My boyfriend has had good experiences with Friedman in the past, so I decided to give them a try rather than driving to my usual dealership mechanic a couple of towns over. I was able to drop off my car the same day I called in, which was convenient. After assessing my car, they called me with a detailed (and accurate) estimate of costs before starting work, so there were no surprises.

They were respectful and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, which I very much appreciated. Overall I was pleased with the work done, and will definitely return for future maintenance.

Doug personally took real good care of my Dad's 2003 Honda Pilot, which needed some front end body repair, and made it look brand new. He was very patient with our requests and said he would do his best to fix up some other scratches around the sides and back as well. Doug went above and beyond what he said he would do and kept the cost at his original quote. Great service, excellent work and an honest, fair price.

Dale is very helpful, treats you with respect and doesn't try to nickel and dime you, I will only be using Friedman if needing work done, prices are amazing compared to competitors, my fiance, mom, everyone now uses them and tells me everything that's for recommending because it's honest work and very cost effective! Customer for 2+ years, now. First came to the guys with an issue concerning my oil-pan (specifically the drain bolt) another shop claimed they couldn't do an oil-change because of the condition of the pan/bolt. Dale and his team not only did this task without problem, but they didn't try to sell me a new oil-pan! They pretty much said, 'hey, we'll let you know when it's time for a new one'.-Pretty cool and trustworthy of them.

I now go exclusively through this shop for O.C.'s. Since then, Dale and the team has gone above and beyond on several occasions. They've been nice enough to plug two tires (no charge!) With the second tire issue being something that I didn't catch at the time. Dale got me hip to what is loosely called, 'a mechanics stethoscope', which he demonstrated how he could tell there was an issue with the outer bearing on the water-pump. (While under warranty from another shops/mechanics work. which, that particular shop was trying to dodge replacing) I referred my girl to this establishment and she said they did a great job. (Didn't make her feel uncomfortable or ignorant-and the overall price for the work was completely acceptable) They also offer loaner vehicles if/when available to accommodate your repair if needed.

Which I've benefited from a couple times now. Bottom line is these guys have faith in their work and team. They don't need to up-sell you on every last component that your car COULD use, but doesn't technically NEED. Most of my work/income depends on my car properly functioning daily. And I will continue to rely on and suggest this mechanic team to others for the foreseeable future.

In my quest to find a reliable, affordable, and dependable automotive shop, I prayed in 2018. I prayed that God would protect me from a shop that would overcharge and under perform the maintenance on my car because I was woman. I asked God to direct me to a person and place that would treat me like their own family. After searching online and determining that Friedman Automotive was fairly close to home, I called to speak with a mechanic.

I spoke to Dale and expressed my situation. I explained the repairs needed and that I did not want to be swindled. After laughing a bit, Dale explained he understood and spoke of his family. He stated that he would not swindled me, as he would not want that done to his wife and daughter. I knew then, God heard my prayer. This was 2018. Friedman Auto and its employees ARE a huge blessing to me and my family.

Spent thousands with Dale over the last 2 years and found out when I took to a different mechanic he lied to me about every "repair"he did. Took my truck in for a front end noise gave him over 1k for ball joints and it was the wheel bearing the whole time he tried to say it was some pin. Never again will I trust this dude or anyone working for him since they did an $80 look over on my truck and said nothing else was wrong. Idk maybe because I'm a female desperate to keep my kids safe in our vehicle he saw an opportunity to make a quick buck

We have used their services for all of our daily use vehicles and our Corvette for years and we have never been disappointed. Excellent, honest, and reliable work at a reasonable cost. It doesn't get any better than that! Being able to have a free loaner car during times when they were doing major repairs was a huge plus. Worth every penny spent!

If I could add more stars, I would. If you are looking for an HONEST, professional, top-notch, fair, technically-sound, reasonably-priced, highly skilled and competent car mechanic - then here it is! Every time I have an issue with my vehicles, Dale & his team solves every problem. And you can't beat the loaner car system they have too. Thank you Dale & your staff - always a pleasure!

This was the first and last time I use this establishment. I was a walk in insurance claim, guaranteed paycheck and I couldn't be more upset with the work and customer service here. They had my car twice for a total of 6 weeks. I made complaints about the cars driving performance and was told it was due to wear and tear. Got a second opinion and had to pay for another alignment after buying all new tires to eliminate possible causes.

The bumper they put on is popping out on one side, the back window isn't sealed properly, my ceiling in the rear is still hanging down, and the new taillight they put in burnt out a month after being replaced. I was given the run around when trying to get my car back in, waited over two weeks for a response after leaving messages. I had my friend schedule an appointment to have the same work done to his car and they scheduled him an appointment a day later. I call a few hours later for the same thing and they can't get me in.

I requested quotes for a tune up and additional repairs to multiple places, but Friedman gave the most knowledgeable response so I decided to go with them. I'm glad I did! Customer service was great and they even gave me a car to use while it was in the shop! That was so helpful!! I will always take my cars there from now on. Very happy with their work!

Finally, a place where you can take your car for mechanical or body work and feel confident that it's being done correctly. I've been coming here for service for many years and the experience has consistently been good. Also, the location is ideal

Friedman Automotive Services is the most honest Automotive Service around. Greg is very honest and upfront with you. He will not tell you something needs fixed on your vehicle if it doesn't need to be, like other service centers I have been to do. Greg had gone above and beyond helping me with an issue with my vehicle, and even made a follow up call to me asking me how everything was. I would recommend Friedman Automotive Services to anyone.

My whole family has had nothing but great experiences with Friedman Auto. Just had Transmission and A/C service done last month on my Tahoe. Dropped it off on the way to work, they gave me a loaner and I picked it up on the way home. Another nice thing about these guys is when you take you car in they check everything, they told my parents after their oil change service that they would need brakes in the near future. No upselling just good service.

Had multiple electrical issues to be taken care of. Was referred to Dale and could not be happier with the quality of the work and how quickly it was done. Was given a loaner car and Dale had the work done the same day. He explained exactly what work was done and it cost much less than we anticipated!
