Extremely rude, from the receptionist to the owner Jessie. I trusted them, they couldn't care less about their customers unless you are in their circle. I'm not from East Windsor or surrounding towns but I went out of my way because I heard the opposite of the way they treat their customers. Absolutely horrible, intimidating, bullying. If your up to that kind of service from a so called professional business I wish you well, hope Jessie is in a better mood when you deal with this individual.

Jesse is a wealth of knowledge. He provided me with several options in how we could proceed in fixing our vehicle - which in turn helped us make the best decision for our family. I took my diesel truck here about 2 months ago because it wouldn't start. I found out it was the oil pump. He charges me $1,000 to replaced it. The engine light was on and they never cleared the codes. He then had the nerve to want to charge me more to fix other things that he should have fixed the first time. There were also things that came back wrong that were ok when I brought it to him. I decided to cut my losses and never go back to them. Rip off mechanic.
