Literally the best place you could go. The owner Farhad is a hard working and honest guy who does a great job at finding a car for you, stocking ones that are interesting, and most importantly quickly, effectively and affordably diagnosing and resolving even the most complex of issues, especially on European cars. If you get a quote from Farhad it's honest and all that needs to be done.

I was excited to see a vehicle available in the price that I wanted in an area that was Prime I called the dealership to make preparation for my arrival expanding to him all the credentials I had and did not have available yet upon arrival I was instantly turned away for some information that could have been given me over the phone I was totally disgusted 2 try to select another business over a more professional business bringing Cloud credentials and customers. A valuable lesson I've learned to go with your first mind and not with import connection

This review is many years overdue. Took my S Class Mercedes to Farhad for years for maintenance/repairs. The care, concern and gesture of humanity Farhad offers to his clients is beyond compare in the automotive industry. I could always rely on Farhad and staff to perform tune ups, oil changes, repairs and keep my car running smooth, but what really keeps me referring him to my customers, friends and family is the unparalleled service he provides as in this example below.

A window switch and door handle on the drivers door broke and I asked Farhad to call the dealership and order a new one. I came back 2 days later to discover Farhad researched, went to a Mercedes wrecking yard and found an exact match for 20% of the price the dealer would have charged for the part, and he installed it for about $50. In my travels, I've never found a more compassionate, honest, caring and intelligent auto dealer/repair shop.

Fantastic, friendly, competent, no frills service! Farhad and team are professional and honest! We have two Cayman S and a Jeep Wrangler and they are all serviced here. We have purchased two cars from Import Connection and when we are ready for another it will also come from here. We had a purchase fall through because I changed my mind, no fault of the car at all and Farhad was a true gentleman about the whole thing! Outstanding maintenance of our 7 series BMW for nearly 10 years. Friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable on all aspects of maintenance of the BMW. Our next car will definitely be purchased from Farhad's Import Connection. UPDATE: We purchased a 2010 Audi Q5 from Farhad at Import Connection in late 2013. We are very pleased with the car and the only downside is we don't get to see the staff as often as we did before! The BMW has gone off to someone else's house.
