerous, and will hurt you if you give them a chance. I'm looking forward to winter so that I can return the favor.

I had a pretty large chip in my windshield that I needed fixed. I initially brought my car to Safelite to get a quote, and they told me that I would have to replace the entire windshield. I noticed that A2 Auto Glass was close by, so I drove over to get a second opinion. Even though it was close to closing time, the staff was incredibly helpful, and they were able to fix the chip within about 20 minutes.

Totally saved me from having to get a new windshield. They have a great warranty on repairs, and if you aren't satisfied with the repair, you get the amount you paid credited towards the purchase of a new windshield. I'm so happy I went for a second opinion, and I love supporting a local business.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Got me in to fix my a chip in my windshield the next day. They weren't able to totally make it disappear but it is barely visible. For the price, service and location, it's the best!

I had a rock hit my windshield, which left a pretty big star. It was probably the size of a nickel with two cracks extending outward about 1mm each. I first took my car into another repair shop where the guy looked at it for two seconds and said I would need the whole windshield replaced for $419. I called around to see if I could get a more reasonable price for replacement and A2 Auto Glass was the most reasonable price in town.

I decided to take my car to them for them to assess the damage. Rick said he could fix it. In the meantime, I spoke with Amy who was very helpful and dealt with the insurance side of things. The repair was covered by insurance and I ultimately saved having to pay hundreds of dollars on a new windshield. I highly recommend A2 Auto Glass!

Came in earlier this week to get my windshield replaced. The customer service was very professional. They got me scheduled for an appointment the next day (appointments were all booked when I went in). When I came back I got a free loaner vehicle so I could get back to work. The work took a few hours and I am very pleased with how it turned out. I would definitely recommend.

Driving down the highway I heard the familiar "thunk" of a rock falling off a gravel hauler and hitting my windshield at 70mph and then came the CRRAAAACK and.my windshield was toast. I then directed my sight to A2 Auto glass who had previously repaired chips and another windshield for me in the past with great results and even better service. To do my due diligence I did call to a few spots to get a few quotes, just to make sure they were still the best rate in town.

Not surprisingly, they were, by a wide margin. Dropped my car off and they gave me a loaner while they worked on my mine, which I thought was really lovely. That way I didn't have to stay there for a few hours and didn't have to spend money on a Lyft to get home. My windshield was installed beautifully in less than the two hours they promised and the experience was top notch. I certainly don't love having to drop such a large amount of money on an unexpected expense but the excellent experience certainly helped make it sting a little less.

Received a stone chip in my windshield this morning on my way to work. Have used A-2 Auto Glass for full shield replacements in the past and been very happy with their service. This was the first time I've dealt with a chip. Called my insurance company who informed me that I did not need to file a claim for a chip, only a full replacement. So I called and spoke to Lynette, who said I had to start a claim regardless, so she called my insurance company and help me file the claim.

Because I work within a few miles of their office she offered to have someone squeeze me in between other jobs. Rick just left, he was super friendly and had the repair finished before noon. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my A-2 Auto Glass experience, will definitely use them again and will recommend them when given the opportunity.

I chose A2 Auto Glass based on the Yelp reviews, I admit. I had a less-than-dime-sized crack on my windshield just a few weeks after buying my car. I was hoping the fix would make the blemish go away, but it looks the same, though I have been told it is is more structurally sound. I have gotten nearly through a record-cold Michigan winter without the crack spreading.

One really nice memory from my visit: I had purchased some stick-on blind spot mirrors on Amazon that I had in my car while it was getting repaired. I notice one of their specialties is repairing side view mirrors. So I asked if they could help me adhere my little blindspot mirrors to my side view mirrors. A gentleman came out from the shop and helped me position and stick them on. That was nice and went above and beyond the reason for my visit. Nice folks. Would return, though I hope my glass-shattering days are over.

My back hatchback window exploded on a very cold afternoon. The very next morning A-2 Auto Glass got my car into their shop and fixed it that day. In addition, it was an extremely bad weather day, which may have delayed their glass delivery. Lynette (the woman in charge) treated me with the utmost care and respect and assured me that the job would be done that day. Lynette facilitated the insurance coverage, so the cost was a $100 deductible.

Took my car to get a windshield replaced. Called around before I went to check prices and A2 was the best price with the best reviews so I went with them. They told me it would be a 2-2.5 hour process, so I dropped it off and grabbed breakfast. Before I had finished my meal I received a call saying the install would be finished within 1.5 hours of the start time, I was more than pleased. They have competitive prices and customer service is one of their main concerns. I would gladly recommend A-2 Auto Glass to anyone

I recently got a rock to my windshield. It hurt my heart that my truck now had a blemish to it. So, I searched and priced windshield repair and replacement. Belle Tire said they would charge $55 but also, couldn't guarantee that it wouldn't crack in the process. The price of replacement was $255. Ughh! I called the dealership and they gave me the name of the company they use; A2 Auto Glass.

They told me they could do it for $50 but also had a coupon on their website. Nice! I didn't have to wait weeks to get an appointment either! Got in the same day, it took 15-20 minutes and they had free WiFi. You can't beat that! I asked about replacement, just in case. $235.00 AND if it breaks within a year of the repair, they credit it to the cost to replace. What?!

Holy cow! This company is tops! They friendly staff were amazing and, hold on to your heart.they have a friendly pup in the office too! I'm telling you, I would recommend them to everyone!

Cannot RAVE enough about this company- My daughter is in Ann Arbor and I'm in another state- her windshield shattered and we needed to have it replaced. The glass for her car had to be expedited in from Texas and after it arrived, the work was done promptly. They picked up the car, and made arrangements with her to return the car with the beautiful, new windshield. Lynnette was so professional and so kind to both me and my daughter. I know your experience with A2 Auto glass will be as smooth and as pleasant as mine was.

This is an absolutely incredible place! Excellent customer service with desks set up for customers to work while they wait with literally the nicest executive desk chair I've ever sat in, coffee available in the waiting area, and the customer service representatives were extremely gracious even assisting customers call insurance companies helping to break down an unfamiliar process to the general public. My windshield replacement took just about an hour. This is the place to go for chip repair or windshield replacement!

Simply put: Look elsewhere for auto glass repair/replacement. The positive, I have a new windshield that is safe enough to drive with and it doesn't have a large crack in it. The negative, ugh where do I start. I still have a headache from dealing with them and it was just over a month ago I had the repair. I left my car in my driveway for an at home windshield replacement (which come to find out A2 themselves claimed they can't do as good of a job on the off site repairs- but they don't tell customers that upfront of course) I came home later that evening and noticed a new dent over the front wheel well of my car, along with urethane all over the hood and dash of my car and two broken ends of the cowl panel- from being snapped on and off carelessly.

My car was NOT locked as I had requested and there were no instructions or paperwork as to what time of day they were there or how long to leave the tape on or when it's safe to wash the vehicle. I called A2 auto glass and brought the car by and they said there is no way they could have caused the dent, they've never had that happen before.

I brought the car to another auto glass replacement company and a body shop for a second and third opinion- who both said its plausible this dent came from the A2 auto glass windshield replacement. The other auto glass company inspected the windshield for safety and said the right side of the urethane is sloppy and sticking out and the windshield was set lower than the previous one so that you could see a line across the top from where the previously windshield sat, so it is indeed safe- but sloppy- not really what I was going for when I wanted it replaced. Overall, A2 auto glass has been miserable to deal with, from the new dent in the side of my car, to the urethane mess they left everywhere, and the last straw was an offensive email calling me a liar about a car fax vehicle history report and previous body work.

I should mention they finally offered to repair the dent but that I needed to go through their requested body shop (which, understandably, I have some trust issues with their recommendation after seeing A2's quality of work) and it would take 4+ days to repair, during which, I could not have a loaner car because they were doing this as a favor to me already. Thanks, but no thanks.

What a great experience! I took my car here because the mirror fell off and after three failed attempts Lexus came to the conclusion they couldn't fix it after charging me for it. I came here today and the customer service was so great, I called around 10am and they had an appointment at 12pm, by 12:08pm I was driving away with a fixed mirror at no charge! Incredible. Thank you so much A2 Glass. You gained a customer for life.
