I was unfortunate enough to have my car repossessed by 24 / 7 auto recovery in 2015. This company should be investigated. First of all, they did not keep my belongings the required amount of days and (to my horror) I was told my things were "put in the dumpster out back" 3 days before I was told i had to pick them up. Liars. Among my belongings they say they simply threw away: a pair of Dolce Gabana sunglasses, antique ivory and some very expensive natural stone.

They even took the flashlight that was originally part of my Jeep. What is really sick is that when I went to pick up my car after paying it off as it was on its way to auction, inside of it they left the most basic, cheapest items possible, including my sons jacket and car seat. I find this unbelievable as it was their job to remove ALL of my belongings from the car before it was sent to the auction house.

It is apparent that they were only after my expensive belongings to keep for themselves. In addition, they failed to respond to my complaint with the better Business Bureau. Cowards. Beware of 24/7 auto recovery. They have ZERO ethics and are rotten to the core.

These people are rip off artists. I have been there twice in support of my friend. While there I had an opportunity to speak with others who had their vehicle's repossessed. There's no hrs posted as well as sevice charges. They seem to make it up as they go along. Most tow yards are open late and are available 7 days a week. They are conveniently closed on the weekend's and half days on mondays just so they can make a little extra money.

Also not only do they steal select item's from your vehicle, they inventory your vehicles contents by taking everything out of your trunk and throwing it in your front seat at a 100.00 dollars a pop. There needs to be an investigation concerning their practices. And loss of personal property.
