Raffia Road Service Center is a family owned and operated auto repair shop located in Enfield, Connecticut. We are the sister facility to Spring Street Service Center located in Windsor Locks, Connecticut. We are committed to providing our customers with good, old-fashioned courtesy and quality customer service.
Perhaps you've seen him marching in a parade, or hanging around the shop during one of your previous visits. Anyway, Super G is a bit of an automotive trivia buff, and as a good mascot, he's concerned about keeping his customers "Car Care Aware". So he's prepared the following little quiz for you. Worry-free, quality work done right! I love this repair shop. On this recent service, my 2016 Explorer's oil pressure switch was leaking and needed replacement (170K on the odo). Previously, they worked on an old Cadillac STS's radiator and, again, did an amazing, worry-free, quality job. Why am I saying, "worry-free"? Because this is an honest shop. They do what needs doing, and nothing more. Stop looking. Go here. Seriously.

Recently my 2018 Toyota RAV4 limited had a rattling noise in the front right which we were previously advised to have it looked at it was possibly the idle pulley. Fox Hill Garage now closed we were at square 1 finding a new garage that was reputable and we felt comfortable with, a place we felt we could trust. After much research of reviews and recommendations from friends we knew I scheduled an appointment with Raffia Rd Garage.
I spoke with Ken who was pleasant and accommodating when making the appointment. On Friday I brought the car in for a diagnosis. They were very thorough and determined it was in fact the water pump. Ken was upfront advising me he couldn't guarantee they could complete it that day, I asked for the first appointment which was Monday morning. On Monday I dropped my car off at 8 am and they immediately brought it in to let it cool down.
I received a call from Ken around 10:30am advising me the front brakes needed to be done. We knew that brakes would be needed or in the very near future. I told him I would schedule another appointment to have the brakes done. He said no problem and told me my car would be ready in about an hour. He called me to let me know the car was ready. When I got there he showed me the part replaced and explained to me what caused the rattling.
I was very happy with the customer service received and felt taken care of. I have scheduled my appointment for the brakes. I am also impressed today 2 days later to hear from Ken checking in on how the car is running since being serviced by them. This is taking customer experience to the next level!

I really appreciate these guys. They did an awesome Job. I came to these guys a few months ago. About an issue with my Toyota Sienna 2007. There was a electrical wire issue with the car. They just did an amazing job. Yall so amazing tbh. The Van is still strong and did its 175k miles horray. Service: General repairs & maintenance

I've been using Raffia Road Service Center for the past few years and always have a pleasant experience! Ken and his team do a great job. They will always take a look at your vehicle and call to tell you what they recommend fix-wise before moving forward. In a few cases, they were able to diagnose the problem but it was something we could fix at home, so we did the repairs ourselves. In general, the prices are very reasonable, particularly for oil changes (especially full synthetic). I recommend this service center for all of your car care needs!

This is now my go to place when I have vehicle trouble. I had an issue with me exhaust and also needed to get my front brakes replaced. They got me in and quickly diagnosed the issues. Ken was great to work with as he was very thorough in explaining it all to me. He even followed up a couple days later to make sure everything was going well. That's what I like to see in a mechanic! 100% recommend this place.
