I went to Jeff and Susie for 25 years to service all the family's vehicles. These guys were referred to me by a good friend that grew up in the Los Gatos neighborhood that I lived in for 23 years. She referred me to them even before we moved. They worked on all sorts of vehicles and makes. From Audi, Subaru, Jaguar, Nissans and Jeep's. The best thing about these guys is the way they conduct business.

Being a business person myself; I'm all about customer service! They are remarkable and so fair with their estimates and quantity of the work provided. Moving to Reno was sad to start completely over with new people that help us with our daily lives. Doctors, Lawyers, Estate Managers, Beauticians, Pool guys, Gardeners.ect. These guys I miss the most because now I go to the "Dealerships". Miss you both Jeff and Susie! I will definitely swing by when I get back to that neck of the woods! Love these two!

Allmotive has done a great job on all my vehicles over the years. They currently service my Dodge Dakota and Honda CRV. Jeff and Susie thoroughly check out the vehicle at each service, let me know the main needs and costs upfront, and show all of the parts when finished. I have not been driving as much lately, but it was time to get my 4-Runner in for its routine maintenance. There are a lot of businesses I am not yet comfortable returning to since the pandemic started, but Allmotive is not one of them. They are always professional, so I wasn't surprised to see how careful they were when I went this last time.

They follow all of the Covid 19 protocol, from covering/cleaning the interior surfaces of my car that they touch, upgrading the reception area so that there is a clear divider between them and the customer, wearing masks, providing hand sanitizer, and having a no-contact way to check out. They always take great care of my car and I trust them completely.

This repair facility is awesome. The shop is clean, busy, and does a great job. Not to mention they are fair priced and provide excellent service. Jeff and Susie are very good technicians. Every experience with them has been fantastic! Absolutely EXCELLENT service, very reasonable prices, extremely diligent and honest! The best automotive shop I've ever dealt with!

THANK YOU! My hubby has been taking his car to them for 10 years as he works across the street. After 2 years of taking my car to 2 different "shops" for an issue I will say, this shop is great. I almost traded my SUV in. They have no idea how long and how much $$ I spent trying to diagnose the issue. I frickin' almost cried. Jeff used a stethoscope to find the hair pulling, embarrassing noise and the price was more than fair.

You heard me driving down the street! Susie is an awesome mechanic as well as she worked on my car before too. Highly recommend. Please do not take your car to a service center go to this shop they are mechanics, not technicians.

I have been taking our Camry and Tacoma to AllMotive for years now, and always receive prompt, top-notch service from Jeff and Susie. They do great work, and the repair costs are always fair and reasonable. I also really appreciate that they never try to push unneeded repairs on their customers, which is why I stopped going to the Toyota dealerships. I recommend AllMotive to my friends and family. It seems like lately the price of services here has gone up, for example, a simple oil change is now $70-$80. That's around twice as much as other places in town. However, the mechanics are nice and seem smart. Good attitudes and great customer service are worth a lot! I recommend going somewhere less expensive for an oil change though. If you need a very big job done, get a second quote or check their quoted parts estimates before agreeing to the job.

It would be easy to give MORE than a 5 star rating for customer service and efficient work done by Susie Chivers! I called & needed one of those last minute oil changes, Susie immediately asked me "what time would be convenient for me?" How's that for awesome customer service. Susie Chivers is extremely knowledgeable about vehicles & explained the work she did in detail, which was greatly appreciated. We were in and out in no time. I would highly recommend seeing Susie for your vehicle needs, you won't be disappointed. Thank you Susie Chivers!

Jeff is a super nice guy and a really good tech as well. He and Susie are the techs and always busy. Besides figuring out a complicated problem with my truck's transfer case Jeff and Susie did a great job on the repair as well. Great shop, fair pricing and really nice people. Jeff has been our mechanic for close to 30 years and after I moved to Oregon I felt that I was leaving the most relieable, professional garage I've ever dealt with. Both Jeff and Suzie are true pros who go the extra mile to get the work done quickly, dependably and honestly. I would refer Allmotive to anyone I know in need of their services.

I have been using Allmotive off and on for several years. Lately I took in two different vehicles for a number of issues and it's great being able to get so many odd issues resolved in such a short period of time and with such competent and attentive work. I highly recommend them.

We have been bringing our cars here for many years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are very honest, do a great job at a fair price and never do work that is not necessary. They will give you a fair assessment of what needs to be done, what ought to be done (and why), and what doesn't need to be done or can wait. Their work is top notch. They don't do body work, but they are great mechanics and good people too!

I found this place on Yelp when I was in a pinch, needing some help with the oil levels on my Subaru. Jeff, the owner, was really helpful and I was in and out of there very fast.

I have continued to bring my cars for repairs and maintence services to Allmotive because they treat me like family and they will always advise me of necessary repairs to ensure my safety on the road.

Small shop that does amazing work. The service is top notch, and the prices are very reasonable. I had a situation with my car and had it towed to the shop on super short notice. They told me that they were booked up for the week, but they would do what they could for me. They ended up fixing the issue and then did additional research into the problem.

Apparently there was a recall movement for this particular issue and they provided me some information to pursue the issue with the manufacturer. Two months later and the car maker is paying for all of the work that Allmotive did and an additional amount for any inconvenience. Again, I have to thank Allmotive for the legwork that they did for me. And I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I recommend Allmotive highly. I give them 5 stars because they literally meet all of my automotive repair needs. I know nothing about car repair and want to keep it that way. I want my car to be in excellent condition at all times. I commute to work daily and drive extensively on vacations, pulling a trailer, often with kids in the car. I want our car trips to be safe and easy.

I am willing to pay for this service, and I don't want to be (can't afford to be) paying for car repairs that are not necessary. In the approximately 10 years that I have used Allmotive, they have met my needs consistently. I feel comfortable that my car is in the best shape possible at all times, and I have never, ever felt pushed to do repairs that seemed questionable to me.

When they suggest a repair, they tell me the pros and cons so that I can make an informed decision. I have found them to be honest and trustworthy at all times. Many car repair professionals that I have used in my life, are good at their work, but there always seems to come a time when they want to do work that seems questionable. I have never felt that way at Allmotive and I won't have anyone else work on my cars. They were recommended to me by my brother who was their happy customer for many years before me. I highly recommend this business.
