I am deaf, which can make communicating with those who don't know sign language a challenge, and the person who helped us was extremely patient and polite throughout the entire transaction. I took my car in for service and received excellent care. Jim provided me with effective communication and rapid service. I wasn't financially able to pay for my vehicle to be fixed and they informed and explained the Snap Financing program to me that I was approved for. I would defiantly recommend Dave's Auto Care to everyone that maybe in need of repair services.

The service reps and service techs are professional and knowledgeable. They are truly interested in customer satisfaction! And, when you pick up your vehicle, the service tech who worked on your car puts his business card on the dashboard. Everyone who works at Dave's takes pride in their work. We took my fiancee's 2007 Corolla for exhaust work. The price was on the high side. but Dave's got the work done FAST, we picked the car up the next day, and all the work was done right the first time with no issues. They also did not try selling us anything we didn't need. If you're tired of going to shops where they'll try selling you everything under the sun, and you aren't sure if they'll do the work correctly, give Dave's a try. This was my first experience but my fiancee has taken her previous cars here for years, and never once been let down.

Excellent source for all of your automotive needs. Needed some front end work done and they called me before doing any service to my van. Quick service, I was in and out the same day. Would definitely recommend this place.

They do great work and are honest in their prices. I've never been pressured to purchase more than I needed. They go into detail and explain what is wrong with your car. I've had work done 3 times with Dave's and have been satisfied Everytime. The owner will even text you to make sure everything is fine with your car once you leave.

My son took his truck in this time but they took the time to examine his entire truck and note the items that he should be made aware of. they notified me of these issues after they told him. I questioned the price of one of the issues and Dave checked and noticed they made an error on the price then notified me. He then informed me of all that would be done for the lower price and I told my son that I thought it was a good deal.

Now I've requested they keep him informed since it's his truck. Excellent place to take your vehicle for any work you need done. So glad the company my son works for uses them nd we started using them.

I called on a battery issue and was scheduled an appointment the next day. While there asked to check the tire pressure for me. They discovered a rear brake issue. Mike even showed me the problem and quoted me a price to have both battery and brakes done. They had me done within 2 hrs and no difference on the price. Was offered a loaner car or I could wait my choice. Great service! I will and have recommended Dave's for your automotive needs.

This is an easy review to write. This is a business that just does everything right from start to finish. I never ever have to worry about a thing. They actually do what they say they will do, they have always been pleasant, helpful and have provided expert care for my car. I feel confident taking my care to Dave's Auto Care. Before Dave's, I'd used a number of places to do car repairs and they all somehow disappointed me.either they couldn't figure out the problem, or they'd say that "we'll do the best we can but no guarantees"--only to have the problem recur a short time later.

This is just not acceptable, I need my car to be reliable. Dave's Auto fixes it and fixes it right. Now that's not to say that they are perfect, maybe for somebody else-- the staff might have had a particularly difficult time making a diagnosis and had to try a couple of different things before arriving at the final fix but in my case, that was never my experience.

I always feel confident taking my car here, knowing that it will be fixed right and I can feel safe on the road. You can't buy that kind of confidence. I refer Dave's Auto Care to everyone I know.

It is with great pleasure that I write this review regarding Dave's Auto. When I called to set up my appointment, Dave actually answered the phone, and from that moment on, it was a great experience. I explained to Dave that I was going on vacation, and it seemed my car needed an alignment. I was impressed how Dave assured me that he would do a complete diagnosis, and would not do an alignment unless it was absolutely necessary.

I was pleased to get an appointment the same day. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by every person. My entire experience was professional, and honest. My new auto care center is Dave's. Give them a try, and you will see the difference. Mark S. - May 2, 2018

Dave's saved me thousands by diagnosing a problem with my transmission that was a much easier fix than another location that told me it needed to be replaced. They gave me a free loaner car while they fixed my Jeep, emailed me what work was being done with pictures and followed up after the work was complete to make sure all was ok. Great customer service, fast service and saved me thousands! I will definitely use them again!
