We certify the repairs to be free of defects in workmanship, and they are warranted for as long as the current vehicle owner/lessee herein referenced owns or leases the repaired vehicle.
In Arizona, you have the absolute right to select the collision repair shop of your choice. No insurance company, independent agent, representative, appraiser, adjuster or staff member of an insurance company can legally force you to or away from any specific repair shop, require that repairs be made by a specific repair shop or individual.

Great customer service from the whole staff especially Brandon! Can't express how great there customer service is treated me the best even tho you don't come to a collision place that often. Brandon went above and beyond for my car treated it like it was his own, you will be in good hands with him! Kept me updated every step of the way. I hope no one ever hits my car again but I'd definitely make the trip to come back here!

I took my car to get fixed here and when I went to pick up my car about a month later there were several items missing including my dash cam and SD card. On top of that, my tank was left empty and they didn't explain what happened. It seems that my dash cam and SD card were stolen so that there was no evidence of my car being driven by them. All they did was pay for my dash cam (which took forever) and not the other missing items.

This is the only shop I will be going to and the one I will refer my friends and family to. At this shop they kept me well informed with all the updated on my car and what they where going to it and they where so professional Last time I went to a different place and they where unprofessional and inconsistent with what they told me and the work they didn't didn't look half as good as what sands did. 100% I recommend it.

So I'm not quite what to say. They don't pay attention to details as far as the job, not so much the work. Lines meet up, covers looked smooth. But when my incurrence get charged for a 900$ headlight, as it was noted on the final bill. But go to find out they buffed and prettied up my old one and said it was a oversight, then made me wait to get what they said they had it installed. I have mixed feelings but I'd use them again but next time keep better attention and pre mark all parts for later reference.

Is it possible to give 0 stars. THE most unprofessional place and group of people ever. I went to see them with my car on October 8th. Told me to wait 5 days for a call back so I could bring my car in. 12 days later after waiting and no sign of a call I decided to call them. When I called them the first time they lost all of my personal information and were "going to get to the bottom of this" and call me back.
They never did call me back so I called back again that night. Same thing they said they would call me back and look into this for me. Waited a whole other day and no call. The last and final time I called them they had the audacity to question if I came in. I talked to three different people who were incredibly unprofessional and could not help with my issue.
It is incredibly frustrating to know that if I hadn't called them initially, I could've been waiting forever for my car to be taken in and fixed. Have to look for other places due to their poor service. I would never recommend this place to anyone DO NOT GO HERE.

Never use this place for work on your vehicle if you have them they will total your vehicle out for you if you want it totaled out! THEY WILL ASK YOU.DO YOU want your vehicle totaled out and they can do that for you just have to say yes or no & they will call your insurance company and go ahead n total it for you. However. if you want the work done by a different company they will steal things off of your vehicle and will not be responsible even tho its in a locked facility.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are basically a scam artist. My car was stolen from me and when it was recovered my insurance company recommended this stupid place. I trusted my insurance company that they knew what was best for my car. Before my car was towed here, I went to examine the damages at tow yard the police had it towed to.
My car was in excellent condition it just needed to be rekeyed since the keys were stolen. But when I got to Sands Collision Center my car was no longer in perfect condition and it was over 3 to $4,000 worth of damages including a hanging bumper which was not hanging hours before. It look like they took a bat to my car. I advise Ken at that time that my car did not look like this when I saw it hours ago. Ken claim this is how it arrive to them which I know that is not true.
They also claim my windshield was cracked and needed repair. I have a special tint on my front window which had a warranty from the shop that installed the tint and window. Ken fixed the windshield but didnt replace the special tint which is for a skin problem. I asked him about that and all he said was call my insurance company. No Ken im calling you since you replaced it without the tint that im sure you saw before you removed the window.
Once car was fixed they then force me to pay them $1,000 to get my car back from them. Once I receive my car within 2 hours it broke down. I had to have the car towed to my home and catch a uber home. I contacted Ken and explain that my car is no longer working, Ken then had my vehicle towed back to the shop. My car has been there now for over a week and I have called every other day for an update on my vehicle.
The receptionist is very rude and claimed that he is in a meeting every single day. He never returns my calls. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Run far away if your insurance company recommend Sands Collision Center.

Avoid this place as though your vehicle depended on it. There is honestly too much wrong with this place to list in one review so I'll just list the basics. I trusted this business as a "gauranteed shop" through the insurance company. Well the shop helped save the insurance company money by claiming that obvious damage from the accident was wear and tear and then stuck a single father with a bill for $1600 which I had no choice but to pay so that I could get my vehicle back and return to work. I'm now likely going to arbitration with the insurance company but the whole nightmare process wouldn't have been possible without the greed of this company

I took my truck in about 3 weeks ago and they keep moving the date for me to pick up. They commit to Monday it wasn't ready to Tuesday it wasn't ready. I keep wasting money on taxi or uber. This are very unprofessional and inconsiderate reps. I am very unpleased with their service and the way they go about handling your account. Truly sad
