A little while ago, I came back from Spring Break and had to run some errands for the first time in a week. However, when I walked out to my car, I quickly noticed that someone had hit it while I was away on vacation. My initial reaction was panic, and immediately started to research autobody collision shops that could help me out on the process. I came across SE Autobody and decided to take a chance.

I took my car to get an estimate which is when I met Mya Marshall, my car services advisor. From day 1, I was offered honest advice and great customer service. Mya was incredibly kind to me, considering I am a college student who knows nothing about car insurance or typical car accident protocols. She got my number and texted me everyday with information that I needed to know so I was always in the know on what was happening throughout the process.

As for the repairs themselves, my car looks brand new! The center did such an amazing job I could not be happier with the turnout. I want to give a huge shoutout to Mya again, for she is such a good person and a hard worker. She went the extra mile for me to make sure I could afford the repairs, and even got the car done a few days early so I could go home for Easter break. Overall, this place is great, I recommend you take your car to them if it needs to be fixed in any way, shape, or form.

I had a hit and run situation on my brand new parked vehicle which left significant damage on the driver side including front and rear doors. Guys at SE Collission really did a great job, they had to change drivers door and deal with the damage on the left rear door. As I already told, the car was one month old and I was pretty worried how it's going to come up after painting etc, but I have to tell you, if I didn't know that the car was damaged, when I picked it up from SE Collission the car looked like if it was taken from the dealership! Great job, recommend!

SE Collision was fantastic and alleviated a lot of personal stress from the damage that my car was in. They answered questions professionally and provided premiere customer service. It was also helpful that they used a text system to keep me updated on my car's process, and even finished a little ahead of schedule. Associates were friendly and respectful. Very communicative and responsive over text. Car received an exceptional cleaning both inside and out, after the repair was completed.

They were all so nice and did a great job fixing my car that got hit badly by a drunk driver while visiting San Diego. They went above and beyond the call of duty and even installed a nee turn signal light for me on the house. Highly recommended. Easy location with lots of parking outside but that's everywhere in San Diego compared to where I live hehe

I got into my first car accident a month ago and my insurance sent me to SE Collision Center. My experience here was great. The communication and customer service is exceptional. They keep you updated with automated texts, are quick to return calls, and conveniently sent up rental services. Taylor did a good job of explaining the process and answering questions/concerns I had.

He and his team worked hard to fix my car, and the repairs were completed sooner than expected. About a week after I picked up my car, I noticed a bubble on my new tire. I contacted SE Collision, and Taylor helped me work with my insurance to get it replaced. Every time I went into the office or called SE Collision Center, Stephanie was always friendly and professional. I am grateful for everyone at SE Collision Center for making this process as easy as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car here again!
