I recently wrote a negative review about this company. I was immediately contacted by the owner who expressed his concerns and proposed a reasonable solution to alleviate my dissatisfaction. I now credit the disconnect to a lack of understanding of my expectations. Once clarity was achieved the issue was resolved. Thank you for going above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer.

I had my vehicle repaired by this company and did not find out they offer free loaners until I was there to pick up my car. I even called the car rental company from their location. At time of pickup I saw a vehicle in the parking lot that stated free loaners. They seem to only offer loaners to certain people. I find this to be totally unacceptable! The work completed was satisfactory, however I will never use or recommend this company to anyone. Quite the contrary!

Not the best place to get repairs done. I had to go there two days and wait for hours to get an estimate. Insurance paid for my repairs. They did not align the edges of the panels properly. I got an estimate for a damage to my other car as well. The estimate they gave for that repair was $500 higher than what other places gave me. It was a mistake to get my first car done there.
