This is an update to my previous post, I talked to the new owner and had a good talk I expressed my concerns and was assured that he was going to keep everything like Bill left it. As I said before I have been going to Renson's for over 30 yrs and hope to keep going back for many more years

Our car would start then stop immediately. Needed car before memorial weekend as husband has severe COPD and goes to emergency often. They got car out in plenty of time and only charged us 1/2,h our fees as nothing was wrong with car as i was using a spare key that only opens door not for ignition. They suggested i may have done that. So i checked and that was exactly what was the problem. Soooo grateful for your services. Thank you.

Bill was extremely helpful in expediting the "surprise repair" needed for my Lexus. The radiator needed replacing. It was towed to Renson after I noticed the temperature gauge rising to the RED line and luckily before I chanced driving HWY 17 home to the Summit exit! The shop is very professional and knowledgeable! I am grateful for their expertise and would recommend them 100%

I am a long time customer of Renson Automotive. I took the car in for an oil change, a sun visor repair and a determination regarding the cause of an oil leak and an axle boot grease leak. As always Bill and his staff were extremely thorough. Work was performed and my car was ready on time, as promised. I highly recommend Renson Automotive!

As a female who knows nothing about cars I am so glad a friend recommended Renson Automotive to me. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and does not make you feel forced to agree to additional work being done. They encourage you to do your own research on pricing etc. and I really appreciate not being pressured. They provide a detailed report out on vehicle status at every visit.

They are on time with time estimates to complete everything and are extremely polite! I don't feel intimidated when I bring my car in and that's huge for me. I can't say enough good things about this team, ultimately if you are need of a trustworthy auto shop, this is the place to bring your vehicle to.

I brought my car in for some repairs (new starter and other things). I was getting ready to just buy another used car but after the tech finished with it, it was like a new used car I have never driven before. It ran so very smooth and like new. What a great job they did. Hope not to see them again in a long time but I am glad I brought it to them. Perfection!

I took my 2015 Audi in to get my cam cradle sealed from an oil leak and shocks replaced. Very happy with the service. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I highly recommend Renson automotive.

Good first experience with Renson Auto today. Was advised by a local tire chain that my vehicle was in need of front suspension work. Based on that inspection I called Renson's and worked with Mike on a quote and purchased the parts we thought would be needed. Today, a couple hours after I dropped the vehicle off, Mike called to let me know that after seeing the job, two additional bushings and labor would be needed.

To minimize the added expense he offered to waive mark-up on parts and keep the added time down. He also offered to deliver the vehicle to a tire shop next door for an alignment after the repairs. When I picked the vehicle up, Owner Bill, also let me know how hard they worked to keep the cost down and encouraged me to let them do the inspection prior to any attempted repairs in the future. The service was XLNT. I was treated fairly and my old Lexus drives like a dream.

I went to Renson from about 2003 to 2021. I only left because I moved out of the area. I had an older Mazda and then an older Toyota. I can't say enough good things about Renson. Mike my service rep was very friendly & professional, very knowledgeable from start to finish. He kept me notified of any potential changes in costs once I brought my truck in the shop so there was no confusion about the work requested & the final charge. We have been going to Renson for many many years. (And we have four cars in our family) They have always provided us with good work, good and timely service and for a decent price. One thing I want to point out that, to me, is the biggest concern I have with mechanics. That is I want them to be trustworthy. At Renson, I have found them trustworthy. Yeah!

I took my 2013 Toyota Rav4 in because water was leaking from behind the console. I had a blockage somewhere in the back and they cleaned it out within a few hours. Very friendly and explained exactly what they did. I was really happy and grateful.

Took my MDX in as it was giving me starting trouble despite a brand new battery installed just a month or so prior. Charlie called me shortly to let me know that the battery that was added had a bad cell in it. I told Charlie that the battery paperwork was in the glovebox. He took care of calling the battery guy, had it replaced for free as it was under warranty.

Then they ran the full starter system check. Picked up the car the very next day and everything is perfect! I was blown away by how much pride and ownership Charlie had in completing the service without making me round around for things. Absolutely recommend them!

I didn't get my car fixed from here but based on the quote itself i would recommend staying away. A simple brake pad replacement with rotor resurfaced on a 4 year old Infiniti was quoted a price of $640. Got it done for $250. Dealer was a bit more expensive at $330. The quote was almost 2.5 times the price of other shops and double that of a dealer. Till now i thought dealers were highly price but this one takes the cake. I am sure the technicians are great and place is great but the price is certainly not.

I've always said I'd be set in life if I had a friend who was a lawyer, a friend who was a hairdresser, and a friend who was a mechanic. I wasn't blessed with a mechanic friend, but working with Renson is just as good! My parents have taken their cars there for as long as I can remember, and with a family of my own now we've done the same. Renson is super communicative, thorough, and I trust them 100% whenever we have our cars services.

They never try to push service and explain their work so clearly. Charlie and Robert have some of the best customer service skills I've encountered anywhere. Kudos to Renson for hitting every mark!

I'm pushing 50 years old and in my lifetime I have yet to find a auto mechanic shop that I trust, until now! I brought in two of my vehicles to them recently and they exceeded my expectations. I found them to be extremely honest and not salesy. They were honest on repairs only that were necessary and didn't try and push additional for $. I appreciate that. Their prices are very good and customer service is second to none.

We are so happy that we were referred to Renson Automotive from our Carmax rep. Charlie was friendly and very knowledgable. We had two issues, the fan would run extra loud and the ABS lights would come on whenever we turned sharp. They were able to find a small leak that was causing fluid to get on the sensor. Especially happy that Charlie took care of the warranty we got from Carmax and was able to prove to them that it should be covered. We were so happy to end up paying our deductable for the two repairs. We THANK Charlie and crew for being so professional and helpful.

Solutely recommend Renson Automotive. Back story - my husband met Charlie Sept 2017 when he accompanied a friend taking a car in for a problem. Charlie did some research and found that the problem was a recall problem and told our friend to take the car back to the dealer. My husband and friend were impressed by Charlie's professionalism and said if ever I need auto repair work this is absolutely the place I would come.

Today it was my husband's truck (2021 - 4 years later) that he thought needed a brake replacement. Charlie called this afternoon and said the brakes were in great shape and definitely safe. The "squeaking" sound that was heard was due to accumulated dirt. Renson's cleaned up the problematic area and happy ending. Also, the young man at the front desk who greeted us was welcoming, professional and efficient. The complete experience was amazing.

Had a great and professional experience. Was referred here after BMW wanted to charge me double the price for a oil change. They checked my tires, gasectic. Made some recommendations but said they weren't urgent and they would watch these things and made notes for my next visit. I'm definitely going back and making this my car service location. Ty!

I went to Renson's for a brake problem. They repaired it quickly. Fair pricing and very friendly. Plus they gave me a discount because I had a AAA Membership Card and some free advice. My opinion is they are a honest, reliable shop and I will go back there in the future.

I have been using the services of Renson Automotive, working with it's staff literally since the early 1990's when I first moved to the valley. Over this time they have worked on all of my Toyota, Ford, Lexus and Acura vehicles for myself, my wife, and children. I have found their service to be consistently excellent, repairs have been made in a timely manner, without drama, and in a professional manner.

Renson was recommended by CarMax as we needed a quick appointment. Charlie at Renson was amazing from the start to finish of our repair. We had a car stolen so I needed a vehicle that hadn't been driven in 2 years to be assessed and repaired to get on the road. They gave me options on repairs (fix enough to smog & sell? fix to make it a family transportation option?) with prices and timelines.

They use a text app which is so convenient while I'm at work during the day and can't always take their phone calls with questions / updates. They got the vehicle running, safe and at a very reasonable price plus were just so pleasant to work with. They will definitely be out Go To Repair Shop moving forward for all our vehicles!
