Had a burnt smell coming from my engine Turned out to be a oil line leak had aamco replace it And replace the serpentine belt along with a radiator hose he did a great job car runs good They did an honest and good job

Friendly and helpful staff. Other places couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car. They found it and fixed it in a day. Will definitely be back.

I really appreciated getting my car fixed here! They were timely with updates throughout the process and even finished the repairs earlier than estimated! They care about their work and had me do a check up 10 days after. The guys there go above and beyond to explain everything and meet ones needs. I really appreciate their customer service and will definitely return! They recently did an oil change service. They were quick and efficient! Thank t was done before I was ready awesome company!

I showed up with no appointment, after being turned away by 3 in area mechanics shop for no appointments available. I was completely satisfied for same day no appointments service. Lifetime warranty with brake pads is a plus Services: Brakes, Air & cabin filter replacement

Work was done in a timely manner considering the mechanic had to put the pan cover on twice, just really expensive, I don't know where they buy there transmission oil but at $14 a guart x 6 plus $160 for labor I felt it was a bit much. It should have been $160 for everything. It only took them 1/2 hour to change the oil. Won't be going back to them for anything else but when your in a pinch for time I guess I deserve what I paid.so then Eric calls me back after I sent in the review and he begins to yell at me about my I sent in, very unprofessional. Just like most other corporate owned businesses, looking for the almighty dollar an don't care for anyone's opinion.

I think it's ironic that everyone that has written a bad review as I am one of them, all of our expierence as are similar to the owner trying to commit fraudulent activity and a majority of it is to us women who bring our cars in. To make it even better, I have not once seen this owner guy once apologize to any of us customers for the nightmare he put on us and the fraud he tried to pull.

Every response from him is some bs exercise and blaming it on us customers who he still charged hundreds of dollars to "look" at our cars. This is an example of a sexist thief of someone who should not own or be in charge of a business. Grow some and own it Mr big aamco.

I feel like I've been ripped off Over $4000 for transmission repair and less then a 100 miles the exact same thing happened again. It now looks like it was a $150 Mass air flow sensor causing the issue. So instead of replacing that they charged me for a rebuild transmission at $4000. I'm not Happy about that. The car has had the same transmission problem 3 times since leaving there after a $4000 rebuild.

Eric and his team are great. They were quick and thorough with evaluating my car. I had a similar experience as another woman posted - I am feeling we were deceived & taken advantage of because we are women. My car had extreme shaking/vibration. I knew I needed new tires but felt there may be something else wrong so I went to this AAMCO since it was close to my work & I could drop it off & walk to work. Eric was amazingly accommodating & nice.

I liked & trusted him - big mistake. He came back telling me that my car needed $2k+ worth of work including replacement of axle & hub assembly, replacement of control arms & bushings & of course he recommended new tires which I was already aware of. Luckily I was not approved for their credit account because had I been, I would have gotten all that work done.

Instead I had to leave, work on other ways of paying for the repairs & during that time, was strongly advised to get a 2nd opinion. I was reluctant because I felt Eric was being honest & trustworthy but decided it would be best to get a 2nd opinion. Well, I was brought under my lifted up car & shown that there were NO suspension problems whatsoever & told that new tires alone would solve the problem. Got new tires that day & they were right - car is driving great, no more shaking or vibration! I am just disgusted & feel totally betrayed! Obviously the Mr Nice Guy routine is a scam. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS SHOP!

I have been taking all my personal vehicles and all our company vehicles here for over 4 years now. The old owner Nick always took great care of us and thew new owner Matt takes great care of us still. All the people who work there drop everything to make sure we get what we need taken care of in a timely manner and a fair price. We always used to dread taking vehicles in for repair / maintenance at other places, thinking we would be taken advantage of. We have not once felt like that here, which is worth it's weight in gold. Thanks Matt, Eric, and everyone else for your professionalism and the solid relationship.

Eric and the guys at this Aamco really care and do a great job, we couldn't recommend them any higher. Fair prices and honest hard working mechanics can be hard to find, but look no further!

Have to give it up to these guys phenomenal work. Eric the GM took very good care of me after coming in from a shawty place Eric was able to remedy the bad work and fix my problem. They have earned my business that's for sure and were $200 cheaper than my previous quote. Thanks again guys it's not easy to find honest mechanics definitely will be coming back.

So far, I have brought in two separate cars here have had a great experience each time. They guy at the front desk was super helpful and professional. Ive been looking for a local shop I can trust and I plan on bringing my cars here going forward.

This place was recommended to me by a close friend of mine so I took my vehicle in to get it checked out. Unfortunately they severely did not live up to how they were made out to be. First off They tried to cheat me by telling me something was wrong with my car that I knew was in good function (because I had it looked at by a third party) and gave me the quote that was ridiculous.

After I ignored that issue they were very pushy in trying to get me to buy into their product after I politely told them that it was not the issue. After that was established I left my vehicle to get fixed for what I originally brought it in for and that's when I realized their customer service was awful because I received no updates and they held my car for four days and did absolutely no work on the car. It basically wasted all my time and would not recommend for anyone to visit that place for anything.

Took my vehicle here for an oil change, rotating of tires, and to service my transmission. They didnt rotate the tires even though they charged me for it. I know this because I marked the tires with chalk and saw they did not move. Then I checked the oil and it was a quart low. I informed the mechanic and he said, "Oh, I only put 5 quarts" even though my vehicle takes 6 quarts.

They tried to rectify the problem by rotating the tires and adding more oil. Once I came home, I checked the oil and now it had too much oil (about 1/2 quart too much). When I informed one of the associates (Mike) he was very unprofessional, seemed irritated, and defensive. It is hard to find a professional, ethical, honest mechanic with integrity and if that is what you want do not come here. These people are brazen, above reproach, and complecent.

Place is the biggest rip off good luck if you take your car there remember you're getting ripped off

Nick was amazing, and treated me so well. He was honest and genuine, and didn't just blow a bunch of hot air. One of the few good guys in the car service business. He has a customer for good.

If you're in Upland or in this neighboring area I recommend this specific location for all your automotive needs. I had initially went to the car dealer for assistance and got a ridiculously high quote for some maintenance on my car. Came into this location and Nick not only charged me less than what I was expecting but he also provided quality service.

He was very client oriented and honest! I'd definitely come back again for any future services. You can ask for Nick or any technician and they can easily guide you through your auto care.

I am very appalled at the disrespect I was shown by the manager Nick. I understand how the truth can hurt. I have motto if you don't like the truth fix it. He could have healed our sore experience there by offering a remedy instead he was excusing his poor service by saying that our vehicle was old and insisting there were many things wrong with it.

What he doesn't know is much money has spent to keep this vehicle in top running shape. He did say there was many problems that were all double checked by other mechanics and it was none true. He put us all out to discover the real problem is they dont care if they cause you inconvenience and worry because they intend to pick your pocket. When I first shared our experience at this location Nick actually accused me of being a fake review, then he confirmed we did have our vehicle there he was dismissive of the lack of professionalism.

He never addressed the fact that they had our vehicle for several days. I believed Nick may want to do something to repair his reputation, but instead he proved he earned a poor reputation intends to keep it and has nothing in him to repair it. It's one thing to be proven a poor pick pocket mechanic it's another to prove yourself to be a jerk as well. He is not able to apologize when he could have, should have and instead proved himself to be a irredeemable person. Shame on you Nick.

My Dad took my car to this amazing shop because I had a persistent squeal in my engine. My Dad was sure it was the water pump, and Louis thought the same. Louis promised to do a thorough investigation (and a tune-up, by the way) - just in case. The estimate was pricey, but my Dad assured me the price was fair and it was far cheaper than taking the risk of NOT repairing it.

Imagine my shock and delight when Louis told us the squeal was caused by a bent pulley (apparently the guy who had repaired the A/C unit a few months before had damaged it). The final price was HUNDREDS of dollars less - I'm certain a less honest shop would have simply replaced the water pump and charged me the originally-quoted price. We'll use this Aamco location as long as these honest folks are running the place! THANK YOU!

You get the feeling they are jacking up the cost or making it seem like there is a bigger problem then what their really is. The dealership said one thing and AAMCO made it seem like it was the whole transmission needed fixing instead of just a censor. What's written on paper is a lot different then what gets said. I got it done at the dealership. And 100.00 dollar oil changes is a little high priced. Which I was charged for and stupidly paid. But hey live and learn. Thanks again for your help. Life's lessons.

New owner by the name of Nick. Doesn't know much about transmissions. Bad mannered and doesn't listen. Makes assumptions and over charges with out the ability to explain why youre being charged to much. This is not a professional aamco as the rest are. Semi ghetto. Don't waste your time.

Update: I went here to inspect a used car before purchasing it and I regretted listening to Louis. He inspected my car for 20 mins and told me that the car was good to buy. However, he didn't discover the engine oil leakage, which was one of the most important aspects of the car running smoothly. Rather he told me that power steel pump was broken.

I was a bit skeptical so I decided to go to the Honda Dealership to check. There was nothing wrong with my power steel pump. I almost spent hundreds of dollars for nothing. Overall, I would not recommend this body shop.
