One day I responded to a flyer sent to my home and have been a satisfied customer ever since. Everyone I've encountered either on the phone or in person has provided exceptional service. Their conceriage service is great! I feel they've always been upfront with me and I never feel taken advantage of, on the contrary, I feel very well taken care of. I would recommend over any other.

I was up in this area for work when I had my ball joint break and was unable to make the trip home. I gave them a call explaining the situation and they gave me a quote. I then had it towed there and spoke to the front desk worker Emily. I asked how soon it could be repaired, I was expecting an answer of around a week but instead she said they will take a look at it tomorrow, it was already past 5 at this point, and it should be able to be done in a day or so.

The next day I get a call with the diagnosis and a quote, the next day I got another call saying that it was ready to be picked up. I showed up and it was ready to go and there were no surprise fees or anything else, it was straight and to the point. They answered all my questions and were fair and honest about this whole process for me. They even checked up on me a few days later to make sure that everything was fine with my vehicle.

If I was from this area I would definitely use this shop again they were fair and honest which is hard to find in a mechanic shop these days. They are definitely one of the better shops that I have dealt with.

Had an alignment done today. They were quick to respond to my request for service. I accidentally missed my appointment earlier this week and they rescheduled it with no problem. Fast and efficient service. AND you get candy left in your car when they are done. Who doesn't like free candy?! A+

The folks at Willoughby Hills Auto are always friendly and accommodating, willing to explain the work, answer all of your questions, and respect you as a customer. They have great on-line inspection report with pictures showing you the condition of your vehicle's systems, so you know what needs to be done. I have had them replace the bearings, breaks, and the AC compressor on my Subaru, and every time they fix it promptly and better than new!

I have been a long term customer of this local service shop and I just want to note my reasons for having WHAR service my vehicle. I can trust the staff to provide quality work time after time, the cost of repair is reasonable, and I can count on them to do the work right the first time. I took my Mitsubishi Lancer in for a check engine light. It was promptly diagnosed and Willoughby Hills Auto Repair let me know the repairs that needed to be done immediately and the ones I could wait a bit on. I also received a rental so I could go back home and work while my car was being worked on. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I really appreciated how quickly the repairs were done. I will be taking all of my vehicles there from now on for maintenance and repairs!

As usual my car and I are very happy. Made the mistake of taking her somewhere in walking distance and ended up paying almost $300 for an oil change. It made me realize that convenience is not always the answer. The work was done quickly and professionally at Willoughby Hills Auto, and I never leave feeling as if I've been robbed. The little sack of candy on the dash is the sweetest touch too. Never going anywhere else again. Lesson learned. Thank you to all who work there. Everyone is fantastic.

Outstanding job done by Willoughby Hills Auto Repair shop. The communication & help provided by the team was smooth & excellent. Everyone was very nice & professional throughout the entire process which was quick for my situation. Also helped with with a good body shop recommendation as well in the area. Friendly service and very reasonably priced. I went for an oil change and to get a warning light checked out and came out with a full inspection report, pictures included. They completed the work I asked for, identified other areas of concern and even listed the areas they checked that were ok, it was amazing. No one tried to push me into doing the maintenance work that was listed and it was all done at a incredibly reasonable price. I will definitely be scheduling my needed maintenance and going back for all future car maintenance needs!

I really appreciated Tim and Daves help in getting my Ford Escape fixed fast. I called day before New Years Eve when I discovered a bad oil leak. I need to drive back to FLorida and needed it fixed quickly. These guys looked at vehicle the same day and had it ready by noon New Year's Eve! Prior to repair They also supplied pictures of the areas leaking oil which is helpful in understanding what needs fixing. Thanks guys for the quick service and working on it New Years Eve! I would recommend this shop.

It was my first time using Willoughby Hills auto and I was blown away by their quality and professionalism. I brought my suv in to put on my winter tires and for what I thought was a bearing noise. They swapped the tires no problem and even got the Tpms light to go off which has been on for years! They determined the noise I heard was not a bearing but a combo of road noise and a brake issue.

Before doing any work they sent me a report with color photos of all the damages and I spoke with Dave on the phone and he explained that while all 4 brakes are worn, he would only suggest replacing the front for now and to check back in 4-6 months for the rear, his words were "no need for you to spend the extra money right now, there is still life in the rear brakes". WOW. great to hear such honesty!

Both Tim and Dave that I worked with were Great, took the time to understand My questions, concerns, and they did not do any work without my consent. This is a family run, professional place that is honest and treats you like family. I will be a repeat customer, and I suggest you do too.

My car died and I had it towed somewhere else. The next morning, that place said it would be at least a week before they could even look at it. I called Willoughby Hills Auto Repair. In a matter of hours they were able to have it towed to them, diagnosed, and fixed. Tim kept me updated every step of the way and was so helpful. The cost was very reasonable. I will use Willoughby Hills Auto Repair anytime my car has issues. Very impressed.

Very friendly staff. Nice waiting area with coffee available. They were having a drawing for an oil change if you guessed the correct weight of the large pumpkin outside their store. Even the waiting area was decorated. I was left a treat bag of candy when my car was ready. They have coupons on their website. I had an oil change done and the tire rotation was included. Nice!

This was my first visit and I was very impressed with the service I received. I did night drop and first thing the next morning I was contacted by Tim and we discussed all of my concerns with my car. A few hours later I get a text with all the details of what all the test showed and pic of my filthy filter. I called and he went over everything with me made suggestions of what needed done now and future maintenance. I will definitely be using them in the future and will highly recommend them to everyone

First time doing business with them. I am beyond happy that I choose this place to work on my car. They cleared warning lights on my Mercedes-Benz that I have taken elsewhere and they either did no fix my problem or ignored the problem and left the lights on. This is the first time in a year that there are no warnings popping up. I feel safe and comfortable knowing my car is fixed and all my sensors work and best part is for my Mercedes-Benz to have new front brakes and rotars and rear breaks as well as oil change and a comple diagnostic and tire rotation was well under 1500 bucks. I was well prepared to spend over 2000. They are amazing. I will only go to them from here on out.

Amazing! First time as a customer. Had some front end repairs done to my car earlier in the week and needed a wheel alignment. Called on Wednesday, they got me in there for an appointment Thursday. Took about and hour and the job was done perfectly! Excellent customer service, I even got a follow-up text a week later just to make sure everything was in working order. I definitely will be back and I highly recommend them.

I came in with an emergency with a very flat tire while I was visiting the vets next door to the Willoughby Hills Repair. What a wonderful happenstance for me. I was so pleasantly greeted with my walk-in problem. They were so gracious to help me with my situation even though they were busy. They diagnosed it right away as something had punctured the tire and needed repair.

They were so helpful to me to be able to do the work while I waited. It was done in a very short time and their work was excellent and they listed all the steps of the repair on the work order and I felt confident it was a very technically correct and professional workmanship. My car was literally at the front door for me and with a candy gift bag on the dash.
