I have had positive experiences with Toyota Service in VA and MA. The service I received at Shore Toyota was abysmal. I was told that all appointments were cancelled due to over booking and I was lucky to even get in. I waited 2 hours and 45 minutes for an oil change and general check and although I received a text message soliciting questions and concerns no one bothered to answer my texts requesting an update. I was later informed the system was broken but was not given the knowledge previously.

Took my car because it had a recall on it for the breaks plus my breaks were malfunctioning. I talked to the adviser Diego and he came off rude like I was bothering him or something. Then I asked if they could check my breaks because the sensor is on and I was told I would have to pay 100+ for a diagnostic. My experience here felt like they just wanted to find something to charge me for so I just did my recall.

Then I told the advisor said the car wouldn't be ready until the end of the day after I was told on the phone 1.5 to 2 hours. When I did get my car back the inside was FULL OF POLLEN and I just detailed my car yesterday so I would never bring my car back here. I give 2 stars for being clean and for the guys at the parts section were very polite and helpful.

Everyone was really nice and even though I was just there for a recalled part they checked the car over. Tires, oil, brakes, fluids etc. It did take a while but they were short staffed that day due to circumstances out of their control. Even with that they were nice to me and everyone else I saw them interact with. Some of it just comes down to one person doing the job of two or more but that just seems to be a product of recent events and the lack of people who want to work. I can't fault them for that.

First I must thank shore Toyota for having a nice variety vehicles to choose from that aloud me and my wife to pick what we really wanted. Now I must say that what made the sale was our excellent sales man Anthony. We was amazing to me and my wife from the minute we walked in to the time we left. He took time to answer all our questions and went over multiple price options.

I've bought lots of vehicles in my life but with all sincerity had the best experience this time at shore Toyota with thanks again to Anthony and Eric the finance advisor. Wonderful group of people and would always recommend them.

I appreciated being kept up to date by Colleen on Shore Toyota's inventory. I was looking for a specific model and she kept me current on status! Olti did a great job of processing the purchase quickly and painlessly! Excellent service!

My 6 month service and check up went well. The cost was a little more than I Expected however I am satisfied. Bob the Service Advisor is absolutely great. He is the best and I feel very comfortable when he handles my service. The Remodeled customer waiting is very much better than it used to be. The entire Dealership, at least the area I was in is the cleanest of any dealership I've ever seen. Overall I'm satisfied.

Called to schedule an appointment for a recall. They told me I actually had 3 recalls. Check in was fast and convenient. Service was great. Picked up vehicle and they suggested a few repairs that should be done in future, but no pressure. Thanks

Always have had good experiences - except for 2/14/22. I brought my Rav4 in for service at my scheduled time (2PM). DJ took care of me - he called me at 4:35 telling me my car is ready. I live 20 min away mind you- I was never informed by DJ that they close service at 5PM and sales at 5:30PM! The lady at the front desk tried to call DJ (I had issue with my bill) but he left for the day (she said they run out of the door at 5PM - I got there at 5:04PM.) I just think this issue needs to be brought to the appropriate staffs attention - customers need to know what time you guys close- ESPECIALLY if their car is DONE waiting in the RESERVED parking lot! Besides that - Thank you guys for the great appointment!

I feel like a patient who's doctor won't listen. My highlander is 14 months old, 15k miles. 4 days ago we found the battery completely dead. 5.6 volts at the terminals. Nothing was left on no lights, chargers, etc. I jump started it, drove it around for a half hour seeing an occasional message "battery charging ". I never had this message since I bought this car.

I used the car for errands making several stops. It started normally each time. Then the vehicle was parked on my driveway for 2 1/2 days. Went to use it Sunday and.battery dead. 5.2 volts. Monday I jump started and took vehicle to Shore Toyota. They had it overnight, said they 'tested' battery and checked for voltage leaks and nothing can be found bad.

Now the battery is still under warranty. But yet they didn't spring for the $100 or less to install a new one. On the way home, the"battery charging " message appears again. I say car was shipped with a defective battery. This will happen again say next time I leave the vehicle for 2 days or so. I am taking voltage readings periodically over the next few days. Right now 12.93 volts all ok. We'll see.
