Haskell Auto Service

Mechanics charge more money for a different grade of work. I thought it was worth it. This might be a better service for people who can afford to drive 2 cars. The Haskell Auto tool grid that they use is worth considering.

They fix my BMW 850 fast and reasonably accurate from original estimate. Very satisfied with the precise works and will be back

My gf recommended this auto shop because I was new to the area, and she said it's the highest integrity auto shop she has taken her car to. This last trip for me was unbelievable. They fixed parts on my car without asking, telling, or charging me for the service they provided on top of changing my brakes and oil. They truly care about the customer and will go above and beyond for everyone.

Best prices, most honest mechanic. Have all my older cars serviced by Andy, and they run perfectly well over 300,000 miles. Faithful customer for over 10 years.

Its rare to find an auto shop that is honest about what you need, and doesnt try and upsale you every chance they get. They do quality work and I won't take my car anywhere else.

I would definitely recommend Haskell Auto if you ever need quality work done at a great price. I've brought my vehicle there a few times now and Andy is great at what he does. He always treats me well and gets the repairs done in a timely manner. If I ever need any car repairs done in the future I will be bringing my vehicle there for sure!

I dropped off my car and asked the Haskell mechanics to look at why my car's door opened light would not go out and my car would not lock. I drove away and was called back within 3 minutes. They told me nothing was wrong. It was my glass hatch thst was open. He closed it and all worked perfect. Many auto repair shops would have taken advantage of the situation and said that they had to make a fake costly repair. Thank you Haskell for your honesty. That's why I trust your service and will always come back when my car is in need of repair.

Stoped here for an oil change, the owner was very professional, sweet and courteous! He took very good care of my and any of my concerns! His other customers have been going to him for 6 years and counting after speaking with them. His prices are very good! The place was clean and nice. Labor was fast and efficient. His shop is under-rated. I highly recommend this place and there services! Spreading the word!

This was my very first review on Yelp, way long before I ever thought of writing any reviews. No, and don't be cute, as a fellow Yelper of mine just happen to ask me, if "Eddie Haskell is the owner?". I never have asked Andy why the name, and all I can guess is that it was the previous owner's name back in 1992, hence Haskell Auto. Just don't quote me on that.

I have been a customer of Haskell Auto for 29 years now. I started coming here by word of mouth from a work colleague of mine. Andy, and his nephew Stanos, have been taking care of our vehicles for a long time. Sorry Stanos, if I happen to have misspelled your name. The thing about life is that when you come across good people, embrace it. This is who Andy and Stanos are.

Not just really good at working on your car but, serious about making sure you are happy with their profession work. I have always appreciated their honesty and concern for maintaining our vehicle. Not only do they help maintain our vehicle but, they also work on other family member's vehicles. If you are in search of a good mechanic, give them a try.

For sure they would be most happy to help you your vehicle concerns. I have sat in the waiting area of their place, and this what their comment is, "I bring my vehicle here because I know it's going to get done right". You see, people understand what it means to have integrity with your profession. This is what you will receive here. Hope you read this, and hope some day you see what I mean.

We came here for a oil change and they were fast and the staff there was extremely nice to us no. Long waits

I was originally told that my check up would cost $75 and they charged me $150. I'm currently at a different place which is only charging me $45 for the check up. The per hour labor rate is substantially higher than average.

Terrific service with outstanding quality. I've always found the pricing to be more than fair. Andy uses OEM parts to insure the repair holds. I was referred to him by a friend and have referred others to the shop.

Fabulous business to repair your vehicles. I've been taking my cars there for over ten years and have never had a surprise on the bill. I appreciate their expertise and thorough service. I have used Haskell Auto for over 12 years and have always felt they were honest and don't try to up sell service. Their prices are fair and Andy and Stanos have always been good to me. Best mechanics ever! They will always try and find a way to make the job less costly if possible without compromising the quality of their work.

Good place, inexpensive and good quality. No complaints at all. The lobby is nice and cool to wait for your service to be complete. I had an oil change and a transmission fluid change. 35$ for oil and 80$ for transmission fluid change. Not bad!

I have been coming to Andy for over a decade and recently had a conversation with someone while waiting for my oil change. Our topic: How great of a mechanic Andy and Stanos are to their customers. I'm pretty sure my entire family takes their vehicles to get serviced here and everyone says great things about Haskell Auto. Andy will always tell it like it is and find ways to make the bigger jobs less of a headache financially.

On one occasion I had problems with my alternator and had a nightmare experience getting my vehicle towed to the shop. The company who towed my car (who shall remain nameless) said they couldn't tell what the problem was and I had a warranty on the battery I bought from them. When Stanos had a look, he found the problem to be with the battery.

I was super upset but Stanos was even more upset at how this guy had treated me. Knowing I had a long day, Stanos drove me to lunch. What a guy! Long story short, the company reimbursed me for my battery. I could list many instances like this over the years but I would literally write a novel. I will state that I look forward to getting a rewards discount from Haskell every month and he once held classes for car owners so they could become familiar with parts of the interior. Awesome right?!

We recently switched our 2002 Toyota Camry to a 2012 Camry. I detected the front rotors were starting to go out during our test drive and bought EBC ultimax slotted rotors and EBC green stuff brake pads (BuyBrakes calls it the EBC stage 2 kit). Haskell installed the brakes in about 2.5 hours at a very reasonable rate. No more brake vibration and the brakes are super strong now. We bring all of our cars here. Why go anywhere else?

Andy has been a great mechanic. He takes care maintenance on my Acura RSX over the years. Recently I have my car service done, my engine valves were leaking. I lost power on my car. I took the car to Haskell Auto and Andy fixed it. I'll be able to drive my car back the next day. Thank you Haskell for your service and professional job.

Worst service ever, I wouldn't recommend to anybody, worst mechanics because they're not technicians, they give the worst service I ever had, couldn't agree with my price they change it like 3 times and every time got higher. I will never go back this place, I'll recommended to stay away from it as well.

Thumb up! A month ago, my friend introduced Haskell, which is his uncle's shop, to me. I had really good experiences of Haskell's services. Two weeks ago, I went to Mazda dealer to get my oil and filter changed. The dealer told me that my transmission was leaking seriously and the mount was broken, and quoted me 700 bucks to get them fixed.

With doubts, I didn't let the dealer do it. Later, I brought my car to Haskell, and after their detailed inspection, they showed me that my transmission is not too bad, and I don't have to worry about it at this moment. Today, I also got my spoiler done at Haskell, pretty satisfied about it. I like the service here, detailed explanation for my auto's problem every time, and charged very fair price. Haskell is a professional, trustworthy, and reliable auto shop, and definitely the place you would want to check.

I have known Haskell since year 2001. same year, movie "Fast and Furious" took import scene to different level! i am hardcore street racer. love everything about imports. back then. there wasn't many shops in the valley who knew what they were doing far as the tuning goes. Andy, owner of haskell, was only person who was able to fix or correct any of the issues with my car. from simple oil changes to swapping the engine. he can do it all. i still remember the first day i walked into his shop. i saw red Ferrari sitting on his garage for maintenance work. i was blown by it. how often do you see $100k Ferrari in mechanic shop for service? now, its father and son auto shop. they make perfect combo. i recently had my AC serviced. once again. great job! very honest. trustworthy. and beyond exceptional service! if you want the best, see Haskell!
