Lynn and Robbin arrived on time. Corrected a wiring issue that had been badly mishandled by 2 previous rv techs on our heat pumps and did an additional wiring of a gfi outlet. Worth every penny! I can't say enough good things about Williams rv repair. Services: Air conditioning, Electrical

Did not have power in RV. The owner was able to fit us in his schedule and troubleshoot and fix the problem quickly. He found and removed a defective power cord reel. Excellent service! One of the Best! Service: Electrical

They did a fantastic job replacing the fresh water tank drain on our class A, better than I expected. It never did drain very well. Drains quick now, no leaks - I can sanitize correctly again! The work was done fast, efficient, and they didn't make me feel like I was an annoyance. Took about a month to get the appointment, but that's not bad and to be expected - lots of campers nowadays. Busy place. 5 stars.

Was my go-to-RV repair until the most recent issue with my RV's heating system. Called to make an appointment, but they were busy and didn't have time to discuss and promised to return my call ASAP. Waited two full days and nothing heard. May seem petty, but as a multiple repeat customer I felt I deserved that courtesy. I really regretted going elsewhere as I had previously given them a 5-star review on this site but apparently they no longer value my patronage.

These people saved my 1999 RV. I needed a new roof on my 1999 36ft class A. They inspected the roof, took off the old rubber, fixed any damaged spots and put on the new roof. The roof looks beautiful and NO leaks. My whole RV looks great. Great and friendly service and the work took less time than I thought. Can't say enough good things about this family business, they went above and beyond any expectations I had.

Lynn has been really good to us in a few pinches we've had. In fact our first contact with Williams RV was when we had a trip the next day and had a problem come up. He was willing to squeeze us in to get us on the road when everyone else told us it would be 4 weeks or longer to be seen. That one gesture has made them my first call for anything RV related - though I try to get the call in early so I can get on the typical schedule. He's even been out to do mobile service to replace my mom's water heater on her trailer that was permanently at a campground. I recommend them to friends and family and would recommend them to you as well.

Lynn and team had done some work on my RV a few months ago to get it ready for sale. Great job, excellent communication. Pulled it into a local campground to stage for sale. Had a potential buyer driving over 10 hours to come look at the RV, and the day before the showing the AC quit blowing cold air. I was four hours away when a family member told me about the AC, and knowing the AC could be a determining factor in the sale, I called Williams RV to explain the situation.

They were completely booked but said they'd see what they could do. Lynn went out to the campground, called me to let me know the unit needed to be replaced (it was about 6 years old), and completed the work quickly, quite likely saving the sale! I sold the RV, but when I do get another one, I will only take it to Williams RV. Not only do they do great work but they're great people too! Thanks Lynn and team!

I am on a cross country RV trip and experienced an electrical problem with the motorcoach. The very kind repair men at Williams not only made time to diagnose the problem but went the extra mile to fix an associated issue. This is an amazing place and the staff is great, from the office manager to Lynn, the owner. I highly recommend this business

I called this guy on Tuesday right at 9am because we were having an issue with our rv fridge and he said he was on his way to the shop and would call me back in 15 minutes when he checked his appointment book. He NEVER called me back! Apparently he didn't need our business.

We had Williams install a new ac unit and other items needed to be repaired and they did a great job at a good price.

I highly highly recommend Lynn and Robin and Williams RV service. I have had the opportunity to take my travel trailer to them on three different occasions. The quality service and service are impeccable. They are The most professional and experienced RV repair center that we have ever dealt with. Additionally, they are also very prompt and got our work done very quickly. I would highly recommend them to everyone and anyone! Awesome awesome service.

Great service. Worked with our extended warranty. Prompt service. Worked hard getting us a working refrigerator. The end result was wonderful. I could not be happier with the service I received.

NO SHOW! Made an appointment 3 weeks out then no show called and they kept promising tomorrow stopped answering the phone! Would not recommend Williams RV Service to preform and RV service in shop or mobile repair!

I have lived in my RV in Hampton Roads for almost 2 years now. On two separate occasions I called Williams to come out and work on my RV because he is one of only two mobile repair service is. Both times he was a no-show and did not return any phone calls. Both of the repairs were pretty important and one time I was left without electricity for days until I can get a hold of another repair person. I'm not sure how his work is, I've heard it is good but if you don't return phone calls or show up to your appointment so it doesn't matter how good your work is.

Not impressed! I'm both occasions the day of the appointment the phone just rang and rang and went to voicemail. He works with his son, so I'm not sure why either of them could not answer or at least call me with the reason they did not show up.
