The best service of any automotive repair business I have experienced in over 40 years. They were honest, excellent work, and costs for repairs were lower than any other places I had used previously.

For the past nine years I've had six different vehicles maintained by Cornerstone. They're first rate in every way. I've been a driver and car owner since 1967, owned dozens of vehicles, hired mechanics in 12 states and three other countries. I think it's impossible to find an outfit better then Cornerstone and you'd be well blessed to find one as good.

The boss, Mac is the most honest and reliable human you could ever hope to do business with. On three separate occasions I picked up a vehicle fully expecting a bill of $400 or $500 based upon what I reasonably thought needed fixing. Each time I was happily surprised to be charged only 20 to 40 bucks. Each time Mac would say something like "Turns out it was just this here piece and only took a few minutes." Do you know how rare that is?

Way too many Mechanics would compliment me for my savvy diagnosis, charge even more than expected and keep the car for days. It may have happened to you and you wouldn't even know. Three years ago I brought in a car. As usual the issue with it was resolved to my complete satisfaction. Not long after I returned with the same car but a different, unrelated problem.

This time when I picked it up Mac refused to take my money. He had to explain that one to me "I should have caught that problem the last time the car was in. So it's on me, ." Not many people would have seen it that way. I'll close by pointing out that even a negative review of Cornerstone can be a strong endorsement. Few people turn away customers.

It's easy to take every car, make a few bucks doing a quality job on some of many issues it does and will have. The car can be a cash cow bringing you back regularly to the friendly folks who know and care about you and it. If they tire of the game, they suddenly realize your cars too far gone. Mac does refuse to work on certain vehicles, like a rust bucket from NY I once had. But he gives his reasons for refusing. Armed with that knowledge you're in better shape to deal with the Mechanics who will take your money.

I heard a rattling in the rear of my 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. They would not look at it because they said it was too old. It's a classic and I just had the engine replaced and the AC replaced. Including the compressor. It's in mint condition and they still wouldn't work on it.

Dependable and honest. What else do you need in a mechanic? Call ahead for oil changes and inspections to make sure they are doing them that day.

Friendly, honest, quick, and easy on your pocket book. Repaired an electrical issue with headlights/brakes after I installed upgraded LED's that I couldn't get to work properly. Thanks, Gary!

They did it again. I have taken my vehicles to Cornerstone Automotive over the years. They have always provided great value and wonderful customer service. Today they did it again. I took my car in because my car was having multiple warning lights. They promptly saw me, ran a quick test, did a quick visual inspection and determined that it may be an electrical or vehicle computer issue.

Unfortunately they couldn't help with the vehicle's computer problem but they went out of their way to eliminate some of the common issues. Thank you again and though I do not look forward to car issues it is nice to know I have a place I can trust.

We've been coming to cornerstone for years. they are always honest and tell you when some dealer or jiffy lube type recommendations are not necessary. they have never steered us wrong and saved us tons of money. Love these guys. so rare to find mechanics you can trust.

Was having issues with my car not starting(raspberry ants ate away at my relay) and they were so friendly and professional. They had everything fixed and ready to go in under two hours for a very reasonable price. They also answered any questions I had and recommended follow up steps I should take. I would highly recommend them!

This was my first time with this shop and was very pleased with the care my vehicle received. I had a mechanic that I trusted, but he retired and sold the shop to one of his lead mechanics, and with several ethical and quality of repairs issues it was time for a new mechanic. From the start I was greeted with excellent customer service and the young man at the front desk showed genuine care for getting all the details correct with the problems my vehicle was presenting. They were very informative of the repairs that were necessary, provided a triaged list of what repairs were priority and what could be put off for a later time.

I appreciated the repair options they offered, the service was fast and the repairs were completed and backed up by their 24 month/24,000 mile warranty. They will be my repair shop should I need them again in the future.
