I can't say enough about Spring Street Service Center. I had just landed from a great vacation in FL to find I had a nail in my tire and I was over an hour from home. After being turned away by another local dealer, I went to Spring Street on the verge of a meltdown and was greeted by Steve Naslund, the Service Advisor who immediately put me at ease. Called Friday morning for a repair needed for a rim ASAP. Met Steve on site and he was super professional & very nice. I also was able to make a same day appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Steve also was able to call back with a quote for the rim repair. I am super impressed and pleased! Prices are very reasonable and I look forward to using Spring Street Service Center in the future!

This is a very good local auto repair shop that stands by its work and has compassion for their customers and their issues. Eric has always been helpful and knowledgeable to explain all situations with my car issues. Repair prices are reasonable. Dealership is good for warranty work but this is where you want to go after the warranty is finished!

Husband went in for oil change and safety inspection. They did a tire rotation as well but NEVER told him that it was an additional charge. They charged $30 to do this. If he was informed of the additional fee to do this he would have declined to have it done. We usually get good service but this was a huge miss. Not happy with the service this time.

I got my rear brakes done i gave my car keys and the lock for my wheels to the guy at the front desk later on i get a phone call asking about the wheel lock so the mechanic went through my car looking for it mess up everything i didnt fix anything back i was very upset the lock for the wheel says lock on it all of the bolts on the wheel is the same color except one come on now
