Took my car in for minor scratches on the driver side. I was told my car would be ready on 7-10 days but actually it took over four weeks! When I finally got my car back many miles had been put on the vehicle, the passenger handle to adjust the seat was broken, there was a dirty greasy towel left on my back seat which stained the fabric! All the caps for the air on the tires were missing and the so call paint job they did is already chipping.

My car looks worse now than when I had dropped it off. Definitely by far the worst experience I have ever had and I will be sure to never recommend this place to anyone! Completely dissatisfied customer and I will share my experience any opportunity I get so that way no one else becomes a victim of this horrendous place!

We went to get a quote on my mother's Mercedes SUV and, while the receptionist was friendly and helpful, the mechanic was less than that. While he did a decent job of the inspection, his continuous laughter at the situation was rude, unthoughtful and unprofessional. Any time a mechanic, which includes collision techs, isn't serious about performing their duties with respect, don't trust them.

Our suspicions were confirmed when their quote came back more than $200 higher than the official Mercedes collision workshop. Hard pass. Thank you for laughing at our situation. We're laughing because you lost $2,000 by acting as if our situation wasn't as serious as your bottom line. The good thing is there will not be a next time. You've taught us a lesson about respect and awareness: we respect our time and money and are aware we didn't need your services, now or in the future.

I called to see about getting in to have a rock chip looked at on my windshield and all the staff were so helpful. They got me in for a quick repair that same day!

Phil long Collision center in Colorado Springs is the place to go if you want your vehicle repaired correctly. Everyone that I transacted business with was absolutely wonderful. Mr. Brendon Lacy not only did his job but he did his job WELL. MR. Lacy notified me in a timely manner of the progress in regards to the repair and completion of my Ford F150. Phil Long Collision Center is a Subaru Certified collision center, so I trusted them with my Forester. I brought in a fiberglass hood to be painted and they showed me what prep work was needed. Josh did a fantastic job taking a rough hood and making it perfect! Service: Painting

The BEST experience I have ever had with any body shop. They did an exceptional job and my car looks like new again (better than new). They had to fix my trunk, bumper, fenders, and a few other dents and it looks fantastic. I also ask them to remove all the models, trim emblems, and make the front grill and back emblem black. As you can see from the pictures, it looks AWESOME!

They had my car for the entire month of June and July trying to fix it, this is the third time I've brought it back into a center for leaking oil / transmission fluid. They call me to say it's ready, and it's still leaking oil. Like I can literally see it under my car in their parking lot what the hell! Picture it is original damage, and today's oil leak as I came to pick up my car after they called me to say it was done again.

Took car in for passenger mirror replacements after being hit by Sheetrock on Hwy 83. Took them a week to fix. We showed up to pick up the car and there was a large dent on the hood. They claim the damage was there when we dropped off car. They said, Oh yeah, by the way you have damage here. They refuse to claim the damage, they've been fighting my insurance company for over a week.

I still have no vehicle. We know the damage wasn't there because we stood in front of my car comparing side to make sure we weren't missing any side damage. Absolutely no integrity or honesty.
