If you have a Ford transit or big Vehicle's they will Not service you! My van broke down on the highway and I had it towed here and I was denied service because my transit was too Big. I have to pay the tow to another location. I'm traveling from out of state.

As a woman who knows nothing about cars, it wS important to me to find a mechanic that was trustworthy. I left Hoffman Ford because I was treated badly. I am very very satisfied with work and the people who work at P& P. I recommend them highly!

I was in the middle of a 4 hour drive (2 hours in), when every warning light went off in my car at once. I pulled over and looked up auto mechanics in the area. These guys had great reviews. I was basically stranded, but they prioritized me and fixed the problem. Turns out the coolant for the inverter was empty. They said they didn't notice any leakage, but even sent me on my way with additional coolant just in case.

They even gave me peace of mind, since they could tell I was stressed out. For example, as they were in the middle of the work, they took the time to me know that it looked like the problem wasn't too severe. They were honest, diligent, excellent mechanics and kind. I was soon on my way. Can't recommend P&P enough. Great guys, and great at their job.

They troubleshot the low brake pedal problem on my 09 Trailblazer and determined a brake line had rusted-through and was leaking brake fluid. They fabricated a replacement line to replace the rusted leaking one, and after installing the new brake line, bled the brake system. The work was performed in the scheduled time-frame and at a reasonable price. Yes, I would recommend P&P Auto Repair to friends.

Would give them more stars if I could. Had my car towed in and these guys got right to work figuring out the problem then did a great job of repairing it. They are definitely my "go to guys" now and I'll recommend to anyone that asks! Service: General repairs & maintenance

I took my Mazda there this month because my car had been making a sound. the owner said it was probably a wheel bearing and they'd check it out. he called me back and said the wheel bearings were fine but I needed all new tires and the sound would probably go away. $850 later for an oil change and 4 new tires. the sound was still there. yesterday I took my car to the dealership and guess what, it was my passenger side wheel bearing. the guys at p and p are nice but i don't know how they missed the problem they assumed was happening.

Best Garage there is! I've owned dozens and dozens of cars and taken them to countless garages. This is THE BEST garage I have ever used. Most importantly, the are HONEST They are also highly skilled, are fair with their prices, and will fix what they say, when they say it, for the price they say it. They are fair, honest, professional, and efficient.

We have always had excellent service at P&P. Very knowledgeable, honest and forthright. I once had an unknown problem on my car, they spent about an hour diagnosing it, then did the research to find out it was covered under manufacturer extended warranty- they told me right away and suggested I contact the dealer. They've also fixed less than stellar work done by another mechanic. Highly recommend!

Best garage there is! I have been bringing my cars here for years. Great service, great customer service, and very reasonable prices. They get the job done right, the first time every time. Have adapted their pick up method to maintain social distancing/no contact, which is very much appreciated.

I had a problem with a 1995 Mercedes Benz SL 320. We had problems with programming the top. Nobody wanted to get involved with and "Old Wreck Like that" They told me what they would charge to look at it. "No promises" Just diagnostic charges. Paul was very helpful over the phone giving me his expertise with a mechanical issue with my car. His recommendation was honest and straightforward. He referred me to my car dealership. This is an honest business with honest mechanics and owner who will not steer you wrong to make money. I appreciate the time he took to speak with me on the phone. If my car wasn't under warranty I would def have brought my car here based on my experience on the phone and the five star reviews on Yelp from other customers.

I came here with a steering problem on my old Hyundai Sonata. They were booked, but able to fit me in to top up the power steering fluid and never pressured me to do anything unreasonable. There ended up being a leak, and instead of immediately telling me I needed xyz for thousands of dollars, they said to just keep an eye on it in case the leak is slow.

I didn't even have to pay anything, which is incredibly rare. I actually do have to go back because the fluid is leaking fairly quickly, but the price they gave me was fair and they broke down the cost and explained everything perfectly. I'm definitely coming back and this is easily my new go-to mechanic. They seem to be an honest, family-run business, and I'm happy to have found it.

Staff is very cordial and knowledgeable. They diagnosed my cars and only recommended work that needed to be done and advised me to wait for nonessential repairs. They are well priced as I researched and compared with other shops in the area. I highly recommend this local establishment over Sears, PeP Boys, and Firestone.

The dreaded check engine light came on, dropped the car off. A few hours later, received a call of what the code was and what could be issue and what he saw in his experience and possible costs. I told him to proceed. He called back a little later with the problem and the fix. In the mean time, I received a notice from the state that my emission check was due. They fixed the issue, reset the light and had it inspected. The total cost was less than expected. They have a new loyal customer.

Honest mechanics that are really good at fixing problems that other mechanics cannot fix. My wife's Pontiac Vibe had an oil leak and another shop with trained mechanics said the repair would cost $600 to repair. I took it to P&P for second estimate and they said it was a very different problem and would take $350 to fix. They did repair it and the leak never returned. Highly recommended!

I was telling my brother about this great mechanic my wife found in Manchester and he was telling ME about how he found this great mechanic in Manchester too. Come to find out, it was the same place. They excel at the 3 major parts of auto repair. 1- They do the job right. 2- They do it at a fair price. 3- They're honest. I'm good enough with cars to do some repairs myself, but not good enough to get it right the first time all the time. Sometimes I just want it done correctly, one time, without the hassle. This is what P & P auto does for me. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

They have my business forever! Toyota's check-engine light was on, and emissions test was needed. Three visits to another (reputable) shop (and $600 in repairs) and the light was still on. ONE visit to P&P and not only did they figure it out and fix it, but they also drove it to the emissions test facility and made sure it passed! I just took my Ford there for a vibration that I have been putting up with for two years.

I had it in the dealer shop twice and they couldn't find anything wrong. P&P found it, a broken motor mount! Replaced the mount, and not only the vibration, but all of the other rattles and noises that I had been hearing are GONE! My car sounds like it's brand new again!
