I've driven past this place for awhile and finally brought my car in. The communication was outstanding. It was so easy to book an appointment and talk to a real human in real time. They beat the dealership any day.

Absolutely in shock at how brand new my truck looks! Pat did a fantastic job working all day to get out the layers of dust and dirt from having a dog constantly in and out of the car. Every single crack and crevice - spotless. These guys are great, for any service!

This shop is full of con artists who claim to fix things that immediately prove to be false once leaving the shop. They then turn around and say nothing can be done. Also if you call early enough in the morning you may get to hear Eric the seeming manager be clearly drunk still from the night before. Avoid this place at all cost. Not only did they openly claim to not have a clue of how to "clear all of the check engine lights", by the time I got home after a 10min drive the light for my particle fuel filter came on which is a part they claim to have completely replaced. Furthermore, they offered no solution and will be hearing from my attorney. Don't use these thieves. The owners response is also a complete and blatant lie and have now retained an attorney.

I took my car here for a stalling issue, I was told the issue was fixed after spending over $800 for spark plugs and a fuel system clean. The day I picked the car up the stalling happened before I could even leave the parking lot. I left my car for another 4 days and was told they "couldn't get the stalling to happen for them" and to bring it back once it shows a code.

Don't waste your money here, I took the car to the dealership where they were able to find the actual problem and fix it within the same day. These guys should stick to oil changes as that's about as far as their skill set goes. Would not recommend to anyone and would rate lower if I could. Also would like to add I never once went for a "ride" with the service advisor as the owner below stated. He seems to just brush off people that have valid claims as to why this place is a joke and continually discredit them in his "responses"

This place has really gone downhill. I've been taking my car to them as long as I can remember and the service quality has been declining over the past 5 years. The straw that broke the camel's back was when they decided it was a good idea to close early on a Friday before they finished the oil change on my car that I had scheduled for Thursday.

Main Street motors has been my go to for awhile now. They use an awesome online car inspection system and even upload pictures of problems to allow you to see whats urgent, recommended and easily remember/record the issues. The owner, Jay, is super nice - texting me a few days after I picked up my car to make sure everything was going well! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a caring mechanic that doesn't oversell you.

We had our 2008 Ford Escape detailed here today and we are more than happy. Having a toddler has been rough on our car and it feels so nice to have it clean and like new again. Well worth the money! Thanks Main Street Motors!
