Anytime i need anything worked on, on any of my vehicles, Chuck's the man i call. Easily one of the most wholesome men Iv ever done business with. After a wreck, i had $16,000 worth of damage done to my truck and Chuck had it running and looking brand new in no time. Years later when i sold the truck, i was still offered top dollar for it so his work really holds up!

I got into a car accident I trusted them to get my car fixed and I got it back in worse conditions. I complained to them and they said they would fix it my tint, the belt motors, scratches on the opposite side from where I had the accident and my hood doesn't line up like how it was before. They kept giving me the run around about getting parts in from Honda saying that they were back ordered.

It took month of waiting to say enough was enough and I called Honda asking about the part that was needed and they told me that the part was available and it was never in back ordered to begin with I called the body shop and they seemed surprised. They didn't know what to tell me and asked me which Honda did I called next day later they got the part, I'm not sure why they lied to me or gave me the run around I just know I won't go back again.

Charlton's Body Repair is owned and operated by very nice people and they know the business of body repair. I really appreciate their workmanship and how they put the customer first. If you need to repair a car or truck, you will really appreciate these people over a dealership. Service: Painting

Went in today for an estimate and was greeted with fast and friendly customer service. We have scheduled to bring our vehicle back to be repaired. So glad we found them!

Robert is awesome! I pulled up without an appointment. I haven't been able to get my car repaired and he not only made a call to the insurance company but had 2 employees hammer a part of the damage so I could at least open the damaged door to put groceries in and out until the party at fault talks to his insurance adjuster. Robert, I will definitely be back to get my car repairs after all "the red tape" at the insurance company is resolved.

They did a fantastic jog on repairing and painting my vehicle. They worked with the insurance to get it all taken care off. Great people

Took my father-in-law and his wife's car here after a small fender bender. He is 93 and a WW II veteran. They really took care of them advising what needed to be done and what was not necessary to save them money. Very honest and straight forward. Unlike another body shop we went to first. We will definitely use them again, but hopefully not too soon. We hope their drives stay uneventful in the future. Thanks Chuck & Robert at Charlton's.

I came here on a recommendation from a long time customer of Chuck's. I have to say I hate when I need them because it means my car is wrecked, but they are the BEST. I've had a major and minor repair done on the same truck in 3 years, and they are so easy to deal with. For reference, I got another estimate on the latest repair from another shop where my friend works.

He quoted 3 hours of labor. Charlton's quoted 20 minutes. It took about 3 minutes to switch out a broken panel. I saved $150 at Charlton's. Always check around, but please include Charlton's in your bid process.

Can I just tell y'all how awesome this place is? You are apart of the family from the time you walk in the door. I love that too because I felt comfortable leaving my baby there. I brought "Fierce" in for some paint touch up and all around pick me up. I bought her used so wanted to get rid of the old scratches. I picked her up and omg I'm so happy with the job they did. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you to. The team y'all made everything so easy.

The service is great and prices are extremely Fair! I have done business with Chuck for many many years, always reliable! He's got the cutest dog you have ever seen, offered to take her off his hands but I always get a nice " NO" response!

I have come to know this place too well - my teenager keeps jacking up her car and this is my preferred place to fix it. The first time, it was a major rebuild of the front end. This latest time, another front end job and the driver side mirror - I was impressed and grateful that Chuck went out of his way to find a used mirror to save money and he made sure the car was definitely driveable. The work is flawless and they are super nice. Hopefully you won't have to get something fixed, but if you do - this is the place to go! WINNER!

We have been a customer of Charlton's for a number if years, mostly for repairs following auto accidents. Their work has always been first class. They keep us informed and work well with the insurance company. I highly recommend them.

It was just my luck that I got pulled over today for not having a front tag and an expired inspection sticker. The cop only gave me a warning, and when I asked where I could get the tag put on, he mentioned Charlton's. I work less than five minutes from this business, and have passed it many times. I always thought the outside of the building had a nice look, but the inside was even better!

I was greeted by a friendly woman, and a man named Robert. I briefly explained my delimma about not having the right mount for the tag, and he said he could put it on anyway. Initially, when I asked how much it would cost, he told me $300, and my mouth dropped. I quickly figured out he was joking, then his next response was "why don't you go inside, cool off, and get comfortable. I'll have it right out." Although I was willing to pay, I thought it was so kind of him to do it for free. Now, I'm not telling anyone to visit this place of business, and not expect to pay for what you need. However, I can tell you that kindness goes a long way, and for that, I would recommend this business.

I've had multiple cars repaired at Charlton's over the years and every single time they do exceptional work and provide exceptional service. I will never take my business anywhere else.

I had my Altima painted by Charlton's. Every step was explained and all options. The car looks brand new. The customer service is excellent. I highly recommend.

These guys are awesome. My 2015 Kia Sorento had a close encounter with a garage door, which left a deep scratch in the tailgate. This was our first time to use Charlton's and they are fantastic. Hopefully, there won't be any more body damage to any of our vehicles, but if there are, they are going to Charlton's. Robert is fantastic, very personable and helpful and accurate in his estimate. Took my expensive SUV in for repairs to the left driver and passenger door. From a distance it looked fine Upon closer inspection I could plainly see flaws in the paint, over spray on the sills, careless taping making a cheap paint job look less appealing than an Earl Scheib 99.00 special. Update: Chuck totally redid the body work. Looks excellent now. A man of integrity l.
